I have some confusions about the order A1560535. First of all, your customer service was kept ignoring my request at all times. I made this order in December 13 and this order didn't get shipped out until December 19. I was planned to travel in December 21, so I asked the status about my order in December ************************************ that the package should be shipped out on December 15. However, it didn't. And when I asked the status about my order in December 16, your customer service didn't reply to my request. Then I wait until December 18 and asked for a cancellation for my order, your customer service told me that the package was out of the warehouse, and they need to notify the carrier to bring back the package to the sender. Then, I've asked your customer service several times to contact the carrier, tell them to send the package back to the sender. But every time after they told me they will do so, they just stop responding my email. Now the order is about to deliver in December 22, and I definitely don't have time to deal with this order and your customer service won't reply to my request of telling the carrier to send back the package. I'm really disappointed about the customer services in your company. All I want now is just cancel this order and get my refund.Business Response

It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to show up in the customers account. We do apologize to the customer for the inconvenience in this matter.

I order from the North Face on October 04, 2022. I bought a jacket that cost $219.42 with taxes included. The shipping number is 1LSCYFB00705466 and the carrier is lasership. I order to my house ************************************************************************************* and the package never arrived. I looked everywhere around my neighborhood and went door to door but it was no where to be found. So I contacted north face and they said they cant help me or give me a re order and not even a refund or at the least, conduct an investigation about where my package ended up. So I called my bank to dispute the purchase since I never received the product I paid for and they basically said they couldnt because, north face did everything they were suppose to. So till this day I am without the order I purchased and my refund. So you guys are my only hope and I pray you guys can intervene . Thank you.Business Response

I bought a winter coat for my daughter in September to give to her for her birthday in November. Once she got it and tried it on realised too big for her. I contacted North face canada and requested to return the jacket as it was a bit beyond the 60 days, they said it was ok and went ahead and gave me a return authorization number and a purolator sticker to return. I returned on November 17 and as per the Purollator tracking, they received it On Friday November 18. Today December 7, ive still not recieved any refund, or any sort of acknowledgement that they even recieved the item. I have emailed them 3 times and they so far have not replied back to me. I am owed 447 dollars and im not happy at all with this lack of customer service . My odaughter is wihtout a coat as i cannot afford to buy a new one until i get my refund. And i will say, i will never shop at the North face ever again. My first time buying from them and it will be my last time. Ordered online November 17th Order number A0818035 PAID ****** for 1 coat for my grandson for the winter-Today is November 29th order is still processing not shipped as promised per site 3-5 business days it has been 10 online chat not available- had to call in wait forever only to be told an email will be sent to the warehouse- refund and cancel my order immediately or ship what was ordered. **************** is unable to resolve any issues without correspondence from warehouse- in which at that time they can "re-order" or "cancel" another delay- seems very seedy for a company as big as North Face- like to mention last year I ordered online for my husband this a 300$ coat that never arrived either- and I was never refunded as they stated it was delivered IT WAS NOT! Ordered a present for my spouse. Requested express shipping to ensure would be here with time to spare before his birthday.I called and was told "sorry" and wait a couple of days.
