      Terrible experience with this airline. I had a ***** camera stolen out of my paid for checked luggage (I had never had anything stolen before in my luggage), they provided no investigation or assistance with the matter.The camera was purchased with the purpose of completing a documentary about my mom and sister who both suffer from Life threatening Chronic Lyme Disease in late stages and now I"m not sure how i'm going to complete it. One of their employees obviously went through my things (fair enough), but deliberately took out the camera, because when I got to my destination, it was gone. I've offered all the detail and information and they do not care one bit to even start an investigation into what happened.

      Hello ************,THank you for getting back to me. I have a lot of information to add, and I hope this isn't too much for you. I'm just really upset about what happened, and I want to share with you some things that I've learned, and a bit more about my experience. I am sorry if I am repeating some things here in, but tried to create a break-down of some of what occured below. I also would like to send under separate attachment the detailed strings of my email conversations with Frontiers as well as photographic evidence and images of the device stolen. Is that possible? And then finally I have an additional complaint that I think the BBB should know about that's very important for others to know who may be flying on Frontier.?Called Frontiers Airways 11/3/22:Waited 45 minutes to an hour to speak with someone; explained that it wasnt a matter of lost and found (though I would file a report), but rather a matter of missing item from my bag, THEFT) was very respectful of the operator - he hung up on me.Called Frontier Airways again 11/3/22:Called Frontier Airways Tried to explain to a man who sounded like same person that I was hoping to reach the baggage/luggage office where I picked up my bag (as it was not at the turnstile / carousel. He said they had no phone in that office and once again hung up on me.Called Frontier Airways Friday at 4PM CST:Only got long menu items, with a hangup at the end after explaining they were only open Monday - Thursday from 9 - 3 Mountain Time.Called the ******* ***************** 11/4/22:Spoke to ******* ***************** at Both ****** and ******* Airports. ******* Police very friendly said that Frontier would be obligated to replace my camera. That I should file a report with the ******* *****************, But that I should come to ******* from ********** where I was staying for the duration of my trip. I wasnt able to leave ********** unfortunately, so I filed reports and made calls every day. I made it back to ******* to speak with officers the day before I returned to ********* on November 15th. They had me file a theft report, but said it likely wouldnt do much good.Met with members of Frontier Airlines at the ************** I was first told had no phone (It had a phone), 11/15/22:The employees took offense to my suggestion that my camera had been stolen, instead of trying to help me. I filed a lost item report and left feeling failed. They suffer from Chronic Lyme that has gotten into their spines and brains and soon their hearts. There is no cure for people who do not catch the disease early. And its often misdiagnosed. I was going to use this camera to interview professionals in the field, doctors and experts to finalize the project. I can provide a link to a small trailer I started. Please help me get my camera back. This has taken so much work for me. This was stolen by an employee of Frontier and theyre trying to tell me they have no cameras anywhere that could have shown an employee walking away with a camera this big taken out of my bag. I have the original scannable Identification tag that was on my suitcase in a picture if helpful.Thank you so very much for trying to help me with this matter. Sincerely,***************************

      Frontier has the worst customer service I have ever seen. There was a weather advisory which allowed changes for flights without penalty. I expected customer service to be busy during this time but I never thought it would be so bad. Wait times on the phone for 2-3 hours and when I used the chat service the representatives just leave you there and stop responding. As a result of no help from them I had to use the website which did not honor the "no penalty" rule. They still charged cancellation fees. I could not use my credit to book another flight and they don't care. They issued the credit after the fact and I can't use it for the new flight I booked due to their mistake. I had two reps leave me on chat. They just stop responding. One star is very accurate.

      I was ******* from 11/5 and supposed to be there until 11/10. On 11/7 I learned that Hurricane/Tropical *********************** was going to hit ******* on 11/10 in the morning/afternoon. I was supposed to fly out at 2pm on that day. I called the airline the morning of 11/8 to change, or at least try to, change my flight to leave a day early. I explained "I'm trying to be proactive, I'm afraid that by the time you guys cancel the flight their will be none available for tomorrow (11/9)." He said "your flight is still active and on time. I understand the situation...to change your flight the change fee is $99 plus some taxes." I told "I would rather leave early then get stuck here until Friday or Saturday." He just repeated his jargon and refused to budge even thought the storm severity was allover the news. Later on in the afternoon ******* airport announced they were shutting down the airport at 4pm on 11/9. Then, finally, they put on their website that for various cities they will offer a "one time itinerary change" and ******* was one of them. Sure enough I was on the website chat and phone call on my phone while my boyfriend was on his phone trying to get hold of SOMEONE via chat!! My boyfriend finally got a hold of someone via chat after a a half hour or so. First of all, he had to convince the operator that that message was on the website, he didn't believe him!! He finally had to send the operator the link to the message and then, of course, the flight that we wanted to book, and was very convenient, that morning were gone. After being in the chat for 2 plus hours, I never got a hold of anyone in that time, we finally got a flight home to another city about a half hour further away. I also think that their operators are not paying attention. My boyfriend would type a response or question and would have to wait about 10 or 15 minutes for a response from the operator to which he would respond immediately and have to wait another 15 minutes. Horrible avoid!!!!

