      I understand that delays are a part of travel with any airline, but the measure of a well run company is how they treat passengers who experience these delays. In this case, Frontier has made several appalling errors and refuses to take accountability for them. Simply, this was the most disgraceful customer service experience I have ever had.1. Frontier left me stranded in an unknown connection city (PHL) for two days. I missed my trip entirely and had to pay my own money for a train back to ******. Frontier has offered no compensation for any additional food, hotel, or travel expenses. The backup itinerary I was presented with did not get me to my final destination for two additional days, while offering no food or hotel compensation. I declined this backup itinerary due to how ridiculous it was.2. My refund was not issued in full. Frontier is insisting that I pay for the ****PHL connecting flight. I can't express enough how egregious it is to not refund this. I paid to get to my final destination, anything short of that is a failure that I will not be paying for.3. The issues above are conveniently explained by weather and *** delays. This was not purely an *** delay. The initial delay was because we were missing a flight attendant which pushed us into having an *** delay. The *** delay in this case conveniently masks a delay that was Frontier's fault.

      **************** is terrible. Can not contact anyone. A lot of added fees when you get to airport. I will never fly with them again. *** never had to pay ***** for a ****** on and to have them check you in was another *****. Beware!

      its been months and they refuse to refund me for a flight they moved 6 or so hours later. small print says if its moved over 2 or 3 hours later, i am eligible for a refund. i have an open case with them and apparently when my bank called to confirm this, they said i wasnt eligible for a refund. this has been going back and forth now since May. i will never stop fighting this, out of principle, and i now am getting lawyers involved. this company is so horrible to work with, so horrible to fly with, so horrible to go back and forth with. Zero stars if i could.

      Not sure who exactly is at fault, but the departure time changed three times, resulting in a two hour delay before we could even get on the plane. Then, once on the plane, it was announced that the ** was broken. Then another 45 minute delay for paperwork to be completed? And this is apparently pretty standard? What gives, Frontier?

      Wow. The worst company spirit, frontier they are scammers, they help you not to contact the customer service, they dont serve water, the plains are dirty, you make people angry, you are the worse company frontier its the worst. Please ???? be out of business. You do ****** to people. Frontier I hate you, and spirit. Die all ready this companys.

      I thought spirt airlines was bad but this company is far far worse I didn't think that could be possible but they did it I'm sure there is worse but the bar can sink lower they will take your money and do everything they can to avoid talking to you to refund you

      If I would give this airline a 0 if I could. Baggage claim people were very rude and unhelpful. Charged me $200.00 for my bag that was 2# over without opportunity to rearrange my things to my carry on We signed up for bundle, which was supposed to offer free seats, check bag, carry on etc (obviously not) so another $300 down the drain In the end, our $87 flight turned into a $680 (including insurance) flight. They offered no beverage service for the 2:46 min flight and the seats were terribly uncomfortable. Don't let there cheap fairs **** you in. It's a scam.

      there was a three hour delay then they put us on the plane were it didnt move until 2.5 hours, they didnt tell us anything until after one hour on the plane, its amazing that someone doesnt investigate this how is it possible they can get away with this. I understand things happen Ive been flying for years but never seen anything like this.

      My son was flying from ******** fl. To *******. His flight was going to ************ first and then *******. The flight was delayed 3 hours in ********. They got on the plane and made it to ************. The flight to ******* was delayed about 3 hours. They started to board the plane. My son was on the walk way to the plane. When someone told them that they had to go back. The flight attendant were no where to be found. There flight was cancelled. Still no body from Frontier Airlines was to be found. They over heard a gate agent say that they had no pilots with the hours to fly. My son found someone who said that the plane was cancelled because of the weather. Two flights left for ******* twenty minutes later. If they had told everyone that the flight was cancelled 45 minutes earlier my son could have gotten on one of the flights to ******* from ****** or Southwest. There was no one to offer guidance to the passengers from Frontier Airlines. I had to find a room for my son. The ********************** was the only hotel. The price for a room that night was 605$ . I then had to get him a flight home. I called frontier and they said he could leave the next day. That flight was a 10 hour flight. Southwest had a direct flight for 260$. A deal of a flight by frontier turned into a 1000$ day. I requested a refund for the flight but was only offered a 50$ flight voucher. I want the 190$ I paid for the ticket. It took my son 36 hours what is normally a 2:30 flight. The flight was cancelled because of a lack of pilots not weather.
