      Horrible horrible company . I booked a flight with this company and needed to make a change . When I booked it said I had 24 hours to make an changes or cancellation to my flight and I could book worry free. I decided to booked and needed to make a change to my flight and I found a phone number and They told me its going to cost $99 and when I try to ask questions as to why and explain what it said when booked in a nice tone rep hung up continue to call back would tell them what happen and got hung up on and I emailed them and the representative would take ***** minutes to respond. I continue this back and forth from 6 am till now 1 pm . I give up . I will never book with this company again

      First of all let me state that I am a disabled veteran. I flew into *******,** thru ******** airlines 3weeks ago to spend Thanksgiving with my family and friends. I am on a fixed income and of course am eager to get the cheapest flight to get back home to ******. I was even willing to fly into Phnx and take a shuttle (90 mins and $49) for ***********. I arrived at the airport 55 mins before departure with two friends and the ticket counter was dark and unmanned. The two self serve kiosks we're labeled OUT OF ORDER. I asked the staff from the adjacent ******** airlines counter for assistance and they called 'upstairs' to FRONTIER staff and said someone would be down to help me. I waited for 30 mins then juggled 2 large suitcases and a carry up the escalator to try to talk to someone for help. My scheduled departure was for 1:32pm and it was already 12:53pm. I was told by TSA to go back downstairs as there was no one to help me up there and I couldn't take my 'checked bags' thru security anyway. By now I was ready to cry. I must have been quite a sight trying to manage 2 large suitcases and a backpack AND a walking cane. This is when I tried all other options and found out there was no longer inan active phone number to talk to someone nor did they respond to the ***** I have since missed a very important doctor *********** back in ****** due to this and cost of flight, 2checked bag fees and 2seats I had to pay for. This company should be forced to shut down this farce of operations and their executives should be fined heavily AND JAILED!! I have filed a complaint with the *** and am attempting to get my funds returned thru my credit card company. PLEASE heed my warning and DO NOT be enticed by the 'too good to be true' prices this company offers. It makes me wonder how safe the planes actually are if they can't even afford to pay someone to man their ticket counters. Be afraid...BE VERY AFRAID!**************************************************

      This airline makes Spirit seem like a 5star airline. They will likely cancel your flight and force you onto another flight with no refund option, then you get absolutely no customer support, with the phone lines being down 75% of the time. DO NOT waste your $ or you time. spend the extra $ and get what you pay for. Absolute waste of $ and time dealing with these people

      Traveling with my 85 year old mother needing wheelchair assistance and waited 20 minutes and no one came to assist us - till I decided to wheel her myself. I am also a partially disable person who is 62 years old post shoulder surgery. Moreover, my mother had a small tablet in her bag and they held her bag for another 20 minutes for the tablet and when I asked how long they were gonna hold the bag, a nasty little one said as long as it takes. When we got to gate 17 at 8:45 there was a notice in red saying flight delayed till 10:30 so we sat and waited till 11:10 and saw no one at that gate come out to at least call any missing passengers (we did not know that at 8:45 that all the passengers were already in the plane and when I asked when were we boarding since it has said 10:30 and it was already 11:10 they told me the flight left, and the person said that the plane doors were already closed and that the delay was because there was a technical problem. I almost had a heart attack as I have some heart palpitations and am being monitored, I had an appointment on the 1st at 9:00 am for a nuclear testing with my cardiologist. My mother has two broken hips and when I complained, they totally ignored me and gave no resolution. I had to buy two tickets online and get this thru frontier airline again because I couldnt wheel my mother out to another airline as this airport is huge and requires a lot of walking and I did not want to put her thru the checking again and the next flight as am writing this at 5:05 am is at 1:06 pm. Ill never fly Frontier airline again. I will advise everyone I come into contact not fly this airline in *******, Except Long Island, ********, because they are not like *******, they are exempt from any wrongdoing and are exceptionally polite. We were delayed because no one came to assist my mother with a wheelchair and because they held her purse for 20 minutes for a small tablet and also because they are so disorganized here in *******.

      This airline is a TOTAL DISASTER!!! I need to take someone of my reservation and that is NOT an option on the website. I tried their new unusable CHAT and no one replies at all. This company says it has 24/7 services which is complete lie. ANYONE on here that sees this, DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT with this company. If ANYTHING changes, you will NOT get a hold of ANYONE. What a total disaster of a company. Go bankrupt and go away. I used to like Frontier, but Id rather pay much more than go through this experience! Ive emailed them and the bounce back message is that they will get back to me within SEVEN DAYS! WOW! Stay away from this terrible company and the incapable CEO that approved the decision to move forward with CHAT only without having the infrastructure set up FIRST.

      This airlines lost my luggage and hasnt done anything to accommodate me. I flew from ************* to ***** **. And had absolutely none of my belongings. I had to catch another flight home which I wasnt compensated for, and change my whole vacation from 15 days to 4 . I want a response, phone call and explanation and then I want to be paid back.

      On 11/28, I was ready to board my flight to head back home to *** when our flight was delayed due to a mechanical issue and we were rescheduled to leave at 8:45am. We received a text saying our flight was now leaving at 9am and then we were told that we had to get off the plane and updates will be told to us by the gate agents. The flight got pushed to 10am and the agents did not provide us with any updates. Upon following up with the gate agents, the agents were extremely rude and did not want to provide us with updates regarding our flights. When asked for a supervisor by numerous of customers, they acted like they did not want to get her nor explain to us what was going on. When the supervisor FINALLY came she told us that the flight would leave at 1:30pm only for us to find out by 12:30pm that the flight was cancelled and she was rude. This is unacceptable and you all need to work on training your staff proper customer service etiquette and because of this last minute inconvenience, I now had to pay $308 for a NEW FLIGHT home AND pay $150 for parking because of this flight cancellation. This was my first time flying with you all and my experience was HORRIBLE. I will not be flying with you all in the future.

      Absolutely garbage. Worst airlines in the industry to fly with. They micro transaction everything, by the time youre done, it wouldve been better to go with literally anyone else. Its embarrassing that theyre allowed to even operate. Wish I could give these clowns a ******** star rating.

      Charged credit card without authorization. They have no one to talk to and will not resolve issue.
