      Most horrible experience with an airline in my life!! Made me miss a fligh by making me push a button that I kept asking if that would cancel my existing since I missed connecting; they said no and lied! Lost my luggage, refused to help me and everyone else, had to pay $250 just to pay another airline to get my luggage in *********! I will never fly them again and the plane also almost crashed; Terrible turbulence for entire flight and not one time did the pilot come on and say anything! Everyone scared for their life. On top of that, I have never had such horrific customer service without any help at all; they were entitled for no reason and made every customer feel as though how dare you ask them for any help at all ************* of president and CEO; emailedncomplaint and got a ******** answer back-

      Literally the worst airline. They can go to h*** Delayed then cancelled flight. Couldnt get me a new flight same day or next day had to wait 4 days later for a flight. Got some vouchers but magically they expired that day and was unable to get any type of money back from this awful experience. These people are true professional scammers who get you in their good graces with fake vouchers only to calm you down for a split second making you think they care when all they do is ripe you off even more.

      This is the worst airline ever, If I could give less than 1 star I would. Got delayed then cancelled on. Told next flight was in three days. Dropped thousand of dollars with other people to get me home next day. **************** was awful and wouldnt give me my money back for their f****** plane not working. Finally received the vouchers that magically had an expiration date of later that night. This airline scams you worse than the scammers that got yo grandma

      Awful. If you like cheap flights and wearing nothing but the clothes on your back. I tried to pay for a carry-on for my return flight. The mobile app didn't work but they threaten to charge you more if you don't book online. It charged me to board early but didn't process a transaction for carry-on. Had to PAY EXTRA and NOT BOARD EARLYa waste of money and time. I read the online policy and it never stated they wouldn't issue a refund after the flight. An employee told me to contact them after the flight but customer service said "There's nothing they can do now that the flight is over." I wouldn't recommend this airline if my life depended on it.

      Frontier is the worst. Im a female with a female agent. My backpack barely fit in checking zone, but it did fit. They told me I had to pay $99 for the carry on bag check. While in line the guy behind me had an exploding bag. The lady came around the counter to let him know if he goes online he can get his bag checked for $69. I asked if that could be the case for me and they simply said NO with the most rude attitude. Thanks Frontier. Your seats are like lawn chairs. The worst!

      I flew Frontier for the first time on September 20, 2024 and had a terrible experience. I had my cologne stolen out of my luggage and my flight out of ******* was delayed almost two hours. I will never fly with them again.

      Frontier Airlines, Inc. We booked a flight on this airline paid for 3 seats and luggage. round trip. I got a text telling me they change the returned flight if I did not agree, I could get a refund. I tried to get back to them . I was impossible to connect with this airline and when I have I have been hung up on. The flight they set up was not possible to do. I set up and paid for a 5pm flight they rescheduled to a 5am flights and our shipped would not have docked til 8am. This has been very frustrating. Several of the other couples have I was traveling with got refunds already. Making this more frustrating. I need help don't know where to turn. my reference number was Z8WH8L. Any help would be appreciated . *** ******
