      Avoid Frontier Airlines at All CostsIf youre looking for a cheap airline where everything is horrible, look no further than Frontier Airlines. From the moment you book, expect extra charges for literally everythingincluding baggage, seating, and even basic necessities. The flights are dirty, the customer service is rude and unhelpful, and youll often get unrealistic answers from staff who seem to have no idea why they even work for this company. It feels like youd have to pay extra just to use the restroom! If you value a pleasant flight experience, stay far away from Frontier.

      My mother and son flew from ******* to ******** with a lay over in *****. Cancelled the flight at 2:35pm and were to be boarding at 2:47pm. Nobody could give a reason as to why. They made them spend $600 more to take a flight with American Airlines and only refunded $200. Then while I was on chat they couldnt even give me a confirmation or reason and disconnected the chat.

      This airline should not still be in business! They are very inconsistent and unprofessional. They have a lot of cancellations and/or delays without offering any accommodations to the passengers. Our 10pm flight was delayed several times and then scheduled for a 2am flight, but *** was closed so several people were stranded at the airport with no food or housing(without any vouchers). I would not recommend anyone to fly with them.

      This is insane. They are making us pay 70 dollars EACH for a stick and a hockey bag. 70 dollars for ONE stick is insane. People cannot afford to spend this much on unnecessary purchases. I am beyond dissatisfied with this airline.

      This airlines is an absolute scam.I booked a return trip on Expedia and they chose Frontier for the return flight. Upon checking in, I found out that they charge extra for EVERYTHING, including a seat and a carry on bag, which ended up doubling the initial price paid for the return leg of my trip.

      I will never book another flight through Frontier!!! I booked a flight online at the airport and when I got to the add my luggage it asked me to chat with customer service. **************** said they would need to cancel because the flight was no longer available. I screen shot where she said I would receive a refund. It never happened. After six weeks with no refund, I messaged them, and they said I was a no show and disregarded my chat pictures. Mind you, you do not speak to a live person. I was back and forth with a person on a chat screen for two hours. Please save your money and do not book with Frontier. They are HORRIBLE!!!!

      The most awful business. It makes me sick to my stomach. They take advantage of its customers and cares about nobody but themselves. Awful all around. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

      One star is too much. My parents and I flew Frontier round trip on October 2 and October 5, 2024. On October 2nd, I dropped my bag off at the drop off bag only area and was told by agent standing there that my checked bag was 10 lbs over the 40 lb weight limit. Unfortunately, I was charged an additional $75. I paid it.On October 5th, I dropped my bag off at the bag drop off only area and my checked bag was 5 lbs over the 40 lb limit and again, I was told by the agent standing there it was $75. My mom paid for this and later found out that she was charged $100 instead of $75.I reached out to Frontier right away once I heard of the discovery and the discrepancy in price. Frontier claims the additional $25 was for agent assistance. I didnt ask for agent assistance. I only dropped off the bag in the designated Bag drop off only area. The agent was there to receive the bag and told me the bag was overweight and it was $75. There was no mention of $100. She was deceptive. Frontier says they cannot refund the $25, that this was a fee imposed by the airport which is a complete lie. She was wearing a Frontier uniform so she was clearly with Frontier Airlines. The fee was imposed by Frontier.The fees are ridiculous and this why Frontier has a 1 out of 5 rating and over ***** complaints. They are deceptive. You think you are getting a good deal on a flight and the next thing you know youre paying so much more than if you originally booked on a legacy airline.

      My flight to ******* was cancelled due to a Hurricane but Delta Airline refunded 100% because it is an act of God. Frontier refused to cancel and would only offer a credit that I have not received. Frontier ******* is not a good company to do business with. People, please pay the extra money to file with an accredited airline.

      The worst experience I have ever experienced. The ticket agents, not very helpful and to top it off, very disrespectful.Between cancellation and change of flight, not one person to assist the travelers.We are requesting a refund for a charge, which now they are telling us, only Frontier vouchers. We are never going to fly with this airline. **************** numbers? For what , they dont have a clue about what to do to fix our request.Departure time changed so many times, we missed our flight. I am fuming and angry. Below average service in every way. I truly hope BBB looks into this airline, and t charges for everything. You only get water on the flight. They should not be in the business of flying! I am a very patient and professional person, have traveled all over. This airline gave us a stressful experience with out any solutions.
