***************************** - was absolutely amazing! Kind and helpful which was such a nice thing as the entire process has been more than a little frustrating. He provided concise information and stayed on the chat until the issues were resolved, and offered a follow up that would help ensure I won't be adding to my 5 month delay time. 5 starsAmazing service ! I would love to speak to him every time I call you guys !!!! I was so confused about the system and everything however he helped me figure all the documents out very quickly. Cannot express how much stress he just lifted off my shoulders ! WOULD GIVE 10000/10 IF I COULD !!! This is a review specifically for *********************. We had an issue with our Hep-B immunization status. He was incredibly helpful. He verified that we were compliant and followed up by sending us a verification email. If I'm just reviewing *********************, it would be an easy 6 out of 5 stars. He fixed my issue in about 2 seconds (updating the Complio compliance items for school is an ongoing headache, and I think the entire student body is confused about how that works!). Please, if his manager sees this, give him a raise or an employee of the month, or a free coffee or something. This phone call was the Holy Grail of "perfect customer service" calls, I've never had one so smooth before! Honestly, even the hold music wasn't annoying, I like oboe music. I would fully suggest that anyone with questions about their compliance issues just call the help number, because I think all of my phone calls have gone really, really smoothly, The people are amazing and friendly, and it just is such a relief to have the axe of getting pulled from classes or clinicals removed without fuss.I did subtract 1 star because of the constant denials in my compliance items, particularly in the first year of school. I had SO MANY things denied. So. Many. And some were really confusing, like my insurance card which had to be larger, so two times I had to go enlarge the image and resubmit, and then it was denied because it had to be "not a student health insurance and not a *********** health insurance"- except mine was neither! I was almost billed for the school insurance policy (however, I called and they resolved the issue right away, but this was after 3 submissions with the wait period after each one). Overall, I have to use American Databank because my university requires it, and Complio is a massive jigsaw puzzle of a site, but they have truly outstanding customer service people on the phone lines.American Databank, LLC
