      Left us stranded in airport! Changed itinerary and left us 20 minutes to get to gate on an international flight connection because first leg was delayed due to aircraft unavailability. Missed flight and was told they had bad news that there wasn't another flight until Sunday and it was Thursday! Wouldn't offer any options to get us home even though my husband is a medical professional and had to get back. They had a responsibility to put us on another airline if they didn't have flights for days. Gave us no choice but to rent a car which took us 12 hours to get home, and Frontier will not reimburse for car, any fees, or carry on baggage costs. They offered $141 refund for three passengers. Never again--worst customer service!!

      Shocking how to see others with such similar experiences. Frontier is horrible, yet they are still in business. They cancelled my flight and never sent me an email to let me know. I ended up having to buy a $350 one way ticket with Southwest so I could get home. Then they booked me on another flight without my permission for 4 days later- after I told them not to book it, because I needed to get home. Guess this was their way to keep the $$. Their chat system is horrible and very difficult to manage. Maybe all these complaints is why my first flight was only a third full.

      I will never let anyone fly with them worst airline ever literally left my wheelchair father stranded for 2 hours took him off the plane and just put him aside . Worst flight experience he ever had.

      I had one of the most frustrating travel experiences with Frontier Airlines and cannot recommend it. My flight was delayed four times, with the original departure at 12:43 PM MST and boarding not until 4:51 PM. The gate was packed due to a prior flight delay, adding confusion.Boarding was chaotic as a passenger had to be wheeled from the tarmac. After more delays, we finally boarded, only to find the plane had been tail-swapped. I had paid to upgrade to an emergency row seat for a back injury, but the new seating left me without the upgrade. A flight attendant gave me permission to move, but *********, another attendant, told me to return to my original seat, unaware of the tail swap. She claimed I needed to pay again, even though I had already done so.********* then began questioning my health, which felt invasive. She dismissively said, Well, you didnt discuss them with me. Her behavior worsenedshe refused to give her name and falsely reported me to security, leading to an embarrassing scene. Fortunately, nearby passengers confirmed I was cooperative. She later offered a $50 voucher, which didnt even cover the seat upgrade.Her unprofessionalism continued throughout the flight, including repeatedly bumping me with the beverage cart. Upon arrival, our gate was blocked by another plane, and Frontier hadnt notified the ground crew, leaving us waiting for a mechanic.This wasn't my first bad experience with Frontier. A previous flight was also delayed due to an engine issue. Frontiers communication, rude staff, and operational failures are unacceptable. They even charge $40 for customer service. I will never fly with ****************** again and strongly advise others to avoid them.

      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my October 16th travel from *****************************************************************. I had pre-booked wheelchair assistance due to mobility issues, but none was provided, causing me significant discomfort and leading to a missed flight.Upon returning to the ticket counter, Manager ****** (no last name provided) acted in an unprofessional and sexist manner. While explaining the situation, ****** repeatedly interrupted me, refused to address me directly, and only spoke to my husband. He even told my husband to get me in check, which was demeaning and discriminatory.This behavior is unacceptable and deeply troubling, particularly from a manager representing your airline. I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of gender.I urge Frontier Airlines to take this seriously. Please let me know what steps will be taken to address both the lack of assistance and the inappropriate behavior of your staff.

      I booked tickets on frontier and was promised 4001 miles on each trip but got only 1 mile only. I was promised 4001 miles when I got the confirmation "You're earning 4001 miles!". I sent a complaint to Frontier. Flight was from *** to DFW and back

      Booked a flight from *************************** to ***. My flight was to fly out at 6:30 and boarding was at 6pm. I had a bag to check in and needed to get my ticket. I arrived to the ticket counter at 3pm with not an agent at site. An agent showed up at 4:45pm. The seats are in comfortable. No snacks or drinks. When I arrived in ******* and got my luggage, all the zippers were partially open and my sunglasses were gone. I filed a claim the next day and according to a contract I will not be receiving compensation. I WILL NEVER FLY WITH FRONTIER AIRLINES AGAIN. NEITHER WILL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

      Today I flew ****** to ******* and The Frontier supervisor on the boarding was super rude and FORCED me to pay for a carry on, total was $100, even when I told her that I could leave my little bag and not taking it on the plane , I put all my stuff in a plastic bag that fitted perfect in the personal item measure place, she ignored me and in a very rude mode, asked me to pay or not take the plane, she didnt give me any option, my only option was PAY, if I wanted to take the flight :(Very disappointed, no customer service at all

      Canceled the flight after having us leave the plane due to a mishap with the tires.Did not place passengers on any comparable flights nor gave them an option to work with another airline. My fiance who lives in ******** and I am in ******/********** was scheduled for a surgical procedure that I could miss dealing with these underpaid, under-trained and miserable individuals. They knew when they had us leave the plane the first time, their intent was to cancel the flight, just had to come up with the correct LIE.I hope that others will see this and use other reputable airlines (even if you have to pay more) We were ALL VICTIMS of the old cliche' you get what you pay for--you purchase cheap flights, be ready for a shady cancellation that can happen without notice and all the other negative things that come with being cheap.Frontier should have NEVER expanded past Colorado if you ask me.. Let the northwest deal with such incompetence!!!
