      If i could rate them 0 stars I would. I was optimistic and trying not to belive all the bad reviews of the company but now i am a believer. Seats are hard and uncomfortable, flight attendants have attitudes with passengers. Our Flight to get from our destination was abruptly canceled the day of departure without any reasoning behind it. Only provided a $100 voucher to rebook but no accommodation for another flight, hotel if Needed or anything. We had to come out of pocket to switch to another airline/airport to get home since they ultimately were going to leave us there stranded, especially with their next flights out not for a few days. Looking to get a refund. Will never fly them again, if you do, fly at your own risk.

      If I could give zero stars I would. 2 checked bags, one was 28 lbs, the other was 45 - they wanted to charge me 100 dollars for the overage, so I took out what I could and put it in my carry on as suggest by the attendant. Just for my bag to still be 1 lb over, and she accepted it. Mind-boggled that they work that way. Then I look at my card statement and noticed they charged me double for my bags so I paid $78 twice... I tried calling and no one calls back, so I was able to somehow chat with a bot online and they will not refund me the overage, said the best they can do is a credit to fly frontier... You are literally stealing money from people. Flying should not be that difficult, and you shouldn't be allowed to steal money

      Frontier is the absolute worst. Every time we fly with them there are issues with flight delays or cancelled altogether and they leave you stranded. Their stupid flight vouchers are worthless as it only covers base fare and not the tax or airline imposed fees the are ridiculous. Done with with Frontier!

      I purchased the Den pass and kids fly free. When I put in the information about the child it still charged me the same amount as the adult ticket. Trying to contact someone is impossible. They put you on hold for 278 minutes I need some help. I feel like I just got scammed.

      Frontiers communication is practically nonexistent. Absolutely no phone customer service whatsoever. The robots they employ do not understand to help. An airline should be required to have support for customers. We wasted countless HOURS trying to reach them regarding bags and app help. My mom even went to the airport for help and no one from Frontier was there to help. Shameful.

      The worst customer service experience its so hard to get hold of an agent and once you do after 2 to 3 hours they disconnect the chat or the phone call and you got start all over again

      - [ ] I want file a complaint. I was on flight F9 4048. From ********* to *******. With a layover in *******, **. My flight was due to leave ********* at 10:30a and arrive in ******* at 11:52a. When I board the plane at 10:30a. The plane didnt take off at 10:30a. We sat on the plane from 10:30a to around 1:00p. The pilot came on the PA. Said the plane was having maintenance issues. He was on Frontier maintenance was coming to check out the plane. So we end up leaving the gate E8. We was on the runway to take off. Then the pilot come back on the PA. Saying we sat to long we needed a new fight plan. So we sat some more. Then came on the PA again. Said the plane was still having mechanical issues. We return back to gate E8 in *********. Said we could get off we wanted to. The pilot said the fuel was overheating. The plane had to be refueled. It caused a 4 hr delay. Cause me to miss my connecting flight from ******* to *******. Flight F9 IF9Q4G didnt leave ********* until 4:15p going to *******. We I arrived in *******. I didnt have flight back to *******, **. So I had to rebook a flight to *******. When I went to frontier ticket counter. I was told. The earliest flight would be Wednesday and arrive in ******* Thursday. That was unacceptable. I had to book my own flight 4195 Southwest Airlines 6/9. Costing me an extra $400.00. With no compensation from frontier. - [ ]

      One star because zero isnt an option.This was my final flight with Frontier. I dont care how cheap their tickets areIm DONE.I tried to book this flight when it was $100, but Frontier changed my date of birth in their system after a previous flight. It took five hours of dropped chats and disconnected calls just to get it fixed. By the time they did, the fare had jumped to $250+. A *** promised a manager would call me. No one ever did.Fast-forward to today:My ********* to ******* flight was scheduled for 4:30 PM.They delayed it to 7:08 PM.Then removed Phoenix from the reader entirely.When I asked, the agent casually told me they were flying LAX first instead.I questioned it, and her exact words were:A lot of things dont make sense, but we just have to deal with it.Another agent, Kiori, refused to help and told me she was busy.But I watched her treat the Spanish-speaking woman behind me with kindness and patience.And now?Theyve moved us to multiple gates with no explanation.The latest time is now 7:24 PMbut weve been shuffled like cargo all day long.Lets be clear:Frontier changed my info without consent.Charged me more than double.Delayed my flight multiple times.Prioritized another citys flight over ours.Moved us around like lost luggage.And gave me some of the worst, most dismissive customer service Ive experienced in years.This airline is disorganized, unaccountable, and disrespectful.I will never fly Frontier again.Mimi Las Vegas to *******. Still not boarded. Still being disrespected.

      Terrible airline. Multiple delays on 1 single trip. Sat on tarmac in Slc for over 4 hours. Leaving ********* the plane was turned around due to some senser. Dont waste your families vacation time fly on another airline..

      Check your accounts and billing statements if you purchase with them because Frontier will double charge you for tickets and since they don't have customer service lines to speak with someone you will have to dispute it the charges with your bank. They HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you call the number listed it tells you to chat them and the chat is with bots that have preprepared respondes.I can't trust flying any airline that behaves so untrustworthy.