      I contacted Priceline to book a trip to ********* on October 7, 2022. I attempted to contact the company to cancel my trip. I was able to cancel my hotel without a problem through Priceline however Priceline called Frontier with me on the line to cancel my trip. We were hung up on and with many attempted phone calls we continued to be hung up on due to the high call volume. This company charged me $412 for a flight I could not cancel timely, I was overcharged for the trip on my card. The actual trip was $283. I canceled the flight as I was not made aware of the many additional fees such as baggage fees for each flight (connecting flight), and seat assignment for each connecting flight. This company is highway robbery. Instead of charging me a fee of $412 maybe the company should have offered a change in the flight. Priceline blames Frontier and Frontier blames Priceline for the loss. I am out of money without a product. I am not writing this review because I'm upset but this company should stand by the cancellation policy and be available to take calls. I was unable to go online to an apt to cancel my itinerary. Never will I use Frontier again. Frontier I just ask that you be fair. Everyone has the same complaint. Someone, please help. Money was just handed over without a product.

      Was charge for something I didnt agree to or was ever told I was going to be charged. Trying to call them is impossible and been hung up few times and still never got threw.

      As I write this review, I am standing in line to check my bag for my return flight. The sign says the staff will show up to check my bag 2 hours before departure. Frontier sent me an email asking me to be at the airport 3 hours before my scheduled departure for TSA reasons. So they ask me to come in early so I can stand in line for an hour and wait for their staff to show up.The planes are AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE. The seats have absolutely no cushion, so you're basically sitting on hard flat rubber for the duration of your flight. My departure flight was 5 hours long. I only survived because I sat on my neck pillow half way through the first flight.I bought an exit row seat, and thank God I did, because it was like being in a sardine can. I'm glad the person sitting next to me on the flight was my husband, because we were smushed together the entire flight. We had minimal leg room, even with it being an exit row.If you need to use the restroom on the flight, expect to rub your hips on the heads of every single passenger unlucky enough to have a aisle seat.This airline is ATROCIOUS and I will ne-he-hever ever ever fly Frontier again, and I will tell anyone who will listen to me about my experience because I hope to save everyone from having this type of experience. They charge WAY WAY too much for the horrible flight experience they provide.The flight attendants and pilot on our departure flight were exceptional, which surprised me because if Frontier treats their customers like this, I can't imagine how terribly they must treat their staff.Date of travel: October 2022

      I was on flight 507 on 10/25/2022 at *** that was delayed several times. At 1am Tuesday 10/26/2022 the plane pulled in and the pilots stated they were not flying back out. They started they timed out. Which means they were over their limit for flying for the day and will not leave again until they got rest. Frontier gave no explanation, no hotel/food vouchers. I slept in the airport overnight and caught Covid -19. On 10/26/2022 the following day the flight was supposed to go out at 12:30pm and it was delayed several more times right along with 4 other States. I finally made it back to ****** but now I have Covid 19 which is preventing me from being able to go to work. I'm afraid I will lose my job and be homeless and I still have yet to get any compensation from Frontier airlines.

      On June 22nd, 2022, my family (4 of us) had a flight from ****** to *** then from *** flight ****- ***. One landed in ***, we received a message it was delayed. When went to front desk, they told us due to a storm its canceled completely and next available flight would be 3-4 days later. We couldnt do it due to work commitments. They told us then we would refund the money within 5-7 businesses days. Days past and no refund nor proof of cancellation sent to email. When tried reaching them by email or call no resolution was done. I disputed with my bank and later they said flight took off to *** ( fraudulent claim to steal people money) and no services was done on top of taking $238.04 on bags. Frontier airline not only showed lack of integrity but also claimed a flight to be boarded while cancelled. I am trying to get a refund and cant seem to get help due to lack of information and updates they failed to do.

      Ive only had to fly with Frontier three times and every single time I realize why they are the worse. They change their rules flight to flight. Ive had problems with getting a refund 10 minutes after booking a flight in the past. It told 24 hours to get someone who gets it. *** traveled with the same carry on backpack the previous two times and no problems. This time they decided to charge me $99 because it was too big. Absolute joke of an airline avoid it if youre smart.
