      ******** airline. And this cameo with the ticket, and they don't wanna refund back the money. I will never fly with them again. I do not. I do not recommend this airline.

      Absolutely Disgraceful Experience My recent experience with Frontier Airlines was nothing short of a nightmare, from start to finish. They overbooked the flight, even though I arrived THREE hours before departure, checked in, and had seats assigned for my family. Youd think that would guarantee us a spot, right? Wrong.Once on board, comfortably seated, a flight attendant approaches my mother-in-law, claiming she isnt in her assigned seat despite our boarding passes clearly stating otherwise. They proceed to order me to go back to the gate to clarify the issue. I complied, only to be met by EXTREMELY rude gate staff who dismissively told me she already had a seat. We returned to our seats, but within moments, that same gate staff burst onto the plane, escalated the situation over our supposed attitude, and removed us from the flight. This was clearly their excuse to free up seats for their overbooked passengers!As if that wasnt enough, when I inquired about a refund, they smugly told me, Oh, youre not getting refunded. Frontier Airlines doesnt just give you terrible service; they double down on it. They cover for each other, ignore basic decency, and treat paying customers like ********** top it off, I witnessed this same attitude and complete lack of respect directed at other elderly passengers as well. Frontier Airlines has shown they have no respect for their passengers or for basic human decency. If you value your time, money, and dignity, avoid Frontier at all costs.

      I would give Frontier Airlines an F! They are a terrible airlines! I gate checked my car seat and stroller from my trip a month ago from MSP to LAX and they lost it! When I arrived at *** my car seat and stroller were not there and I was left stranded at the airport! They were unable to provide me with a loner car seat and stroller thus said I should go buy a new one and I would get reimbursed! It has been a month and they have not reimbursed me the $440.99 I had to pay for a new car seat and stroller and they also have not found mine even though I gave them the info of what it looked like and my claim ticket! I am furious with how they treat their customers! You cant even talk to a real person! Never fly frontier!!! They dont even deserve 1 star but I had no choiceI was forced to give them 1!

      The physical flight service was ok. The digital site and phone customer service is awful. If you think you will need to cancel or change your flight in any way, don't fly Frontier.

      October 27, 2024, I arrived at Frontier airline at 5:30am to make an 8:30am flight. They told me that they did not have any wheelchairs available to guarantee I would make my flight. So, being stressed I would miss the flight, I walked I see if I could to make the flight, I had to wait 1 1/2 hours at *** to get clearance. Due to my medical history, I can only stand twenty minutes, I started experiencing neuropathy in both thighs which was very painful and numb. This scenario for individuals with disabilities is a nightmare. I requested a wheelchair when booked. I got to the gate, the gate closed. Frontier said I had to go back to the baggage claims and I am pulling my suitcase all this time I paid $70.00 for Carry on. The ticket agent who told me there were no other flights to ***** was 6:30am the next morning. I asked the Ticket Agent if they had a flight going to ********, perhaps I could change my ticket and told me yes there was a flight boarding in two hours and to check to see if there was a wheelchair available to get to the gate. The Wheelchair attendant and was told there was no guarantee that she can get me to the gate on time due to 9 people in head of me I was devastated no one even tried to help me to get to the gate although I had two hours before boarding.Suddenly my hand started cramping and I realized I had not drunk any water for the day. Once I got up, my right leg began to cramp as well, and I could not walk. I called for help, she got a wheelchair and she gave me three medium cups of water. After resting there for a couple of hours, when I got up my whole body began to spasmic, the ambulance was right outside the two medics and the Fire Chief **** ***** came to assist. They checked my vitals, and they were good, at this point I was so scared and upset, Chief ***** went to get the supervisor of Frontier for assistance. She apologized and gave me a ***** to write this complaint. I was so distraught and in pain I just wanted to go home .

      My sister flew your airline and it started off good when she left *************** today. Then when she got to ****** it was like a complete switch up. your staff treated her so horribly and made a scene in front of my 7 year old niece for no reason. She paid for carry on bags for your airline through Priceline. She had no problem boarding your plane the first time, magically when she was going to board her connecting flight in ****** today. Your staff was embarrassing her in front of the other passengers. They were yelling at her she was a non paying customer when my sister was showing them she had already paid. They stated to my sister well Priceline charges you for it but we never see that money so she needed to pay it again and it would cost $200 when she paid it through Priceline already. They told her she wouldnt be able to board unless she paid mind you after scanning her ticket and my nieces ticket . My sister stated she didnt have the money to pay again. The girl who was working with horrible fake lashes on decided to tell her well when u figure things out let me know just so she could help a man instead. My niece stood their watching my Sister start to cry in front of a large crowd and was scared because she had no idea what was happening. My sister asked to speak to a supervisor, when the supervisor came over, she Brushed her off and said nothing she could do because if she did it for her she would Have to do it for everyone. Having a mother be degraded in front of her child is not right. My sister then got the new tickets and the lady at the counter said these tickets have already been scanned. my sister said yes u scanned them and told me I couldnt board with my daughter till I paid again so I did. The lady then said u paid the $200 my sis said well I didnt have a choice now did I. My sis has been saving up for a year donating plasma and doing everything she can to afford this trip to see ****** ***** for my 7 year old niece.

      They dont have any real customer service. They say we need to be a member for customer service call, then even if you become a member they say your membership not found. They send a link for messaging but even they dont give automated response. All their online services fake. If you create a claim online they send a no-reply email but I believe those emails also fake, they never create a claim to follow. There is no way to reach some response about any questions online or with phone calls even you become a member. This is the worst company in the world. They have no respect to their customers if they dont respond them

      Without having to go into every detail... well I think I will! We, as passengers were treated in such disregard by the desk/gate personel, I can hardly believe the whole nightmare of an experience. First we all patiently waited for repairs or maintenance to be done, which delayed our leaving by approx 3 hours. We boarded at 1:32 am. We sat on the plane for at least an half an hour, then was told the flight was canceled. We then deboarded. We experienced 9 delays total according to the text we received from Frontier last night/this morning. Instead of giving us information at the boarding desk ( where we would wind up going back to anyway) we road a bus for at least a mile back to the ticket counter/terminal #1, waited in line another hour (5am by this time) to be told/ lied to that our flight wasn't canceled but delayed for 12 hours. They did not *** to give us hotel vouchers. They were only offering refunds which would only be half the additional cost of buying another ticket with a different airline, that would be leaving a little more than 3 hours later. So, they told us we would have to sleep/wait in the airport another 8 hours. This is when the next Frontier would be leaving for *******. The Frontier personel werent even gracious enough to communicate to us (honestly). We were informed only by other passengers with updates and relaying what they were told back to everyone else. Frontier took no responsibility in this situation. We were given no consideration and were treated so poorly. We were sitting around for 16 hours because Frontier was too cheap and inconsiderate to do more for their paying customers. Oh we got a $15 food voucher for all our trouble. I vow to never use this airline again and make a vow to pass this experience on to others as I know the other passengers will do the same. People other airlines like American, Delta or Southwest do a better job of informing and treating their customers with dignity and respect.

      They tried to charge me for the same baggage on my fourth flight, even though I had flown with it three times before without any issues. When I refused to pay, they closed the gate and wouldnt let me board. This airline felt more like an animal transport truck than a passenger serviceMy flight number F9 1324
