      How is this airline still in business? Glad to learn that is is not a BBB accredited business. They do not deserve it. They will cancel your flights over and over again. Worst airlineworst than Spirit and I thought that was actually impossible. I hope they go out of business soon.

      Flight **** was expected to fly out of *******, ** at 3:36pm to *********. My flight did not fly out until 10pm. The first excuse was there is a delay due to a flat tire and that notification wasn't given until about an hour after the flight was expected to leave and the customers asked what was going on. We were advised to change the tire it will only take 1hr, then we got another announcement, about 1hr later to advise it will take 45min to an hour due to one person is changing the tire. After a few hours pass, we then get notification that the crew timed out so they have to wait for another crew come in. The delay went from 5:45 to 8:30 to 9:40. Not to mention the reps at the counter had an attitude because the guest were asking questions (bothering them). THEN when we finally get to *********, it takes another hour for the bags to load onto the conveyer belt and we were told the live flight took priority over our late flight. After flying delta to ******* for the first time, It worth paying more money to fly simply for a peace of mind. They need to eliminate frontier and try again because this airline isn't it. I think Spirit is better than frontier.

      Buyer beware!!!! They will leave you stranded at your destination. I had to pay out of pocket $1900 for 3 family members to get home. They canceled their flight and offered absolutely no assistance to get home. I personally will never fly them. Most expensive trip we have made to go from ************ to ******* ** They dont deserve any stars but it was required

      I was not able to fly out to *** due to closure from hurricane *** , frontier would not refund or help change flights , was charging an extra $99 per ticket for cancelation when I wasn't even able to fly there in the first place, horrible customer service ever

      DO NOT BOOK a flight with this company. Unfortunately I was in a desperate situation and needed to book a flight with Frontier due to the advertise low fare. Those fares that are advertise is literally just to agree to breath on a flight. If you want to check a bag, carry on a bag, think about a bag there a fees for each and every one of them and they charge you more on your return flight. so if you pay $50 for a check bag round trip it will cost you $105 total ($50 going, $55 returning). Not to mention customer service is almost non-existent. and that online chat is a JOKE. I waited for 3 hours trying to talk to someone about my reservation and NO ONE texted me back. By the way the fee to cancel a reservation is almost the same price for the trip so if you fly with this horrendous airline be certain that you can follow through because they will just take your money and not care. Mind you I have yet to even get on the plane yet and my experience so far has been terrible. I am terrified when I go to the airport tomorrow, all I can do is just pray about the situation.

      Hello All,I would like to point out how horrible your customer service is. I purchased a flight for my mother in law and your system made me the account owner the passenger as opposed to her. When we arrived on site your terminal was closed 45 minutes before the flight the flight took off. After waiting for you for 20 minutes and trying to get on the flight for 20 minutes we here my name over the speaker asking to board. She is trying to make it home to offer care to her sick mother and your lazy, unprofessional workers did nothing to accommodate us. I would of thought that this was race related but there where other passengers that your staff refuse to let board the plane that they payed for. I asked repeatedly was something we could do over at the counter but they insisted that I call customer service. I did as they asked and called customer service where I waited on hold for 56 minutes I finally spoke to a representative and the hung up on me after 2 minutes. I never raised my voice or called them out there name or disrespected them in any way. They simply hung up on me. This is unacceptable. Is this how you do business? I read on your site that customer service was something you guys took seriously. I don't even think it is a thought. I still need assistance. Can someone help me out or will this be yet another example of customer disservice?

      This is by far the worst experience of have ever had. Today is September 29,2022 and Frontier lost my luggage April 21,2022 on my way back from ******, ** to *******, **. I filed a claim months ago and was told that I would received reimbursement from my things being lost/delayed because I did receive my luggage 5 days later. I have sent in the receipts and all the requested information, but I have been given the runaround and lied to for six months. I was told I was entitled to a refund for my paid luggage fee, as well as the things I had to purchase due to me not having my luggage for 5 days. This is really sad how they take advantage of their guests and continuously lie to them. If you can find a better flight, DO NOT FLY WITH FRONTIER. Every time I call they tell me the issue has been escalated and that someone will contact me through email. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable to be waiting for reimbursement for 6 months.

      they changed my flight by multiple hours and it wouldn't work for me, then I tried to cancel but they wouldn't provide a refund. Also changed policy to charge $67 dollars for a carry on bag.

      Im done with Frontier forever! My flight was 2 hours delayed because they accidentally put gas in the plane twice and overfilled it. Ive flown at least 200 times (many times with a frontier, and I have never heard of such a preventable issue in my life) If I could give negative stars, I would. I woke up at 4am to board at 7am to wait for 2 hours (sitting in a tin can, squished against other passengers [and Im tiny, so I cant even imagine the frustration of others] because the plane is crap) without any compensation or reassurance. I used to count on you, but will NEVER fly with you again - I would literally pay double to have a good experience and on time flight instead of the c*** show I experienced.

      A hurricane is barrelling toward my home and the customer service reps have ZERO compassion and won't waive a change fee for an upcoming flight. There is an actual state of emergency declared for the entire ****************. This seems highly unethical.
