      My flight get delay by 13 hours and they dont offer me a hotel to satay de night. The flight was for 4:44pm and they delay us to 6:00am to next day. I talk to a representant of Frontier to claim the hotel option and they denied me this option that they offered in they webpage. I try to call but the operator send me to chat on their app and when I get to chat with a personal they told me that I have to present a concern. Im very upset, I dont recommend anyone this airline. This would be my last time with them.

      This trip was my first time flying with frontier, and I paid close attention to the bag sizing rules when packing since I know budget airlines can be strict. I packed a personal item within the limit, and was able to fit within the dimensions and fly my first trip easily. On my trip back, we were asked to size our personal items before boarding. I placed my backpack in the sizer, and although it fit with room to spare, the gate agent told me I was not allowed to push my bag into the sizer and it had to drop in without touching it. She also told me my jacket pockets were too full and I had to empty them and put them in my backpack.She asked me to get out of line and repack my bags in order to board. I put on sweaters from my bag and boarded the plane, and then put them back in my bag when I got to my seat. I spoke with a few other passengers who were incredibly frustrated as well by the experience. Monitoring how we place our bags into the sizer, and the contents on my jacket pocket felt belittling. If my bag fits in a sizer, and under the seat easily, I do not understand the logic in asking me to wear my clothes onto the plane instead of in my bag.I am very disappointed in my experience flying frontier airlines and would not recommend it. They advertise low fares and then try to force you to pay more at the gate. The way they deceive budget customers is shameful.

      They caused my family of 8 to miss our flight in ******, ******. We were checked in for our flight almost 24 hours before the flight. We did not get to the frontier desk until 55 minutes before the flight because of a 2 hour drive that should have been 30 minutes. Major traffic and accidents. We tried to contact them through their chat but they would not help us. This was 2 hours before our flight when we realized the traffic just kept building. They gave us a phone number to call that did not work. According to them they dont use phones for communication anymore so I guess it makes since. We continued to try to use the chat for help but they would not or were not able to contact anyone at the airport. When we arrived at the airport we went straight to the desk 55 minutes before the flight. They said we couldnt board(we had already checked in and had boarding passes by the way) they asked us why we didnt call. We tried to call the only number we could find/get that was from their chat and it did not work. They made us get in line behind at least 100 people they would actually try to do anything. By the time we got to the front it was 30 minutes before takeoff and they said they couldnt help us(so why make us stand in line if you already werent going to help). They said we could take the next one way flight for $3400 plus baggage. $425+ a person for a discount airline when every other airline was $300 or less per person including American, Delta, and Spirit. Price gouging at its best since we were stuck in another country. There was another group of 8 they wouldnt board on the same flight. They offered them $200 a ticket and then backtracked that price on them. They offered no help to actually get us home or a hotel for the night. I tried to contact them through various methods that they have provided because they dont have a phone number. For 40 hours I have had zero response from them in any format. Still trying but not optimistic.

      Frontier Airlines charges $99 for a carry on bag the size of a school book bag. We was ordered to pay 300 dollars or miss our flight, that's over half of what we paid for the round trip flight where other airlines allow one free carry on bag. My wife is handicap and had to overdraft her bank account for the return trip home. The attendance was snobby an very nasty attitude as if we owe them

      This airline is a cleverly disguised scam. They claim to be available by chat 24/7 but you will wait HOURS before you get a representative, and when you do connect, that person will become nonresponsive. They have NO phone lines as the company made a decision to discontinue their call center. There will be no one to talk to at the airport. The other options you have are to contact them through their form on their website where you will wait about a day to receive an email back, and their customer service ******* account where you will not get an answer for about 5 hours. There is nowhere to direct questions to be answered in a time sensitive matter when you when you receive 4-5 emails/texts about them delaying your flight that you're already on the way to the airport for, and then eventually you receive an email giving you the option to reschedule your travels since you won't make the connecting flight they have you on. After you finally get a response about all the trouble they caused, they will give you a voucher to book another excuriatingly painful airline experience, just to keep it fresh. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.

      Frontier worst customer service ever! booked a flight to ********** for the 7th of December thru the 14 th , drove 45 minutes to the airport ,get there around 3 am ,parked my car at the airport , went inside to check my bad , flight was cancel ,no email ,no notification about the cancelation , when I asked the lady on the counter ? She said no one asked you to booked with Frontier , she said you need to call customer service, did I mentioned that was the week of my birthday and couple friends were waiting for me , I called customer on hold forever and only other option is to chat ,I chatted with a robot and the system kept dropping , went back to the counter someone else rebooted it for me for the 9th of December, same thing happened all over again ,had no choice booked with Delta . Thank you Delta airlines .

      Can I give a 0? I have two flight credits I have been trying to use for a week online but I get an error message every time I try to use it. Via chat feature with a Frontier Airlines employee, the employee was able to confirm they were still valid and apply the credits to the same flight I tried to. And then proceeded to expect me to put a credit card number into chat. What a risky and shady practice. I refuse to enter my credit card details into chat. They have no phone number and the representative told me this was the only way. If I cannot use them online, there is no phone number to call, and I can't enter financial information into chat, then Frontier has basically stolen my credits and not allowed me to use them.

      Too bad there is no option for zero stars. Every single employee I encounter are the most unhappy mean spirited bunch. Not willing to help, answer a question or wait for one second. They made me pay $100.00 for aCARRY ON back pack. Yes thats correct! . Then they have the audacity to ask you to apply for their credit card once youre on board. Like why would anyone want to fly with them ever again?

      This airline is a joke. They dont give you the option to speak to a representative, the only option is to us a chat that no one ever responds to. I was sealing a refund for a transaction that was completed in error and tried to notify them immediately and have not been able to. I sent them an email and they took days to respond and now the person who responded to my email said its been over 7 days. Shame on this airline!! They should be ashamed of how they treat customers.

      Zero customer service. No one to even complain to. Approx 15 peoples Boarding pass didnt have a seat number. We were told we wouldnt be able to board the plane. No explanation no refund nothing and the agents refused to speak to us and ignored us. No phone number to speak to someone and their chat system is awful and doesnt give you a real person or response. How is this legal? Other attempts to reach someone at corporate office go unanswered.
