      We had flights that were purchased a few months ago through frontier leaving *********, arriving ******* Va for August 25. We found out they cancelled our flights the same day we were supposed to leave just as we were checking the status of our flight. We have been trying to get in contact with the airline and theres no available contact info. No one seems to answer or the calls get dropped immediately. This is not the first time we have had a terrible experience with frontier.

      Frontier Airlines is a disaster! Frontier had a reasonable delay of a flight for our return flight from ************** to ******. It was then continuously delayed over a period of several hours 6:00 PM until 11:00 PM wherein we waited at the airport and then it was ultimately cancelled. There was no one at the Frontier desk or anybody to speak to get our checked bags back. No one at the airport and they will not talk to you by phone unless you are a Frontier member. We had to spend the night in a hotel, pay for travel to and back from the hotel and because they did not correspond with us about new flights available until late the next day we had to pay for new flights with another airline. Now, when we are requesting a refund they only correspond by email, respond with incorrect information, tell us we had a leg of a flight to CA which is not true, spelling and grammar in the emails is terrible and basically are trying to give us the run around. This is unacceptable service and customer care. i will never fly with or book with Frontier again and I highly recommend you do not either. Disaster!

      Change flights and won't accomodate in anyway. They are hard to reach via telephone and their chat option is auto populated and won't answer your questions accurately. I will never fly this airline again as it cost me alot of extra expense to fly home a different airline due to them changing our itinerary and had my family and I going from having a direct flight home to having to have a 19 hour overnight at **************. When I spoke to airline representative at the airport all she said to me was "well we have a statement that states all airlines are subject to change".

      We purchased tickets through a third party travel agency and Frontier airlines made a mistake, rather then trying to work with the customer, they are trying to charge twice the amount of the purchased tickets. If I was to cancel they would still charge twice the amount of money I paid for the tickets. This company manipulates the consumer to charge fees under the guise of a good deal

      My name is *************************, and I think Frontier Airlines is the worst airlines in the ************************. On August 14, ********************************************************* laws and was to return from ******** to the U.S through *********** then to *** without an explanation or accommodations. Frontier refused to refund at least half of the money used to book with another airlines. I need compensation for all expenses, which is $977.00. I want this Airlines shut down and passengers like myself be compensated for our inconvenienced.

      I give them a zero. Inadequate service in every area. $$$ charged for services not received. Closing the gate early, forcing ppl to re-book causing additional work for themselves. Do Not try to save $$ by booking with them, U Wont.

      I bought a air line ticket for my daughter on line and we made it to the to the ticket counter the day of the flight within the 20 min window that the email had confirmed to us but when we got there the ticket agents had said that they had stoped boarding an hour ago and we ask for a refund but they said they could not give one so I was out of ****** lost to as what to do o the date was jul the 8 2024 I have all the documents as well p.S. this was done on a credit card the credit card company told me to get with the merchant I bought the ticket through Priceline and they told me to go thru the merchant as well

      Frontier had a delay from RDU to PHL and it caused me to miss my connecting flight in *** to ***. Apparently the delay was due to another plane doing an emergency landing. Frontier had nothing they could do nor did they seem to care that I would have to be in the airport for an entire day. They have no sympathy or customer service. The delay was their flight and they did not offer a refund, gift card voucher or offer to pay for me to fly with another airline. This was extremely overwhelming and expensive for me. I hope I never have to fly with them again and I hope they change how they treat their customers or they will have a whole lot of lawsuits.
