      One would think I would know better than to utilize a terrible airline; however, I havent learned my ******* Their baggage policy at the gate is completely objective based on the ticket agent. What a joke. You get what you pay for, except when you pay extra in bag fees, you are not getting what you pay for.

      Baggage is overpriced. Couldn't move to open seat by exit where no one was setting because it was an upgrade. The row was empty. Late going both ways. Captain late to plane.

      If it were possible to rate in the negative, then they would get a 5. My disabled, senior citizen girlfriend booked a flight from ********, OR to *******, ** to come see me while I am caring for my parents. She is 62, in a wheelchair and has numerous medical issues. Since the first second of going to **************** to get tickets, etc she has bin scrutinized and made to feel worthless. They never let her know of a gate change, so she missed the flight from ******. They rerouted her to *******, **. Are you flipping serious. Then the flight leaves 3 hrs late so she misses the flight from ******* to ******* by an hour. Then they keep wheeling her to the side while they help others, not caring that she is now on 26 hrs of this ordeal. They give her a ticket to ********** and then no info on the connecting flight to **********. I looked it all up for her while on the phone trying to keep each other calm cuz I was ready to drive 10 hrs to go get her in *******. She won't be to me until tonight at 8:13. And that is if they don't mess up something else. Staff has bin very rude with her about transport from the plane to the next gate when she signed up for all of that when she purchased the ticket. This airline is the absolute worst example of a good airline. Negative 500 and a closing of the airline would be my recommendation. And then me going a d personally slapping everyone at the *************** frontier service desk would be an added bonus. God awful people, service horrifyingly terrible. Please everyone. Stay away from this airline.

      On Frontier Airlines the personal item size limit is 18 x 14 x 8. My under seat bag with wheels is just under that size, but the wheels add an inch to the 8 inch width. The bag fits underneath the seat in front of me with plenty of clearance. *** traveled with it at least 10 times and not had a problem. On August 8, an obnoxious gate agent in ****** forced me to shove my bag into a metal bin in front of all the other passengers waiting in line. I was randomly selected, not everybody was required to do this. When my wheels stuck out of the bin, she threatened to charge me $99 unless I got online and voluntarily paid $85 myself. Of course I couldnt get on the plane unless I paid this additional fee. My husband also had to pay, and round-trip the total was $286 in fees on top of $179 airfare. Nowhere in my confirmation email or on their website does it say that the wheels are included in the measurement or that you would be forced to use metal bin at the airport to prove your bag is under size. It also doesnt say that they will do selective and random assessments. The lady in front of me was allowed to empty her bag until it fit and then re-stuff it with her personal items. ********************************************************************************************************************************** Check it out. Dont ever fly this airline, they used to be great and theyve gone to c*** My credit card company agrees, and is going to dispute this charge on my behalf. I will get my money back in the airline will be penalized with an additional fee.

      Horrible! Paid for an upgraded seat and this was not honored and they refused to refund my money. I will never book with Frontier again.

      I had a round trip from ******* ** to ************************ everything went find until we landed I. *********** and had to wait an hour a halftime for the luggage. On the way back i found the one of my suitcase got broken and because of that i lost my car keys. I submitted a claimed 3 times and the 3 times my claimed was rejected and the excused was it was wear and tear. It wasnt wear and tear that suitcase was perfectly fine when I dropped at the airport frrontier counter. But now they dont want I take responsibility and Im out of $406.05. Stay away from it. I cant get nobody on the phone everything is on chat and if the get mad at you because your not agreeing of what the said they closed the chat.

      They will yank the customer around, delay flights, and change gates so rapidly that the low fares are not worth it because they wind up costing you more money and time due to food and hotels because they are so unorganized. Do not fly frontier if you have a schedule to keep. Worst experience with an airline.

      I fly for work a lot and am on 100+ airplanes a year. I made the huge mistake of booking a Frontier flight against my better judgement because it was the only direct option for a recent trip. My experience was very much in line with the vast majority of the reviews that are apparently very common for Frontier. My flight out was delayed 4+ hours, then we were delayed on the Tarmac for another hour upon arrival due to an altercation between a passenger and a flight attendant resulting in a police ****** off the flight. When checking in for my flight home, I was never given an option to pay for my carry on bag and the misleading verbiage of the check in process led me to believe that the $75 (unreal right??) that I paid for my carry on for my flight in was meant to cover both ways, which makes sense compared to what the few other airlines that charge for a carry on normally charge. Unfortunately, this is misleading on purpose, because if you get to the gate not realizing this mistake, they charge you $100!!!! To carry on a bag. They got me good and I feel like a fool.

      Worst airline I have ever travelled with! There is no way to reach them by phone and there message system is zero help at all! They postponed my flight overnight and never confirmed the cancellation l, so air showed up for my flight and upon trying to board they would not allow me because they canceled the flight with out confirmation of cancellation! Then kept the return flight from my destination that I was not allowed to reach! Will not refund my return flight now but would not allow me to board to get to my destination! Their in person customer service people were all very unfriendly and unhelpful and active just completely rude! I will never travel with them again and would not suggest anyone else do so either! NOT WORTH THE ***** I WOULD HAVE SAVED!
