      They stink. They don't do proper maintenance. They try to do it at the terminal. They don't explain what's going on! They do not have enough planes to get to ur destinations on time

      ******** **************** rude mean customer service this ********************** need to be shut down ASAP. They cancelled our flight ticket without even our consent and when asked questions to the supervisor about the flight delay she got mad and called cop on us . Biased cop arrived at the airport and asked us to leave without even looking into the matter. I hope this frontier airlines get shut down soon .

      I recently flew with Frontier Airlines from ****** to ****************, and the experience was highly disappointing. Both my outbound and return flights were severely delayed, causing major inconvenience, especially since I was traveling with my 3-year-old child.Outbound Flight (F9 690): Scheduled Departure: 4:33 PM MDT Actual Departure: 6:13 PM MDT (1 hour 40 minutes late) Scheduled Arrival: 9:59 PM EDT Actual Arrival: 11:42 PM EDT (1 hour 43 minutes late)Return Flight (F9 689): Scheduled Departure: 11:50 PM EDT Actual Departure: 11:23 PM EDT (4 hours 24 minutes late) Scheduled Arrival: 12:43 AM MDT Actual Arrival: 12:41 AM MDT (3 hours 45 minutes late)Traveling with a young child made these delays even more difficult, especially when we had to navigate shuttles from the terminal to the parking lot at 1 AM. Frontiers lack of communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating. There was no clear information or support provided.Frontiers business model seems built around offering low fares, but the price you pay in terms of comfort, reliability, and peace of mind is far too high. Unless I receive a satisfactory response and compensation for the significant delays, I have no reason to believe that Frontier will change. This isnt just about one bad experience; it feels systemic, like a cultural issue within the company that prioritizes profits over passengers. Without more robust regulations and compensation policies for consumers in the ***** companies like Frontier will likely continue to operate this ****** conclusion, if youre considering flying with Frontier Airlines to save money, be prepared for the potential frustration of delays, poor communication, and minimal assistance.

      If you want to book a flight with Frontier Airlines, because they advertise cheap, think again!!!Their policy is to hook you up to book a flight with them and then without your permission to change the original flight time with no reason. In my case instead of departuring at 6:30 pm, they changed, to 9:30 am. Would go for it? I don't recomend Frontier Airlines, although after taking to them, they reimbursed my money. It is still to much trouble to fix the problem, takes long, long time, and it is against any customer service roles to switch the times without confirmation from you, right?

      We booked a flight only to be told that the time was changed so that we lost one day of our visit with friends. We tried to via the chat to clear it up and they said that since the flight time changed we would be charged extra money. Also there is no refund only a travel voucher when we tried to cancel. So we bought a product or service, they then changed the product and kept our money. I dont see how that is legal.

      Terrible company. They canceled our whole family flight tickets for our vacation that we purchased over 3 months ago . We already have resort confirmed on those dates, and the remaining available flights for those dates have astronomical prices. We as a family losing a couple thousands for booking new tickets. Frontier Airlines is the worse. When is someone going to pass a law on this issue they can cancel the flight and ofer only a refund what about to offer a refund for the current prices. Stay away from them , or else you will end up like us.

      My original reservation (UB2EXV) was unexpectedly canceled, which I was not notified via email nor text when I opted to receive texts from frontier. I only found out it was canceled during my luggage check in at the airport. It was a huge inconvenience because I had traveled 1.5 hrs to the airport and found out my flight was canceled with no prior notice. **************** was extremely poor and said there was no additional flight that day. So they rebooked us on a flight 3 days later with the same returning flight. This reduced my traveling time, which I was not happy about. I tried to extend my returning flight after the fact, and the resolution associate( Markyvan) told me I would be charged $99 change fare per person, per connecting flight. That would have been $400 plus fare difference. I argued that I should not be charged the change fees due to the fact that it was Frontier's fault for canceling my original reservation which reduced my traveling time. The associates only response was that this is a voluntary change. I had to explain AGAIN that this is not a voluntary chage. This is a change CAUSED by Frontier by canceling my original flight which reduced my traveling time. Unexpectedly, the associate disconnected our WhatsApp conversation. I have the entire conversation for proof for the lack and customer service. Horrible service and horrible airline!

      Frontier airlines is worthless and pointless to do business with. On July 22, 2024 I booked a flight going to ***********, flight AELN8D (1039) through Priceline. I called Priceline to inform them I need to cancel or change this flight due to an emergency situation. This was a split ticket Frontier /America airline departing from ******* to ***********. Priceline informed me I needed to call Frontier/American airlines to inform them of my cancellation. Speaking to American airlines they canceled their portion of the ticket with no questions asked due to the trip cancellation I purchased. When calling Frontier it was a total nightmare. There was no live person to talk to. I tried reaching out to them by email and the only thing I could get was an automatic Al composed of limited questions. / I got the biggest run around with this airline. The voice recorded information will only answer questions if your flight is departing in 24 hours or you have a returned flight in 24 hours which makes no sense if you have an emergency. Customers should be allowed the opportunity to make chances when/as needed.I call priceline back, the only response I received was to continue calling frontiers number which makes no sense since you cannot talk to anyone. In the meantime I had to book another flight and spend extra money. Now I'm stuck paying for two flights, one i didn't/couldn't take. I am highly ****** off, and frustrated. I left a message for someone to call me two weeks ago and "NO ONE has returned my call yet. I only want to cancel or changed the flight. Now Frontier wants to charge me because I didn't cancel in ****************** as a no show. I need my money back. Frontier needs to stop banking on their customers by charging them for underlining mishaps due to their unaccommodating policy. Frontier airlines will not be in business for long, if they do not change the way the airline does business. I will never fly with FRONTIER under any circumstance again.

      I try to book the flight ticket with frontier airline and After a couple of minutes, they sent me a email saying my booking is not it. Please call us back then I called him back. They told me the ticket price is went up and they try to sell me another ticket more expensive and I told him I dont want to book the flight by the time we talking, they start to charge me my credit card three different amount when I hang up the phone and check ******* account airline Charge it But no, any ticket Or confirmation number sent to me then I called him back again. Say why they charge my credit card three different amount they couldnt find they told me I have to do report with my credit card company which I did after three months I get credit back 2 charge. But they never give me back one charge of $420 and I called him again. They say I have to do report with my credit card company but my credit card company saying frontier airline they didnt accept to pay back no, hes already four months. I cannot get my money back yet so Im decide to ride in here and then. I will probably to do US government authority

      Well I made reservations and noticed there was a stand by to my flight I immediately made a cancellation to my flight for no stand by to be on there Well the *** *** still processed my flight and was charged for it Even though I never taken that flight I did an departure from ****** to ***** Then again on Spirit for arrival From ***** to ****** "ON SPIRIT: Never taken the flight with Frontier z8y6qb still today I was told I get no refund Frontier crm:0013218 frontier flight was on 8/12/2024 I want my money refunded!!!
