      This is my second travel with this airline and both experiences very bad. The first time, we paid $150 each for priority boarding, but they called all zones at once. When my boyfriend and I pointed out that it wasnt fair, we were mocked by others, and staff were rude to us throughout the flight, even restricting bathroom ************, I had to fly from ********* to ********* for an early meeting. I bought a package with carry-on and priority, but mistakenly didnt pick a seat. At boarding, they said I didnt have a seat, so I politely offered to pay for one. When I expressed frustration about the situation, the gate agent, ***** ESulu P Asiata, got upset and denied me boarding, even though seats were available. Despite my offer to pay more, she singled me out without any respect and consideration. My only word wrong, was: this is $*#% crazy, since was 10 ppl without seat. I was referring about the situation not them. Both times I tried to contact customer service but has not been unhelpful at all. My second time without any resolution from them and even any respect.

      Rude counter staff trying to make money on both places *********** and ************** In an empty plane asked them to move the seat because of my spouse broken toe and they refuse asking me to pay for that.Send email that the flight is delayed 40 minutes and then send another email that the flight was on time, but the flight was delayed 2 hours.The plane was not even cleaned at the ******************* before we boarded.I will never fly Frontier airlines

      Words cant express how dissatisfied I am. Their customer service is f****** rude and extremely disrespectful. There chat line is a f****** joke I spent 45mins on a chat with a representative because she didnt know what the f*** $70+$70 is. The seat prices maybe cheap or affordable but be prepared to pay an additional $200 to $300 for bags. Oh they will say pay on the app its cheaper its a f****** lie. Frontier Airlines a JOKE

      If I could give it a zero rating I would! In over 40 years of flying, Ive never experienced such a horrible airline with terrible customer service and ridiculous policies. I guess what do you expect for a cheap airline ticket. Clearly there was a check-in glitch ********************************************************************************************* my email. The agent said he could print me a boarding pass for $25 or I could go onto the website and check in again. When I went onto check in after going through all of the prompts, it said that check was now closed. This is now one hour before my flight, no line at security, and now the agent is telling me too bad. I shouldve paid the $25 and had him print the boarding pass which he could no longer do. I paid for a flight that they wouldnt let me fly on as they wouldnt give me a boarding pass one hour before my flight. Seven others had the same problem. I asked if I could buy an entirely new ticket and he said no not for that flight. So I had to pay $400 to fly one way with Southwest four hours later.

      Awful! They changed my flight completely. I was supposed to depart on Dec. 11th. They changed to Dec. 13th. I was supposed to have straight flight back with no layovers. My departure was moved up by 9 hours and added 9+ hour layover.I could not get a person on the phone. The chat did nothing. And when I requested refund that I am entitled to per frontier, it stated my refund would be $80ish and I had paid $239.

      BUYER BEWARE!! No customer service whatsoever. All legs of my flight are with frontier and they changed the second leg, moving my flight up by 2 hrs. This does not align with my the arrival of my first leg, going to miss the second flight departure. The email with the change lists a customer service number, but when you call it they will only talk to premium customers. Fly with anyone else. So terrible.

      Booked flights to *****, **. Hurricane ****** destroyed the location of our accommodations and the beaches. Tickets were unrefundable. I can accept that I chose that options. However, why are baggage chares unrefudable. Furthermore, Frontier does not have a customer service phone number unless you are an Elite member or within 24 hrs before flight or after flight. Read every disclaimer and penalty before booking flight with Frontier.

      Most horrible experience with an airline in my life!! Made me miss a fligh by making me push a button that I kept asking if that would cancel my existing since I missed connecting; they said no and lied! Lost my luggage, refused to help me and everyone else, had to pay $250 just to pay another airline to get my luggage in *********! I will never fly them again and the plane also almost crashed; Terrible turbulence for entire flight and not one time did the pilot come on and say anything! Everyone scared for their life. On top of that, I have never had such horrific customer service without any help at all; they were entitled for no reason and made every customer feel as though how dare you ask them for any help at all ************* of president and CEO; emailedncomplaint and got a ******** answer back-

      Literally the worst airline. They can go to h*** Delayed then cancelled flight. Couldnt get me a new flight same day or next day had to wait 4 days later for a flight. Got some vouchers but magically they expired that day and was unable to get any type of money back from this awful experience. These people are true professional scammers who get you in their good graces with fake vouchers only to calm you down for a split second making you think they care when all they do is ripe you off even more.
