      I purchas** a one way ticket on 9/14/22 for ******. Ten minutes after the purchase when they declin** my debit card to check my two bags for $209.00 I went back to the ticket agent to let her know that I would not be able to take the flight because I was not going to go on the flight with out my luggage I ask** the ticket agent to give me a refund the ticket agent gave me a piece of paper that said on it Frontier Airlines we appreciate your fe**back with the telephone number to call to request a refund when I call** the number 3 times on the same day that I purchas** the ticket and explain** to the customer service representatives that I ne** ** to cancel my flight and that I want** a refund to cr**it back the ticket amount to my debit card 3 different customer service representatives disconnect** the calls on me I then call** the number back the next morning on the day that I was sch**ul** to fly out and I spoke to a representative that told me that she would not be issuing me a refund and that she was going to charge me $***** because I cancel** my flight I was shock** so I wait** a few days and I call** back to the customer service number and I ask** to speak to a supervisor after I request** to speak with a supervisor I was plac** on hold for over an hour I then ask** after being tir** of being on hold for an hour if a supervisor could please call me and I was told no finally when the supervisor by the name of **** pick** up the call he told me that I would be charg** ***** for the cancellation fee and the remaining amount would be cr**it** back to my debit card this was told to me after he inform** me that I was a no show for the flight at this point I was appall** so I ask** to speak to a manager a supervisor by the name of ****** pick** up the call and told me that I would not be getting any of my money back I explain** to both of the supervisors that this was very bad customer service and the fact that ****** had just contradict** what **** said

      Worst airline Ive ever flown. Cheap costs arent worth it with all the additional fees they bleed out of you. Youve been warned: dont fly with them! They will eventually s**** you over. I value cheap flights, but with the way Frontier runs their business it just isnt worth it. Their predatory practices try to squeeze every last drop of money they can out of their customers, with no thought to customer service. Terrible seats even for an airline, they dont even offer water over long flights without additional payments, and they charged me an additional $100 for a personal item I had already used on their airline on a return flight. Their cabin bins werent even full if they wanted me to put my backpack in one. All that money I saved went to a terrible experience. Just pay the extra money for a flight with a decent airline. Frontier has disgusting business practices. They dont care for their customers at all. Worst airline ever.

      Terrible customer service. Watch out they charge your card for membership renewal when you are not looking. Also they have people who don't know what they are doing when it comes to approved oxygen units.

      Muslin women at the gate was harassing my wife about the personal bag. My wife paid 100 for a bag that fit under the seat with room to spare. We suspect that this was because my wife carried a wallet with a strap and the women decided she would count that as her personal carry on. We were not given an explanation. This prejudice muslin a****** was jaded and was not polite or courteous either.

      Yesterday (09/18/2022), I had a flight with Frontier airline from Denver, CO to Philadelphia, Pa at 5:30 a.m. Before takeoff the engine started to have problems, the pilot an announcement telling all the passengers of the issue and said the mechanics were working on fixing the problem. After 30 minutes to an hour, he said the problem was fixed and we should arrive ion Philadelphia within 2 hours and 30 minutes. 2 hours go by, and the pilot says we are making an emergency landing in Chicago, IL because the engine is still having problems. Frontier airlines crew ask everyone to get off the plane. We are currently at O’Hare international airport at this moment in Chicago. Again, Frontier ask us to wait while the mechanics are working on the plane. It is roughly 9:00a.m at this time, 2 hours goes by, and they cancelled our flight with no update on the status of the plane. The crew gives us a piece of paper that sends us to TRIPEASY to schedule a new flight with our own money and promises all of us $500.00 in reimbursement. My partner and I scheduled our flight to Newark, NJ with United Airlines at 6 which took us almost an hour to book because the site they gave us was glitching. Today, (09/19/2022) we called Frontier airlines regarding the promised $500.00 per person for booking a flight with another airline and Frontier said they will not reimburse the money that they sworn to give back.
      Frontier is very unprofessional, a big inconvenience and as you see unreliable as well. I am beyond disappointed with this business, and I will advise anyone who plans to book a flight with this airline to take their well-earned money somewhere else because in the event of something happening like this incident, they will take your money and not reimburse you as well like the other 100 people on my flight.

      Too bad I cant give zero stars to this company. I have purchased my one way ticket from this Airline, and canceled it like 30 minutes after. I did it through Travelocity because it was the platform I had used. It was a round trip ticket using two different airlines. I didnt have any problems getting my money back from Delta, they refund my credit card right away; but this Frontier didnt because they have changed their cancellation policy back in June 2022, and in order to have the 24 hour free cancellation policy, we need to buy the tickets more than 7 days prior to the scheduled flight!!! So, just wanted to warn you about this sucky company!!!!

      Very upset. Charged for carry on after bag fit in metal compartment. Please reprimand or fire the **** manager working 9/18. If this is your representation of the company, horrible!! Told a man before if you dont like our policy dont fly with us. The gentlemans business bag fit also. It was a very bad experience for multiple people. Plane wasnt even packed so it was not a weight issue.

      Frontier airlines took all my money from a trip I had to cancel the policy reads $99 charge for cancellation but they stay with it all.

      The absolute worst customer experience Ive had in my entire life. I honestly do not know how they can even operate a business like this. I bought a flight with an overnight layover of 6 hours (not ideal but the price was right) however within 24 hours they changed the flight to have a layover of **** hours. Because I was on a time schedule this new flight change wouldnt work for me. I called to have it changed and or to they refunded but they absolutely refused even though it was the airlines which made the change. I asked to speak to a supervisor and still he said to change my flight it would be $99 (the original flight was $85) so no thank you Im not going to pay more to change it. I asked if I could get it refunded and they said no. In the end I wrote to their customer service and after a few back and forth they wrote me this: an exception will not be granted for this situation. We will not be communicating further on this topic Im stunned. I will forward that email onto all my friends and family so they NEVER consider flying with frontier. And of course I absolutely will never either.

      I tested positive for Covid 19 the night before my flights departure. I contacted Frontier to cancel my flight as I laid in bed with symptoms, they instructed they could not give me a refund without providing a verified doctors notice of my quarantine requirement, in addition they charged me a cancellation fee. Upon acquiring the documentation they required my refund request was then denied stating the documentation provided by the doctor was not electronically signed properly. Asking a customer with a potentially fatal illness to jump through endless hoops to acquire documentation for a refund is absolutely unacceptable.
