      My flight was delayed from ********** PA to *************** was delayed over 6 hours (making an evening flight to an extremely early morning flight) with no compensation or anything from the airlines. Once at ******* we sat in the airplane for over 30 minutes waiting for staff to arrive to let us off of the airplane. Due to these things I was unable to get to my hotel on time resulting in loss of my reservation. Due to this we also had to postpone and cancel some of our trip with loss of time.

      Frontier Airlines is the absolute worst airline in airline history! How on earth are they going to change the gate without notifying me 3 times ************************************ every stop. The incidents occurred in ******. I literally missed a flight because they said they had a gate changed so I went to the new gate and then no announcement was made at new gate then went to the original gate and they said I missed the flight. Mind you I was at the new gate ready to go that they announced. Then the attendant gave me an attitude and told me to go to ticketing in the manner that you would addressing an animal. I had to literally go to ticketing and they felt as if there was no error was made. They put me on an early flight the next morning for 5 am. Then I get to the gate and they didnt notify by text or anything that the gate changed once again in ******. Had to go find the new gate for my flight to ******. Same thing in ****** no notification the gate changed had to go across to find a new gate. These people are unprofessional. They have no regard of customers well being which I feel is a standard for anyone who is in business. The customer satisfaction standard was not met and the frontier airline will be hearing from my lawyers. Only reason I put one star is because I couldnt put zero. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves and whoever trained you guys especially in the ******************

      Upon my boring returning flight with no WIFI options the stewardess made an announcement that there was a special Frontier Credit Card offer available. By simply signing up and getting approved you would receive two free round trip flights anywhere in the **. I questioned this so stopped her to have her confirm and yes I heard correctly. So I applied. A month later I get the credit card in the mail. I activate it, then call the Frontier mastercard to find out how to redeem my offer. They said I had to call Frontier. "we all know that is next to impossible" After logging in and doing the online chat I was able to get someone to call me back. There was a huge language barrier. I assume frontier is outsourcing their customer service overseas for cheap labor. The first *** couldn't understand my plain english, placed me on hold because he was trying to get help then eventually hung up on me. So I got someone else to call me. The second **** whos english was a little better said "oh no you have to spend $1,000 then you get 50K miles." I said no, I can understand some slight miss interpretation's here and there but that's not even close to what the stewardess said to the whole plane over the ******** and then confirmed it with me personally. I am supposed to get 2 free round trip flights just for signing up and getting approved. All she kept repeating was to read the terms and conditions that came with the card. I said I see them **** but that is not what got me to sign up for the card and get my credit ran and get another credit card in my name. The stewardess wasn't passing around terms and conditions with a credit card. It was her word and a little application to fill out to get approved. I think the long story short here is not only is it near impossible to get issues resolved because there is no one knowledgeable to speak too but now there flat out lying to get people to open credit cards knowing you can't call in to complain.

      Frontier cancelled my flight home from ******* with no warning and no notice. I didnt know until I arrived at my gate that it had been cancelled 6 HOURS prior! I rebooked with a layover flight and was waiting for it to board when it was delayed by 2 hours, making it (physically) impossible to board my connecting flight to get home. At this point it was 10 PM and I had to get home for work at 5 AM the next day so I rebooked with SouthWest on the last flight available, costing me an additional $300. Frontier has refused to compensate me in any way for these additional charges. I am lodging a formal complaint with the BBB and the **** Seeing theyve already got a 1 star review on BBB and an F grading, I doubt theyll see (much less care) but I would be doing a disservice to others to not report this malpractice.

      Booked a Flight for 3 from ORF to MCO. When we arrived to the airport the ticket counter was not open and did not open. We called and just left get the run around with the robot system. When I looked online I was checked in on the flights. Very unsat. I was never in the flight. I had to book another flight with a better airline to get to my destination.

      Won't refund my flight only give me credit. Only way for me to use that credit is to call. They also expire. Just want my money back since you changed my flight. Stole money from me.

      Terrible customer service! Cancelled my flight W/O notification, no voucher for hotel or any refund for the price I had to pay for another airline ticket, never mind all the stress involved, this company cant continue functioning like this.. its unacceptable, They keep apologizing, but thats cheap when they dont have action to support their apology, reading the reviews,I dont see this company exist in the future..

      Hi my name is ***** ****** and I still haven't received my bag or any call or email about my bag. It's been 2 days. My flight was cancelled and I did not receive any compensation. My experience with your company was horrible. I had to pay for parking for 2 more days due to me not being able to catch my flight me and my nieces had to sleep in a airport for 17 hour. I also had to call off work for Monday. I experienced bad customers services from ******* and ****** as well as no one has helped me over the phone no one from relation has called me today as I was promised they would. I been back home since yesterday at 12 noon and I still haven't received my luggage nor have anyone call me about it. I have not received any credit but was denied refund. I did not receive a phone call today about my luggage. I drove to the airport and no one was there to help I'm very frustrated and I need my bag my medicine is in there and I have not taken it for 2 days now. I been trying to get through on the phone today no luck. I'm about to get a lawyer if I don't hear anything back and I'm about to dispute the charges with my bank as well as call the police department and file a complaint if I don't hear anything by tomorrow morning. I'm so disgusted with this company. Frontier have no respect for there customers and I feel like I'm being discriminated against because why didn't I receive an email or call.

      Frontier airlines and the employees are very disrespectful. They dont help you with nothing , there is nobody to call and all they do is tell you wait , wait like you mean to tell me there is nothing you guys can do better worse service ever.

      This was a horrific experience. I was stuck on the tarmac without A/C for 2hrs. When I finally got off the plane I had missed my connecting flight. There absolutely zero support from Frontier. No customer see of any sort. I ended up booking a flight the next morning on another airline for $308 plus hote. Every employee I spoke with was rude and put off by my request for help. They were dismissive and indifferent to my situation. I recommend that everyone steer clear of Frontier Airlines.
