      Hello ********,
      I went to the link supplied by the business, and it is telling me that the link is no longer active. I have tried to follow the procedure that the business is requesting, but it tells me that the links are not active, and I cannot get to anything that they are requesting to fill out. It will not let me respond to my complaint. Every link I am sent is telling me things like, Webpage not found, this is a non-existing page, and I get the 404 error code, This is an "invalid page, non-existing."
      This is typical of what has been happening. No matter where I go, it will not allow me to proceed. I have been getting the runaround when trying to do this on my own, and I am getting the same errors when I submitted this through the BBB. Can you please reopen my request? I would like to have this completed and have my data and files removed. Thank you in advance for your help.

      This has to do with writing reviews. They are purposely not allowing and blocking posts/reviews of negative reviews that has content that revel a provider to be incompetent or shows them in a bad light. They say they are transparent but are not allowing reviews to transparently reveal the health care providers work or lack of work. They are now to the point of making things up saying I am requesting legal action which was never requested by me. All just to reject a review that unfortunately does reflect a negative review.

      I have been emailing Healthgrades for support of my online profile for over a month. I supposedly have access to update my information in my profile, but when I submit the information, it is never updated.As it stands, Healthgrades continues to use a photo I have tried to delete, an address of a previous employer I worked for in a completely different specialty, and also uses my previous employers phone number and address.I have followed all instructions that they have given me, including emailing them all of the information and supporting documentation to change the profile, yet nothing has been updated or corrected.I have been going in circles with this and am exhausted from wasting my time and resources.This is affecting my business, livelihood, and ability for patients to reach me via Healthgrades. Its also placing an undue burden on my previous department to receive calls for a provider who no longer works there.

      This company pulls information from other sites and displays it - which they did for me which included my PERSONAL NUMBER AND ADDRESS. They barely corrected it after I told them to take my info down. They refused and would only replace the address and phone number with a different one. They also allow anyone to leave reviews without verifying identity. They allowed a review to be left which was false and basically said too bad. This has negatively affected my image and business and they dont care. Its so frustrating. I want the review taken down and for them to actually vet who can leave info on their site.

      My former employer added a photo and my personal phone number to my Healthgrades account. *** edited my profile to remove the photo, but it still shows up on the public page. Also, I have edited my profile to get rid of my personal phone number that was added and to add my work phone number. However, my personal phone number is still on my public profile, along with my photo. Ive contacted Healthgrades twice via the online contact form, but I still havent gotten a response. Id like this issue resolved as soon as possible.

      Misrepresentation of my practice on their site which ultimately has a one star review, though, the information for me is not correct. They do not have my practice correct address (I haven't worked at that location since 2015 and was only employed there for 3 days), phone number, licensure (MSW listed which is wrong), but list other information about my practice. The review will impact my business as it is at the top of ****** searches. I'd like the review removed, as well as my profile because it is not me and falsely representing me and my private practice.

      I am no longer practicing and contacted healthgrades, but no response from them. I want my profile to be deleted. I have already deleted my psychology today profile as well as others. I have a lawsuit against my ex and he has a felony pending. He has rejected my plea deal and we will be going to trail, therefore he continues to give me one stars to tarnish my reputation in court. I have not been practicing for a year now and plan to not enter the field again. Please delete my profile ASAP!

      The Star Rating and Comment section of your profile was inactivated by our Patient Experience team on July 31 per your request on Ticket 66639. 

      In response to your request, we have started the process to deactivate the review function. This is not a normal option but in your case due to your specialties' ethical responsibilities and constraints it is permitted. It will allow the display of your profile it just takes away any option of reviews and of course all previous review data would be suppressed as well.       A further online search located a third Healthgrades listing that incorrectly identifies our residential address as a place of business:

      As with the previous two incorrect listings, we request removal of this address from Healthgrades online listings and internal database.

      We further request that Healthgrades notify other data brokers to whom they may have sold or disseminated this incorrect information (such as Sharecare) of their error and request deletion from those online listings as well.

      Please note that we have received intrusive phone calls and correspondence from individuals thinking we are a nursing agency. This jeopardizes our privacy and security.

      Healthgrades has inaccurately listed the profile data for a physician. They list a physician is working in locations that they are not. This leads to inaccurate results and attempts for patients to make appointments where a physician is NOT working. By FEDERAL LAW - PHYSICANS ABSOLUTELY MUST ENSURE THEIR PRACTICE LOCATION INFORMATION IS CORRECT. Somehow, Healthgrades is not aware of this. When they were contacted by the physician to correct the information that a doctor's work location is inaccurate on the Healthgrades website, their return comment is that they "obtain their information from publicly available sources." Maybe they do, but these sources are not accurate and haven't been accurate for more than 5 years. HEALTHGRADES has an obligation to ensure that their published practice locations for all physicians is accurate. When physicians are not working in a location, they mislead the public and print false information. Moreso, when they are contacted by a physician and asked to correct the data, they need to correct the data!!! It is negligent on their part to refuse to correct the data and tell the physician that it is the physician's job to correct the Healthgrades website. Furthermore, healthgrades is junk. Physicians can not violate HIPAA and respond to any of the comments. And, the comments mislead the public into thinking that their information provided on the website will result in any true improvement in the healthcare system.

      Healthgrades removed the Hospital affiliations as requested on July 5 and they are no longer visible on the Healthgrades.com profile.

      This is not resolved.  Healthgrades has not removed the information and still shows locations and contacts with hospitals that I havent been affiliated with since long before the pandemic.  Furthermore, it lists incorrect specialty affiliations despite their idiotic assertion that they HAVE TO leave the last affiliation active. Who mandates this besides themselves?  Make them answer that question.   Healthgrades is an independent organization that reports to no one but their own ego.  The majority of their information about ALL providers is incorrect and misleading to the public.
