      I am writing to request that healthgrade remove the profile picture/ displaying of age- they displayed of me on their website. I never consented to this. I emailed customer services some years ago and also emailed them recently. I login to my healthgrade profile and removed the picture but yet it is still there. Healthgrade and sharecare is using my profile and picture to advertise for other services for their own monetary gain. Can you contact healthgrade to file this complaint. ********************************************************************

      If you use a search engine, such as ******* you are looking at a cached page. You must click on their link to view the actual companies webpage to view the correct information on our website.       This website had false information listed about me (a physician). They had me listed as working for "advent health" which I have never worked for. They had a patient review that was completely fake stating wait time of 2 hours, and too many tests ordered and other information that didn't make any sense. I have never worked anywhere where there is a 2 hour wait time. I currently work in DPC practice and our patients never wait more than ***** minutes. I told health grades about the false review and they said they don't care what patients write or if they have the wrong doctor. They finally removed the wrong practice name and address from my profile. But they won't remove reviews that are fake. Extremely unethical website. *******************************************************************

      I wrote a review of an incredibly unethical interaction with a psychiatrist, ***************************, and Healthgrades approved the review on October 9, 2023, via email ( a copy of which l still possess), but never, ever published it. This misleading behavior is very damaging to those who take the time to write honest reviews of their experiences with a practitioner who may well cause harm to others. As Healthgrades approved this review, and then revoked it with absolutely zero notification, or valid explanation, they should reinstate the honest review to protect the interests of others.

      I thought my most recent complaint was resolved but now I am having another one. For some reason, it appears I am being blocked from responding to healthgrades. I was able to use their email address in the past and now I cannot send emails or reply either from my *********************** email address or my ********************* email address. My Emails are getting kicked back as rejected and I was never notified that I was being blocked so I don't know what these errors are that I am receiving. If they are blocking me, they should let me know. Healthgrades should be shut down for the way they are doing business obviously very unethically and unprofessionally.

      Healthgrades published my private cell phone number in their directory listing of physicians and theu do not have ANY WAY to contact them to take it down. When I try to log in to my profile to take it down they allow me to change every field except that one. When I contact customer service the online form does not send due to server error. There are no phone numbers AT ALL to spea to a human being. Meanwhile my cell phone keeps ringing from patients looking for appointments!! How can a business not have any way to contact them and they publish your personal cell phone, and they have a sever problem for at least a week that I've been trying to get in touch with them??!!

      I was recently made aware of an inappropriate review left on a website called healthgrades.This review was left on a profile for me that I did not make or consent to having made in February2022. In February 2022, I was not working with the health system linkedto this healthgrades profile. I had started a new job in another state ****** 2022. It is likely the patient had me confused withanother resident physician. Additionally, it is not appropriate for disgruntled patients to leave public reviews on medical trainees.The patient left a review that I did not perform a breast exam and she was later found to have breast cancer. While I am unsure if this patient was ever seen by me, clinical breast exams are no longer part of the *********************** guidelines.Furthermore, the patient did not like that a medical student was involved in her physical exam. It is vital to medical student education that they be active participants in clinical visits. While I am unsure if I have ever even seen this patient, I always ask patients if they are comfortable with a medical student participating in their encounter.Please remove this review and the erroneous and non-consensual profile.

      Misrepresentation of my practice on their site which ultimately has one star reviews, though, the information for me is not correct. They do not have my practice location address correct (I haven't worked at that location since 2014) and my licensure (MSW listed is wrong). The review will impact my business as it as at the top of internet searches. I'd like the reviews removed, as well as my profile because it is falsely respresenting me and my private practice.

      I have been having an issue with Healthgrades in posting reviews. I have reached out to them in the past about this problem but they keep on saying that they're really busy which to me is no excuse. I keep on checking and then I get an error message that this page is not working. This is unacceptable as they are supposed to be there for you to write a review about a doctor. This has happened to me on at least three or four other occasions and now I have since written another two or three reviews and cannot seem to get them to answer me either through their customer service email or their phone.

      on Oct 27, I posted a review on Healthgrade. When I confirmed it, there was a clear message that said that the post could immediately be deleted or edited by logging into my account and making the change. This is NOT true. I want my review to be deleted immediately. I also used the form. The response to the form is basically that they MIGHT respond. My account is under the email address provided.

      Healthgrades.com created a profile using my name and prior employer/place of practice and has a business model that elicited reviews of me as a provider specifically within the context of this employer/place of practice including wait times, scheduling ease and friendliness of staff employed by my employer/place of practice at that time. Healthgrades.com has not accurately updated changes to my employer/place of practice over time. I have recently claimed ownership of my profile on healthgrades.com to update my employer/place of practice to accurately reflect my current employer/place of practice. I have asked healthgrades.com to remove old negative reviews which were elicited under my old profile. Healthgrades.com Website makes no distinction between current reviews relevant to my current profile/place of practice and my old profile/place of practice. It presents these old reviews in a manner which is misleading as it appears they are of my performance in my current place of practice. I have pointed this out to Healthgrades.com making them aware that they are knowingly presenting reviews of my performance in the context of my old employer/place of practice in a manner that misleads visitors of my Profile on healthgrades.com to believe these reviews are reflective of my performance in the context of my current employer/place of practice. This not only misrepresents the views of the reviewed themselves but also of my current performance and of my current t employer/place of practice. They have reasonable options to remedy this by providing an archive of old profile listings with associated reviews or simply allowing old reviews to expire once there is a change of provider practice. They make no effort to do this or any other reasonable remedy and instead knowingly maintain the misrepresentative and fraudulent information which they profit from and to the disservice of the community (patients), providers and their employers/places of practice.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1. Healthgrades solicited reviews of me and my prior practice location and knowingly maintains these reviews on my current profile knowing they are not relevant to my current practice/employer/place of practice, are misleading to the public and damaging to the reputation of myself as well as to my practice/employer/place of practice and to my staff.
      2. Healthgrades induced me to claim my profile under false pretenses such as to verify the details of my profile and to manage my profile, however, refuses to allow me to manage my profile to remove reviews which I know to be inaccurate representations of my current profile including of my current practice/employer/practice location.  
      3. Healthgrades exposes me to risk by maintaining these misleading reviews on a profile they have induced me to claim and to manage. 
      3.  By inducing me to claim and to manage this profile and allowing reviews which I know to be inaccurate and misleading on my profile Healthgrades exposes me to risk from my employer/place of work being disparaged by my profile as well as from the patients who left these reviews as they are not pertinent to my existing profile  
      4.  I have a duty to an accurate representation of myself and my place of practice to the public and Healthgrades is interfering with my ability to perform this duty. 
      5. By inducing me to claim my profile and manage my profile to which healthgrades attracts patient to for the purpose of leaving reviews healthgrades exposes me to the risk of violating HIPAA as permitting reviews on a profile I manage could be misconstrued as confirming those leaving reviews on my profile are patients of mine and/or at my current place of practice, which is not information I am permitted to disclose to the public even if a patient chooses to submit a public review of me.  It would be one thing if a patient maintained a review of me on a  site managed by them and quite another on a profile managed by me as their healthcare provider.

      Please remove the one star reviews of my prior profile as previously requested or of all reviews submitted prior to my current profile update as mentioned in my original complaint or remove my profile from healthgrades in its entirety as I do not want to be associated with healthgrades nor with this misrepresentation of the reviews purportedly left my former patients nor the misrepresentation of my past and/or current employer(s)/ place(s) of practice  

      This is a matter I take very seriously and I am working with my current employer to address the matter locally and nationally.
