1 starI purchased two tickets ( non stop round trip )in February to travel in June ******* to **.. They canceled my flight and tried to rebook us to fly from ** to ***** to ******* with 24hr flight time. That does not work nor is reasonable so email said I could cancel my trip for refund. When I went to ******, it only let me get credit on the link. NOT what I want . I filled out the refund request and got confirmation they received it. Says they will respond in 7days to the request.. it has been 10days and no response. There is no customer service line for this airline- it hangs up on you when you call and directs you to their website robot which was unhelpful. PLEASE BEWARE. I wouldnt be surprised if this airline is planning to file for bankruptcy which is why they are not responding and canceling flights left and right. If no response by the 14days, my next step is small claims court against them.Review fromBrian O

1 starPaid a premium for tix by buying early. I paid 100% more for these tix ($300 apiece, typically in the $150 range). A small typo occurred as I bought these tix for friends... I forgot an "n" in his last name....I spent 3 hours (no lie) waiting on customer service response. There was none. Phone and messaging systems are terrible. Complete "F" for customer service. I was charged $75 to add the "n" to his last name. Complete price gauge. As a disabled veteran, it was difficult to buy these tix in 1st place and was bought with credit...then they charge extra for a small typo that cost them nothing... beware of this with Frontier and perhaps any other airline. Though I've never had this level of disregard with any customer service.....Review fromCharles C

1 starMy first priority when booking an airline in the past was to avoid spirit airlines.I never thought I could have a worse experience with an airline until I flew Frontier. If you have a connection with another airline, even if it's with frontier, do not fly with frontier airlines. Stopping the cheapskate in book a flight on delta alaska four anyone else but stay away from frontier. In the end, you'll probably save money.Especially if you have a carry on bag.And i'm not even going to get started during their customer service. Pure attitude.Review fromRyan S

1 starI am writing to express my profound disappointment and considerable frustration regarding a recent alteration to the scheduled departure time of my flight. The original booking was made several months ago to attend a funeral. A message was sent informing me they had changed my flight time to what seemed to be slight difference, but in reality it was a 12+ hour shift from the morning of the day to the night of the same day, which makes the whole purpose of the flight ************ alter my flight to the preceding day, I had to incur an additional fee of $250 as per your stated policies. This change, necessitated by the considerable delay that was not immediately apparent in your notification, would also create unforeseen expenses related to accommodation and rental car arrangements, in addition to disrupting my professional commitments. Attempts to discuss potential alternatives such as a voucher or credit through your online chat support have been unsuccessful. The system prevented communication with a representative, temporarily blocked access to your website (as it thought I was a bot and holding my mouse down for 2 minutes failed to convince it), and the automated call center options directed me back to the same unproductive chat support or the option to reschedule at my own expense before disconnecting. These circumstances lead me to believe that the system in place prioritizes revenue generation at the expense of equitable customer treatment. This experience has severely undermined my trust in Frontier Airlines and will undoubtedly influence my future travel decisions with your company ever again.Review fromJennifer L

1 starIf I could give a zero, I would. While purchasing a checked bag, the system changed the name of the passenger whereas passengers 1 and 2 were the same. Called them and they charged $75 to change the name back to what it was on the original confirmation. Talked to *** and supervisor who wouldnt listen and finally hung up on me. He said the first name on the confirmation was contact person only. If thats the case, then who was the second passenger? After purchasing baggage, I received a confirmation showing that it was purchased for the correct passenger, the passenger who was then gone. File a BBB complaint. Choose a different airline if you can. Website is not user friendly and customer service is of no help!Review fromCari C

