Deceptive Information in ******* Learning Videos:AutoDs has not honestly and accurately represented itself through its ******* learning videos. The content presented in these videos was misleading and did not provide a true reflection of the services offered by AutoDs. Issues with Customer Returns:I have customers who wish to return their items, but the AutoDs system has been obstructive and unhelpful in processing these returns. The system has denied my requests for various reasons, including:Requirement to submit images: This demand is often unreasonable and impractical, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.Threshold limitations: I have been informed that I have met some unspecified threshold, which further prevents me from processing returns.The continuous hoops I am forced to jump through with your system are ridiculous. The lack of adequate support is infuriating, and the absence of a phone number to call for customer support is unacceptable. This situation has resulted in me being out of pocket on the Amazon side, while AutoDs remains unresponsive and unhelpful.Lack of Customer Support:The lack of accessible customer support has exacerbated my frustration. The help ticket system is inefficient and often leads to circular, unproductive responses. Being unable to speak to a representative directly compounds the difficulties I am experiencing and makes resolving these issues nearly impossible.Refund Request I want to close my account with them but they refuse to refund the "Auto Order Credits" - which was never presented as non-refundable.Initial Complaint

Warning: Terrible Experience with AutoDS I regretfully report my dreadful experience with AutoDS. What seemed promising quickly turned into a nightmare.Within days of using the app, my account was inexplicably blocked right after I received my first order. When I reached out to customer service, I received only generic responses that didn't address my concerns. They couldn't explain why my account was blocked, where my money had gone, or how to get a refund for the hundreds of dollars they took from my account without my permission.I dedicated countless hours to finding products, listing them, and gathering reviews. When I finally made my first sale, AutoDS couldnt fulfill it due to the address being a PO Box. Shortly after, they blocked my account and refused to refund the $789.63 they had taken from **** rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, unless something is truly awful. I feel compelled to warn others: AutoDS will take your money. Its entirely unfair and unprofessional. Im willing to update this review if they refund my $789.63, but until then, I strongly advise avoiding this company.Initial Complaint

On February 10th I signed up for a free trial to use AutoDS in efforts to launch a Shopify store, the company immediately charged me a yearly subscription, I contacted them to no avail, then connected with PayPal to file a dispute, the company reached out upon hearing of the dispute advised me to cancel the dispute and they would refund me, I did as advised followed up accordingly to no avail, reached back out to PayPal they advised they would proceed with the dispute AutoDS then denied the claim, PayPal advised I dispute through my bank, I disputed with my bank my bank refunded me AutoDS disputes the charge and take back funds, I contact them again they advised they will not refund me, I've never used the product, only wanted to try the free trial but noticed the charge immediately ad began disputing, they have advised they will ot give me back my money.Initial Complaint

This company and what they say they offer is the biggest joke I have ever witnessed. They promise automated drop shipping orders for e-commerce entrepreneurs from several companies, when in reality their process rarely works, and when it does, it only works for products from Amazon only. If you are lucky, one of the several products imported to their website from amazon will process successfully, otherwise, you look like the idiot waiting for an item that will never be fulfilled and receiving the poor customer reviews in return for their negligence. They are quick to take $350 up front for their services for a year, however they provide nothing. They are robbing small businesses and not providing a service promised, yet they are allowed to continue operating. They are falsely advertising that they will automatically order and ship products from places like *******, ******** Target, without ever having a plan or any intention of actually doing this. I cant even wrap my head around how they are still in business, conning people out of $1000. Dont forget the added fees to actually automate your order (which doesnt do a **** thing other then continue to rob you blind), and the extra fee that you have to pay for credits on top of the above to process your order. This company needs to be investigated and shut down! Also, if you think their customer service department will help you, think again. Be prepared to email a chat bot for the next 3 weeks without any resolution to your concern. They provide no real support or feedback, totally enraging!Initial Complaint

I wish I had read the reviews here before signing up for AutoDS. I have been trying to get the $248.70 charge reversed for a few months. When I attempted to cancel, they gave me the run around and made it very difficult. So, I contacted PayPal and explained the issue. PayPal reversed the charge and told me AutoDS would not be able to charge me again, but that wasn't the case and my PayPal account was charged again. So, since I got stuck with this fee and received an email from AutoDS that I'd get a 30% discount if I tried the service again, I attempted to reactivate my account but was told by AutoDS that there wasn't a way to reactivate the account. When I asked if the funds I've already paid could be transferred to a new account, they told me I would have to sign up again and pay another subscription fee. I've reached out to Synchrony and PayPal several times, but the charge keeps coming back each time it's been reversed. By the way, I never used any of their services and the Welcome Email they sent indicated the package price was $238.80, so why did I get charged $248.70? Fighting with AutoDS for services I never used and getting charged more than their email indicated just seems like pure nonsense.Initial Complaint

I started an e-commerce store and it was frozen due to this company charging me $605 instead of the $69 dollars shown in the monthly plan. They even denied the charge when I showed them a picture of the transaction. They need to cancel this transaction like shopify said!Initial Complaint

On February 2nd I logged into my checking account and noticed two charges from AutoDS totaling ******. I log into my Shopify to check to see if the app is still installed and it shows downgraded. Then I reach out to the company to see why I was charged and if I can get a refund for both charges. The company responded that they can only process the refund of the PayPal cases for fraud were closed and they would take 15% for themselves because of a made up Shopify fee that they have me paying to get my money back that they unjustly stole. I dont know how a company can operate truthfully with deceptive practices like this.Initial Complaint

I opened my account with ********************** to process orders that I was dropshipping on Amazon. I followed their directions given in their online video course to the letter. Altogether, I have invested over $7200.00. I also subscribed to what they advertise as automatic fulfillment. Their software not only didn't perform as advertised but was almost entirely useless. Hundreds of my orders were canceled and refunds made to customers solely because AutoDS's system doesn't update Amazon, a fact that they didn't share anywhere in their instructional information whatsoever. They painted a rosy picture of how easy it would be, but their software is so buggy that it cost me thousands in both lost revenue as well as wholesale product purchases. It has been a nightmare.I have been in constant contact with their help department who dribbles out bits and pieces of partial information. At its worse, for a period of a month, their software simply wouldn't update a single thing while they promise no more than 14 days to fix a bug. That was also a lie.Initial Complaint

AutoDS charged me $358.80 for a subscription I had cancelled. I had also disabled my account with them before the charge happened on October 10th. I contacted my bank about the issue, and they said that AutoDS, as the merchant, said that I had never contacted them, never cancelled my subscription, and that the charge was valid. I work hard and want to start a business, this scam is definitely something I don't want other people to go through. Also, I have read reviews and they do that because they have a "non refundable" policy. Even with that policy, that $358.80 dollar charge is not justified. They won't issue refunds and they told the bank that the charge was valid. I don't even have access to that AutoDS account anymore (since before the charge because I disabled it)
