      Even though the prices are good, that is if you don't add any carry on, don't mind seating with your knees hitting the seat in front of you, you don't even get water. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, even when I have not been able to talk to a real person since September of 2022. They have the rudest personnel at the airport, they act like they are doing you a favor by being there.There is no way to get in touch by phone, email or chat. I had to search for the phone number for an hour, finally found one, was put on hold for 5 minutes and then the call drops, every single time, emails never get a reply, and chat asks you a thousand questions before transferring to a supposedly agent which NEVER comes on the chat. I have tried contacting somebody, anybody since September of 2022. SO FRUSTRATING!!! If I could give it 0 star, I would. After all these negative reviews, how come a class action suit has not been filed?

      Not even a star. Advertised airfare at $49.00 If purchased before Feb 9, 2023. Tried purchasing round trip tickets and ended up to be $300+. Sad,,, have to purchase carry on even if its your clothes in a plastic bag (due to short trip). then you have to also purchase $99.00 discount den, what ever the heck that is (Thats no discount to me). Anyway a trip that should cost $49.00 there and back now will cost $300

      Worst airlines ever. -rude staff at the airport -not refunding our money back for a cancelled flight although we chatted for 7 times and live chat agents confirmed the refund and told us just to wait for couple more days -purchased seats to make sure 3 of us could sit together but ended up sitting in different seats as our seats were sold to someone else as well. Couldnt get a refund for that either

      Charging us almost $200 for two backpacks that fit under the seats bc they were bigger than the size of a purse is extortion. What difference does it make if it doesn't take up anu space in the overhead bins or sticks out from under the sear? This is a standard size backpack. Adults are expected to bring a child size backpack to avoid being charged. But, where would we put the water and snacks that we have to bring on since we are also charged for non alcoholic drinks and any snack, even if it's a stale cracker? The checked bag weight has been reduced to 40 lbs. We have to pay over $30/per seat just to sit together in seats that have no cushion. There's no wifi capabilities nor is there an option for in flight entertainment in any form. If you want an agent to help you make changes, there's a fee, even if their website isn't working properly either through the app or through the browser. Changing anything costs. No refund to seats or bags that have already been paid. Sure, we understand the bare bones philosophy of flying. But to charge the price they charge for basic services that accompany being in business is criminal. Shame shame shame on Frontier. They are one of the companies that are creating a bigger divide within the ******** system.

      Im sad to say that I have been trying to get in touch with ANYONE at Frontier only to find out that their customer service is impossible to reach effectively. I accidentally booked the incorrect dates for a flight in March 2023, and when I realized it, I wanted to change the dates. Their system for changes was not conducive to changing dates, so I canceled, with the hopes of rescheduling the correct week. I was shocked to see that I was charged fully for the reservation, with no refund of any part of the payment! Now Im stuck with trying to figure out how Im going to afford a new flight, on the correct dates this time. I simply want to go visit my parents and now Im stuck with a big bill, no tickets, and no way to get a hold of anyone because they dont respond! Chatting with a bot is not a very effective way to handle customer service. Its impersonal and very frustrating. I would gladly rebook if theyd just call or respond by making things right financially for me, but still havent had even an email response other than an auto reply. I wouldnt recommend them at this point to anyone. Especially if theyre financially not ready to purge money and not even get their flight.

      I give them a 0 star! My flight got cancelled 45mins before take off. I understand things happen but there idea of compensation is a $50 voucher. I payed for parking and my time and gas money to get there. Not to mention my disappointment on not being able to go to my destination. Thank goodness this was not my flight back home because they where not helpful at all in getting me on another flight. I looked online myself and saw one for $66 the next day, They told me it was full when it was not. When I refreshed the page it raised the price to $250! I then had to wait in another long line to talk to a manager that told me this conversation is done and you need to leave. They also conveniently have no customer service line so the only way to resolve issues is via text chat.

      Frontier Airlines requires customers to make reservations and add seats, bags, etc. using their computer program. Their program is antiquated in the fact it kicks you out, freezes and times out. After trying to add 1 checked round trip bag for 2 people and getting a total cost of $57.00 each way total $228.00, the program froze. I worked on this for 2 days with the same result. I went on their chat line for help and after typing back and forth they offered to add the bags for a total price of $357.00! Unbelievable! This is not the way to win customers. Be warned of Frontiers crooked practices!

      One of the worst airlines Ive ever travelled on. Id rather walk to my destination than pick the rude staff, insane baggage fees and the s*** operation they call an airline. The management of this airline should be hung for the disservice to customers.

      Wow! What an attitude these folks have. Staff is inconsiderate and rude. They must profile their applicants looking for those least likely to provide good service. Last flight today with them.