1 starCANCELLED MY FLIGHT AND LEFT ME STRANDED!!!!ON 5/26 Monday - My flight was cancelled at 4:30am - 1 1/2 hours before my flight was supposed to take off out of SFO. When I got to the ticket counter - the lady told myself and everyone else that the next flight out of SFO for Frontier was Thursday - 4 days away. There was no explanation as to why our flight was cancelled and no way to get home. Over *************************** SFO!!! We were all scrambling to find our way home. I was able to get on another flight after buying a one-way ticket at the cost of $450.00 which was the cheapest and closest time to my original departing time. I was trying to get home as quick as possible to my sick child. Calling Frontier the next day - all they said they could offer me was a refund for the part of my flight that was cancelled and $100 flight voucher that had to be used in the next 90 days. Like I was going to fly Frontier again and be left in the same situation. I am a single mom, I could NOT afford the one way ticket but I also had to get home asap. Looking at the company website and ***** ****** - the CEO of Frontier; he is worth millions and makes millions a year but their revenue has continued to go do substantially for the last several years. Considering this situation - it probably has happened more and more times and why they are losing business. I will never fly Frontier again considering their customers are not valued and they do not do anything to help when they leave them stranded at the airport after they cancel the flight for no reason. Seriously poor **************** for a multi-billion dollar company.Review fromSarah C

1 starHad no choice but to fly with Frontier from *** to CUN and coming back, a one stop way at *********. From *** to ***, the flight was supposed to leave at 11am. Got delayed almost two hours and then we finally boarded another hour and half in the plane while they were going through maintenance. Finally left ATL around 2. Coming back, the check in line at ****** was terrible. ****** almost hour and half. Then landed in *********, waiting for 4 hour layover only to get a tezt that its an hour and half delayed :) oh and another delay when we arrived at *** where we sat in the middle of the road because some other flight was at our gate. No announcement that **** has been switched. Employees from flight 4209 from CLE to ATL, talking the entire time, kept turning lights on and off while giggling. Was not professional at all, I felt like I was watching high school kids. If my company offers another trip with Frontier or any other layovers, no thank you. Will I ever fly Frontier? No thank you. This has been the worst experience in my life. Left resort at 7am and set my feet on the ground in ATL at 11:30pm this is nonsense.Review fromAndrew C

1 starFlight was delayed. Incredibly poor communication from their part. My flight was delayed until the following day and they gave no reasoning. They offered to refund me my flight ONLY. They did not offer any additional compensation for my time wasted or what I needed to do to handle my accomodations for another night etc... Called their phone line and was told by the operator I would only be on hold for 20 minutes. Was on hold for 40 minutes and no one ever picked up. Do not recommend.Review fromSandra W

1 starHorrible experience with frontier airlines in ******, **, and *******, **. Requested wheelchair service, ticket agent asked a young man with the vest to get me in a wheelchair, he stopped messing with his phone, and went to start talking to others that had on the yellow vest. Once arrived in *******, got a chair of the plane was pushed to the walkway in the airport, (it was 4 of us in chairs), they said someone will come and get us. After 30minutes,still no one ever came, my ride was coming, so I had gotten up and walked to try to get to baggage claim, it was way in the other side down the escalators to the train stops away, got to baggage claim, had to find out where bag was.On the way back to ****** ordered wheelchair service got there they were backed up horribly. They said they had no chairs and no one to push even if they had chairs, so I had to walk to stand in the *** line, because it was a lot of people and my flight was getting ready to board. Left Leg was sore and swollen the whole trip from all the walking. Gets back to ******,have to walk from plane to ****** wait on carousel to start everyone from plane getting luggage then it stops they close the gates, waiting for luggage trying to get help there is none and asked a couple of people, and nobody knows nothing, asked for a supervisor for the **** they said it wasn't one, so I went to talk to the ticket agent, she had stopped checking people in to help me ,said no one told her anything. It was two others that also didn't get the luggage and stuff they had checked in, to make an even longer story short, that was Monday, today is Friday, no one has called me about my luggage,I've been doing all the calling and texting, they don't answer the working numbers they present to you. The trip from ****, anyone with a disability does not need to trust or travel this airline forreal!
