First of all I would have to say that *********************** was exceptionally helpful very kind and friendly. **** help me correct the two mistakes I had made in the databank he guided me step by step until I was able to correct them. **** was very professional and cordial he is a great asset for your company.

I had an excellent experience with the representative from American Databank, Bee *****! He was friendly, helpful, listened to me patiently, and solved my issue quickly. I believe he went above and beyond to give fantastic customer service. It made me feel like he wanted to help me which is not the feeling you get from most customer service lines. I appreciate his efforts on my behalf! I was able to finally get the information I needed to take to the lab for my pre-employment drug screening. Thank you, Bee! I had a few questions about the format of uploading my immunizations into the Complio site for my Nursing Program and Bee was super helpful throughout our phone conversation! He was able to help me with understanding the format, gave me useful tips for future problems I may run into, answered all my questions with enthusiasm, and overall left me feeling great after our phone conversation! The man I talked to on the phone was absolutely amazing! He listened to my whole situation and made sure that we fixed the problem while I was still on the phone with him. He also wrote down information so that I didn't have any guess work to do. I've literally been fighting this issue for months and he fixed it in minutes. It was my mistake but he didn't make me feel bad for it. He was completely awesome!American Databank, LLC

I called ADB today for an issue I needed resolved within the 24 hrs I was still within the country and everything was completely solved within minutes after calling and speaking with Bee! The fastest, politest, most efficient and concise interaction Ive ever had with a customer service representative.
