      I had a flight on Friday in ******* and it was overbooked! Now they won't refund my money on a mistake they made! No number to call and people that chat stoppedanswering. Definitely do not recommend!

      Frontier Airline canceled my flight minutes from taking off, they gave me a receipt for the to refund my money, this was on December 26, 2022, to this day I still waiting for my refund, I tried to call different numbers and is to no way to talk to a human, and when they finally answered the call , they hung up on me there is no way to get the money refunded.

      There needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company. This is absolutely the WORST airline out there. If another airline is not available- please dont book with them. Their flight attendants do not come when you need assistance. And when you go up to the desk- they shrug their shoulders and tell you to use the chat. I couldnt reach anyone on Sunday. It directed me to the website. I made a reservation through alternative airlines for 9:34pm Jan 8th, 2023. I downloaded my itinerary the day before the flight. I tried to check in at noon- but I always have issues with Frontier check in feature, so I figured I would just do it at the airport. But then when I got to the airport- the frontier reps told me that my flight changed to 9:52 am and I had to contact the third party because I only had a two hour window to change my flight. It was 7:30/8pm at that point. Since it was Sunday, I couldnt get a hold of anyone. Frontier doesnt have a customer service phone number. They have a chat that I was in for over 4 hours today. And they wouldnt reschedule my flight, allow me to talk to a supervisor, or refund me. And they kept redirecting me to different ppl. Took long times to respond to me. Agreed to give me a refund. Took it back. Then told me to fill out a form that would be resolved in 7 days. But in the meantime I cant get home because I spend over $230 for a ticket- including insurance for my flight and bags but its not applicable. I feel that their practices are not only unfair, it is unethical. Especially because they did not inform the third party of the change either. Alternative Airlines agreed to refund me for the ticket but I paid over 100 for the bags including the insurance. Its just not right. Paired with the fact that they have minimal service on the actual flight and their engine sounds like its failing half the time- dont book with them.

      Frontier charged me TWICE for Discount Den and refused to refund the second charge, including the enrollment fee of $40.00. Nice company, great way to make money.

      Very disappointed about frontier airlines,will never buy any flights from them. They delayed and canceled my flight.and we had to buy new tickets from other company. DO NOT used this company you will be disappointed for sure!!!

      Do not fly this airline. They say they pass savings onto their customers by having no amenities in the cabin (in-flight entertainment, wifi, steel seats, etc.) but the savings are non-apparent.There is no help call line. Frontier delayed my flight so I would miss a connection, it was the last flight of the night. You can not talk to any customer service agent on the phone. I waited in-line at the ticketing booth for an hour and a half to see if I could talk to someone about my flights and get on another. I was 3rd in line for an hour, so not a long line. The Frontier workers helping at the desk just left for about 30 minutes, I could see them like peaking through the windows at the back. While in line I used the chat feature. Got transferred to "********" who provided no options when I told him what happened, after me begging the only thing he offered was flight credit? Why would I want credit for an airline after an experience this bad. It was awful.Lastly I leave the line to catch my flight (guess I just have to sleep in Pheonix tonight??) once I get to my gate it keeps getting delayed. I see a direct flight to my destination leaving in a few hours so I go to the counter to ask to switch me. I got to 1 counter, they tell me its full, go to 2nd counter they tell me its full, go to 3rd counter and she says there are multiple seats available? The only reasoning for that I can see is that either A. Frontier does not train their boarding staff (likely) B. They did not actually look for me and just wanted me to leave. Terrible experience terrible airline management. Wont be flying again.

      Zero out of 5. Going on a 8-plus month saga of trying to find resolution on received either a refund , credit or voucher. I have been lied to by this company countless times at this point. They are holding my $2300 hostage with offering no help. You can no longer speak to anyone at the company and can only connect with them via chat. They keep pushing you to other agents who offer zero help. This company is a joke!

      They steal your money and have no customer service to talk to. When chatting with them after they stole $583.92 from me, they were cold and unhelpful. I would strongly recommend NOT using this company!!!

      Frontier representative helped me to book the ticket using the credit amount and the ticket was showing as no due for payment. On the day of travel, when I added 1 checked in bag, it was asking me to pay the full amount including a ticketed amount plus bag charges. Representative suggested to do check in at THE AIRPORT with their help. The same thing was happening and Airport representative was not able to figured it out so she gave a credit of the same amount and asked me pay the full amount. I had no option otherwise I was missing the flight (only 15 mins time left for boarding) since they say I need to contact reservation center. She (Airport Representative) suggested to call the reservation center to get the refund. Now Frontier stopped call center and only through Chat, they are serving. Upon contacting them, instead of refunding amount now they issued another credit which I do not want. I DO NOT WANT TO USE THIS AIRLINE IN MY FUTURE ENTIRE LIFE. Please DO NOT travel by this airline. No support at all for any questions. In addition, they just do not reply to your chat and keeps waiting for hours together. I am requesting BBB through this message to blacklist this airline and stop their services to the customers. Useless airline, no support and no customer value

      Fligh was supposed to depart on Sat Dec 17th at 12:01Am, at 9:00PM and after 1 hr in line to check baggage i noticed the self service kiosk wasnt finding my flight so i approached a representative and that when we learner our flight was canceled i explained that i checked in before heading out to the airport and ingot a confirmation, thats when the representative told me "well, its been canceled since this morning" the rest of the passengers were learning this at the same time with me. We were all directed to a new 2 hour line to re-book our flights. Thats when it went from bad to worse, we were told theres nothing until Dec 19th and our ************ were to either get on that flight 2 days later or get a refund. Since no one was notified about the cancellation of this flight it was now too late to try and find a fligh, and the ************ available bow had overlays and for my particular case had to pay an unexpected $1300 dollars with a different airline. To make things worse the refund wont be available on my card for up to 5 business days, making really hard for some ppl to afford this, in fact there was an older couple crying because they couldn't afford this and didn't have a place to stay or to afford food until they get reimbursed and find a flight they could afford. Frontier representative told them "im sorry but it is what it is" WAY TO GO FRONTIER. Needless to say "Never again falling for this airline again"
