      ive never experienced worse customer service in my life. i waited a month and a half for someone to reach out and help me and i barely go anything. they sent me in circles. i have a very sick family member and needed to cancel my flight. and they refused to give me a credit or a refund. i got to the highest person i could and she basically said sorry but theres nothing we can do. i will never fly this airline again and i will encourage everyone i know to never fly them again. they have no sympathy or caring for anyone and are not willing to help someone in need.

      What we have seen over and over in our country across various forms of media, is that these people or Karens generally get to go unscathed and continue on with their activities with very little more than a verbal warning. In most cases, the harmed party is left feeling like wow nothing happened and *** lost out.While I have seen these incidents play out numerous and countless times, i never believed my family would be in the midst of this experience. The only difference between us and those weve seen is my family is African American.The angry black man trope became a trope assigned to my husband and to say I have no words to express my utter disappointment would not come close to what I feel.We have flowm your airline numerous times and never a problem.We booked flights to go see our son graduate from boot camp as he joined the Marines, to fight for this country and to vary much fight for our rights of expression. We watched as several patrons were asked to size their bags, were told they had to pay and became verbally upset - again verbally upset. We were also asked to pay for our bags, an additional $99 - my husband in turn voiced his disappointment. As his words did not incite harm, or direct anyone to do anything to anyone else; he simply expressed his frustration with having to pay for a bag. The pilot behind us then said my husband could not board the plane. Imagine our confusion! How so many others who could complain freely were allowed to board yet my husband was separated from his family and our children and the emotional distress was astounding. It wasnt just an emotional burden it soon became a financial one as we had to find a flight that my husband could get on and make it to family day. After all, we hadnt seen our son, now a Marine, in nearly four months. We found a flight in ********* and we were only able to spend about 20 minutes with our son.

      This is the most absolute atrocious airline in all of human existence. For starters, it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach customer service no matter how hard you try. Their customer service number is not for talking to anyone, it simply plays an automated voice that tells you to use the live chat on their website. The live chat on their website DOES NOT WORK. No matter what you do, clicking on the live chat option will bring you to another page that says to open a chat but there is no chat to open. Their second customer service number is just completely offline and hangs up on you immediately. Attempting to call any of their third-party customer service numbers leads you to a non-U.S. call center, of-which the representatives hang up on you mid-call every single time. Reaching out through any form of social media does not lead to a response. Reaching out through the "file a complaint" option does not lead to a response. Reaching out through the "contact us" form does not lead to a response. Emailing their travel guard sector does not lead to a response. Emailing any of their executives or directors does not lead to a response. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact someone from Frontier. It is simply not worth the low-prices to ever deal with this scam of a corporation. There is a reason they have an "F" rating with the BBB, as well as why they are not BBB accredited. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE fly with this airline. They will charge you for every possible instance you can imagine. They will not provide vouchers, refunds, or ANYTHING when they mess up. They will not assist you with anything you may need help for. Frontier is the absolute worst airline and I would rather walk to my destination across the continent than ever try to book a flight with them again.

      I experienced harassment and zero customer service. The staff laughed at me and said I was a white woman so therefore how were they harassing me.

      Frontier is the worst airline to fly. They will make you miss your flight, charge fees on baggage as they want to, and treat you as if they are doing you a favor with the rude customer service. My roundtrip flight from DC to ****** was completely the worst experience. I did not have to pay for my luggage/carryon going to ***** so why am I being charged coming back??? I was told by a manager in ****** oh well!!! And eventually made me miss my flight as I waited at the gate during my layover!!!! I was at the gate to board and was denied boarding ** the manager ******, accused me of filming them. I have yet to see a recording on my phone though and had too buy a new ticket from another airline and only got $40 back in refund from frontier!!!! I had insurance, which was not honored either. Frontier needs major lessons in customer service. I want my star rating back as you all are the worst airline ever!!!!

      Frontier lost my bag, made me spend several hours on call/email/chat, only to reimburse half of the amount I lost. More than that, after learning the amount wouldnt be sufficient, I spent another several hours on email/phone/chat requesting details as to why my claim wasnt fully fulfilled (I followed ALL of their stupid policies by attaching receipts for any item over $70), and not one person could answer my question. I was redirected from **** to **** in circles until I had to give up. So, now Im out about $1500 worth of stuff. Never ever ever flying Frontier again.

      My flight dated 10/21/22 was cancelled due to sudden tragic death of my Brother. I informed Frontier about this matter. They clearly told me, I can ************* due to Bereavement, but they don't want to pay me, and it's very difficult to contact them takes hours on hold then they hang up. They are offering me credit, but I have no plans going anywhere anywhere. I need my money back! Worse Airlines ever!

      The absolute worst airline out there. We were completely screwed over during the Covid shutdown and tried for years to get our money back. It's so crazy to me that a company can just take your money without providing a service and nothing is done about it.

      My flight was cancelled on November 10, 2022 due Hurricane ******. Leaving from ***. I called Frontier to get a refund due to not leaving *******. They would not refund my monies.Not sure how I was to return to ******* when I never left.Customer service was horrible and I did a complaint. And still they do not care. I would never fly Frontier ever.

      A clear promise of ****** bonus miles after signing up for a Frontier Mastercard Credit Card, only to be awarded ****** miles. 5 months later and multiple hours wasted on the phone and no resolution. Both Frontier and Barclays (The ******************** are terrible to work with :(
