      I was surprised how unwilling they are to help. Me and my wife were traveling with our 14month old and the plane was only half full and they refused to let us sit together. We sat separately with whole rows to ourselves. Is there a lower score then 0 we can give? Wouldnt even let us ask someone to switch. I know they are cheap. But if we all team up and stop flying maybe we can reduce the size of their CEOs yacht. Good luck with all your travels and consider skipping these guys.

      Flight was cancelled 3hrs before take off. I had to pay 4x more for a flight home with another airline. Frontier issued me a $100 voucher that I was unable to use. When I reached out and contacted them about the issue, I was told that there is nothing that they could do about it and that they were unable to reissue a voucher.

      Haven't stepped on the plane and already writing this review. I cannot talk to anyone computer only. Even with my confirmation number they couldn.t find my flight info. My wife and I heading to ********** from *******, and didn't get a chance to pick my seat, we are sitting miles apart. the tickets were bought together. The web site is not user friendly. I am now quite nervous about even stepping on this plane. POS airline do not fly Frontier. We leave tomorrow and I cannot check in online, we will have to do it at the airport. I guess.... So far they don't get even a one star rating from me.

      I was charged ***** for a name change. I did NOT change a name. I changed the gender from female to male a slip of the finger maybe not sure. I really thought I clicked male. But, needless to say it says name change to me that is filling out a totally different person's name, NOT a gender which is 1 dot. This is a rip-off cause the entire trip didn't cost but ***** to fly round trip.

      This is the worst airline. Its says cheap tickets but they get their money one way or another. I paid 200 for my ticket. Then had to pay 65 for a bag on the way there and 70 on the way back and then paid 100 DOLLAR fee for my bag being over 40 lbs. It was 50 lbs last time I checked but they changed it a year ago apparently???? the seats are hard as rocks and they dont even offer you drinks for free. CHEAPEST AIRLINE is exactly right if by cheap you mean they are cheap and rob you wherever they can! Never again

      Terrible airlineworst flight ******** a rip offrude staffterrible seatingNEVER AGAIN! Charged me for a suitcase that fit in their size bin and then claimed my purse was a carry on as wellthen on the plane itself over the intercom claimed they had nothing to serve the passengers because of previous flightsunorganized and unprofessional! I would NOT recommend using Frontier to anyone!

      **************** is terrible. They just tell you its online, until you get to the gate. Then, they say its too late for you to check in online and they have to charge you $100 per seat to check you in. They have no kiosk check in (every other airline does). They dont tell you that they will also charge extra for any bags. Do they think people are flying without bringing anything? I now have strong feelings of hate towards this airline. I will never fly with them again. EVER.

      I purchased a ****** membership for $499.00 with unlimited travel for one year, and I wasn't able to select the GoWild option when trying to book a trip. This airline is scamming customers out of their hard-earned money and needs criminal charges brought against this airline.

      avatar Title: Horrible Experience - Avoid Frontier Airlines!I recently had the misfortune of flying with Frontier Airlines, and it was by far the worst flying experience I've ever had. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others and hopefully prevent them from going through the same ordeal.Uncomfortable Seating: The seats were incredibly uncomfortable, causing me severe back pain throughout the entire flight. I am now facing additional expenses for chiropractor visits due to the discomfort I endured.Baggage Issues: Despite paying for two checked bags in advance, I was not allowed to check my luggage on the outbound flight. I was informed that I needed to be at the airline an hour in advance to check a bag, something that was never communicated to me. This led to me having to throw away my luggage, which contained valuable items, resulting in a significant financial loss.Additional Costs: Since I couldn't check my bags, I had to pay for a carry-on bag at the desk, adding to my already mounting frustration and expenses.Flight Delays: To top it all off, my return flight was delayed, adding further inconvenience to an already terrible experience.The overall experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Given the discomfort, financial loss, and additional costs I incurred, I strongly advise others to think twice before flying with Frontier Airlines. I sincerely hope the airline will take these complaints seriously and improve their services.Avoid Frontier Airlines if you value your comfort, time, and money!

      Frustrated I make a reservation around trip to *********** with Frontier Airlines on August 29, 2024. On October 4, I receive an email where Frontier indicates that there is a change in the itinerary which I accepted because I was available. In October 16 Another change comes which I accept to. In November 6 and November 8 another changed which I cannot accept since I could not travel at the changed that Frontier makes. Frontier totally messed up my plans. I had to cancel the reservation in its entirety. They refunded me part of the money, not the entire amount, which made me feel super frustrated. when I communicating via instant message since they eliminated the telephones for customer service The person behind the text message explained to me that they could not refund me in full because I was the one who made the change when the changes were made by Frontier. I paid them for my reservation ****** dollar and what they are going to refund me is ****** dollars I am pretty positive that they should refund in full since Frontier is the one who changed the intineray.
