      ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I checked into my 2:47 pm flight online at 1:15 pm (so they didn't CHARGE ME to check in) - when I arrived at the airport, the RUDE clerk told me that my flight wasn't until 5:30. When I tried to clarify, he told me to get out of line. Then when I went back to BOARD my flight at 4:45 pm, I was then told my flight left at 4! NO communication, NOTHING - now they are telling me it is MY fault because I didn't show up for my flight! REALLY? They won't refund my ticket. I had to book a completely different flight with another airline and they are SO rude about it! They did NOTHING to help me get home and left me stranded in the airport with no possible flights at all!

      Was stranded in ******* 2022. Flight was cancelled the day of departure without notification. They cancelled the flight the day prior yet was able to purchase bags and check in the night prior. They would not help me because I used a vacation website. After 4 months of waiting for compensation from travel website i was awarded ******. However Frontier said it was expired by the time Apple Vacations notified me I had one. Bad business. Not enough checks and balance from regulators on these airlines. They do whatever they want and there is no recourse.

      If I could select ZERO, I would. NEVER BOOK with this airline. I knew there would be separate fees for seats and bags, but the prices are ridiculous! As others said, perhaps there should be a class action suit. Unfair, Unethical, Unreasonable - all of the above! Made the mistake of booking a flight to ****** over winter break, and guess what, I had to cancel. Even with insurance (with **** Frontier- charged $298 to change OR cancel a $600 flight! Then, trying to rebook using the credit, the online site didn't work. The **** system is absolutely the worse! It didn't work on my computer, so had to use my phone. It disconnects due to inactivity on their end! After 1.5 hours and 3 agents, I got rebooked. The new receipt showed a booking fee of $35! Are you kidding? I had to get back on the **** and thankfully the 4th person took off the fee. Now I have only until March 30 to rebook? WHY? It's MY MONEY!! I don't have vacation availability until AFTER March 30...The FAA should not allow this airline to operate without Customer Sevice options. HORRIBLE

      Bait and switch regarding bag fees. Frontier gate attendendant ** in *** offered to help navigate Frontier website for bag charge and then processed charge without asking. Looks like theft.

      I recently flew with Frontier Airlines and was extremely disappointed with the behavior of their airport staff. From the moment I arrived at the airport, I was met with rudeness and disrespect. The staff seemed to be more interested in overcharging passengers for personal bags rather than providing good customer service.When I attempted to check in for my flight, I was told that I would have to pay an exorbitant fee for my carry-on bag. I was already aware of the baggage fees, but the staff seemed to take pleasure in charging me more than what was advertised on the website. They were unhelpful and unwilling to negotiate or offer any sort of solution.The staff's attitude didn't improve as I made my way through security. They were dismissive and unapproachable, making the whole process of flying with Frontier a complete nightmare.The flight itself was uneventful, but the experience of dealing with the airport staff left a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be flying with Frontier again and would advise others to think twice before booking a flight with them. The staff's disrespect and overcharging for personal bags is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

      Frontier not only delayed my flight twice without any reasons but when the flight finally started to board and we got on the plane and sat down 10 minutes later the flight attendant told everyone on the flight that the flight was cancelled due to weather. When I looked at the weather from ******* to ********* ** the weather was perfectly fine, so not sure why it was cancelled. The fact that once we de boarded the plane nobody had a valid reason as to why the flight got cancelled. We only got a im sorry and a card to scan for a refund and basically was told to figure it out. I was with my two kids and we were left stranded with nothing. No offer to have a hotel for the night nothing. I will NEVER EVER fly with frontier airlines ever again, the most unorganized, unprofessional, rude employees I have ever encountered.

      Booked flight months ago for 12/22/22 for 2 passengers used ****** miles.Flight canceled. 12/22/22. Cancellation notification only gave option for refund or credit no option for rebooking. Tried to reach them thru chat and FB messenger no one responding, Had no option but to rebook on my own for 12/24 for a cost of $557.96. Same passengers departing from same airport and arriving at same airport. I have made several complaints thru the website FB messenger. They will only refund my points not refund the $ for the reservation which is unfair. They cancelled the flight they should have allowed me to rebook the flight, at no additional cost. I have put a dispute into the Frontier/Barclays credit card as well as put a complaint into the **** I have also requested a manager call me. I have been flying them for almost 2 years with no issues. I dont understand why paying for a flight with *****/points does not give you the same solution as paying cash when they cancel the flight. This is just wrong!!! The website also had a Travel alert stating that the travel date in question was approved for rebooking.... I'm done with them. I will no longer use the credit card to get points and will cancel prior to next renewal as they also charge a yearly fee!

      Horrible experience will not travel again, double charged, flights delayed, baggage lost. This was a trip to celebrate my sons military graduation, not only did we almost miss it but the return flights were just as bad. No one who works for the airline was willing to help in any way and now I keep getting automated responses upon trying to contact the customer service department.

      0 stars! Incredibly disappointed and deceived! We applied for inflight Frontier Bonus Miles mastercard through Barclays promising ****** Bonus Miles. ******** and activated the card. Made a qualifying purchase prior to booking flight. Used Frontier Miles# when booking. We were charged and billed for our flights. After multiple attempts explaining our situation, we finally received a letter indicating they were crediting our account, but then today received a letter indicating the $692.94 charges would again be reapplied to our account. Furthermore, after purchasing seat assignments, we had to deplane due to mechanical issue on our return flight. After reboarding another plane, they gave our seat assignments away. We paid EXTRA for extra leg room. They were not able to accommodate us. Frontier staff promised our card would be reimbursed. To date, still no seat assignment credit! Zero customer service. I am not sure how their executives can sleep at night running such a dishonest organization and steeling from people. Shame on them!

      Very rude, inconsiderate staff. The desk people laughed at people in distress about to miss their flights and told them run Forest run. The staff at the gate slammed the door in peoples faces and said you missed your flight you will have to pay for another one, because they closed the doors early. Staff at the front desk lied and told me no one higher than them I could speak to. I spent 24 hours in uncomfortable chairs at airport with my two children who we all could have potentially lost our jobs. They were nasty, rude, not understanding at all, selfish, disrespectful, and flirted with the men like they never get attention. It took a gentleman who seemed to be over worked, working in three different departments to come see how distress we were in and help. His name last name was ******. I thank him so much. I wouldnt recommend anyone one to ride Frontier ever. I contacted several people and not one response. A gentleman who was in the same situation as me and my family received help and flirted with the front desk girls and kind of made them help us. He had to lie and say we was his family. And still they were really rude and disrespectful liars. Told me that it was nothing they could do, no other flights available, I would have to pay a high rate after I just paid for flights and baggage for someone to come tell me the opposite and get me a flight right away with out having to pay. But they made sure to get the man a flight, no hassle, and offered to get him a drink. But looked at me and my daughters as if we were their enemies. Never met them and they never met us. This was my first and last time using Frontier and I would tell anyone, I dont care how much you have to pay, go with someone who will treat you with respect and at least shows some empathy when going through a crisis. After all, with our us these businesses do not operate.
