      First time flying with Frontier. Flight from ******* to ************** with a layover in ******. First flight was late to get off the ground luckily we had a two hour layover in ******. The odd part was that the pilot never told us why we were late leaving and never gave us updates during the flights. Connecting flight from ****** to ************** landed right on time. We noticed the pilot was stalling by making trips around runway but finally parked and told us that our gate was occupied by a flight that got in faster than us. They claimed they only had ONE gate at the Salt Lake airport for Frontier, I've never heard of this in my twenty years flying multiple flight providers. Well a few minutes ended up being 3 hours parked on the runway while we watched five to ten other flight providers gates wide open. We were offered one small cup of water and one biscoff cookie. Contacted frontier support to see what compensation would be offered but they just apologized for delay and did nothing. First time flyer with Frontier and last, don't go cheap when it comes to your time!

      Frontier is a rip off. They have so many hidden fees. You have to pay extra for seating if you want to sit with your family, you have to pay for carryon and luggage. You have to pay for seating each flight so if you're not on a nonstop flight you have to pay for each flight. Frontier wanted to charge me an additional $200 one way which is $400 round trip JUST for seating. This did not include carryon and luggage. So with all the hidden costs I decided to cancel my flight. I went online and read their cancellation policy, since I was canceling my flight **** days prior to departure the cancellation fee was $99, no big deal. I received an email regarding my cancellation, Frontier charged me $277 cancellation fee and my sister was a charged $554 cancellation fee (she purchased 2 tickets). The first time I reached out to Frontier via chat to demand a full refund, they told me there's nothing they can do. The second time I reached out to Frontier via chat I was on chat with them for 5 hours before they finally agreed to credit me the $277. After I had them send me an email with the credit and I verified that I received the email. I then told them they need to credit my sister the $554 they took from her. I really want a full credit and just be done with Frontier, there is no way Frontier should still be in business.

      I received an email message from Frontier changing our flight time by **** hours with a link to accept the change, which was the only option offered at no cost. I then searched for other flight options and found that there was a much better one that would only change our flight from the original one by less than an hour. I am a Discount Den Member and a Frontier Credit Card holder and this was totally unacceptable...not the right way to treat your loyal customers. Frustrated and angry, I then invested over 3 hours of my personal time trying to reach someone in Frontier. I wanted to speak with a customer service representative but ****************** offers no way to do that. Shameful. Even the link to chat did not work. The implication is that Frontier does not want to deal with customer service, rather to just take your money. The **** hour change was not made by us and we should therefore not be penalized. After trying several non-helpful customer service phone numbers in addition to the chat at the Frontier website, I went to ******** Messenger and managed to get a live person to communicate with via chat. Even though she resolved the issue by changing our flight at no cost, this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth.

      Fly from ************* to ******* with This airline is my worst experience! The gate agent in ************* named ***** was really rude and extremely picky about personal item! She charged me 198$ for a regular backpack wich I took with me from ******* to SF and there was not any problem! I am so so disappointed with the customer service too!Do Not Fly with ****************** airline! They cost you more than other airlines by tricky ticket prices!

      Words to describe Frontier Airlines policies. False advertising. Bait and switch. Extortion. False claims. Cheat .Manipulation. Zero personal contact with customer service. . Futile . We got ya; you dont have any recourse. Take it ir leave it. You lose. Fooled you! My comment Fool me one its on me; fool me twice NEVER! I will never book another flight with FRONTIER AIRLINES .

      Frontier does not stand behind it's promotions and will not give any custormer service when trying to figure out how to use two free tickets or how to use our current miles for flights. You can only chat with them. I've been chatting for two days and have not gotten anywhere! It's so frustrating that you can't speak on the phone to a representative to help and guide you! I would highly recommend to NOT sign up for their credit card with any hopes to get free flights for signing up for their credit card or the opprotunity to use your miles to buy tickets. It's literally the WORST customer service! I've just watsted many hours and have made no progress to getting any of my questions answered!

      Frontier Airlines canceled my return flight home on 4/1/23. They offered to refund only the amount of the canceled flight not the entire roundtrip airfare, which was $440 for four seats. Since we are closer to the travel date the return flight for four people ended up costing $1500.00. I initially contacted Frontier because I wanted to arrange for my small children to sit next to me, as there wasn't seat assignments, that's extra. I paid another $105 to sit next to my two children. If you think you are getting a bargain flying with this airline think again! Never again. I would rather pay double to fly on a more reliable airline.

      I think Frontier air line would charge people for bathroom privilege if they could get away with it , rude customer service and attendants, extra charges for baggage , smaller carry on as well lower weight standard (40 versus 50 pounds) , different rate if you pay on line in advance before you know how heavy your baggage's are.I tried to use the restroom when sit belt was off , the attendant was sitting in front of one of the two blocking people reading her novel.On and on , I came from ********* experiencing the worse flight in my life while paying more due to every turn extra charges , receiving no value .Picturing where this airline going ,Extra charges ,Luggage Receiving help from employees for direction , sit assignment , smile is extra Bathroom charges , extra if using water , paper product , more depending on number one or two , with discount if you have both , however if you pay for these items on line in advance it is cheaper.If you are more than 200 pounds , extra charge for first 10 pounds and double extra for any addition 10 pound.Felt undignified dealing with rude attendant s.Dear frontier Air Line , you got me this time , I would walk before I ever fly with you we the people of this country deserve better than be treated by you like cattle's and yet pay you more.You deserve no star !!!

      Terrible, not customer-centered. With the transition to "chat-only" they now require customers to give credit card and payment information through their chat. I had an error message when trying to purchase and they refused to call me, refused to resolve the issue in my "cart", and tried to force me to give my credit card info through their chat. This is not safe. I also spent 40+ minutes chatting with an agent to resolve the issue and nothing was resolved. This company does not place customers first.

      I purchased a round ticket for my sister to come visit. She has a small personal item, smaller than their requirements. Both her flights were delayed, her return flight delayed over 13+ hours. Tell me why frontier charged my credit card for $99 on her return flight for a carryon bag she did not have. She used the same personal item bag on her return flight. I never authorized them to charge my card for anything extra other than when I purchased the ticket online. I was not at the airport with my sister, I dropped her off outside of the frontier departing terminal. My sister did not have my card with her, there was no pin used, no signature on file and my bank confirmed it was a manual entry what the heck??? My sister was not even stopped at the gate, she did the line to board the plane and placed her bag in the metal box Frontier has at the gate to confirm it meets the requirements prior to boarding for the gate attendant to see. How is this possible??? The financial institution I use says I have to provide proof as their investigation agrees the transaction was process correctly. This is madness and the fact that financial institutions are okay with this blows me away. Im switching banks and reporting them as well to the BBB. BTW the financial institution is ***************** ***** Bank.
