I contacted ClearSale when I began exploring options for selling my home. In the end, I preferred the direct sale approach due to the ease of process and the fact that I didnt have to deal with the uncertainty of listing with an agent. The Acquisition Manager, ****, was easy to work with and the process was simple. I would recommend ClearSale to anyone looking for a simplified sale process.

I received an offer, accepted the offer and closed in 3 weeks. My agent, ****, a genuinely nice guy, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The closing went off smoothly, the payout was wired the day of closing. I couldnt be happier with my decision to cash out.ClearSale

We contacted Clearsale because we were relocating out of state and couldn't afford the uncertainty of going through a listing process. The Acquisition Manager, ****, did a great job of explaining their process and we received a fair offer. The entire process went smoothly and we appreciated that ClearSale worked with us on adjusting the close date due to a delay with our builder. This was a great experience from start to finish. ****** was very helpful and **** was perfect. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful. **** was very polite and understood our unusual situation. He quickly adjusted to meet our every need and offered different options. This was by far the best way for us to sell our house. We had so many repairs that needed to be done and we were not having to spend more money on the property was very helpful. The time involved for listing it with the *** was not an option to us. We might have gotten more if we listed it but we didnt want to be dealing with the repairs or hope that in sells in 3 months. We were so ready to go and ClearSale made this fast and super convenient us.ClearSale

Our experience working with ClearSale has been easy and everything went exactly as the Acquisition Manager, ****, said it would when we first met. We had spoken to and received offers from other companies and ClearSale gave us a fair offer that was also the highest...and most importantly, we were confident they would close the purchase as agreed...and they did. The fact that we could leave unwanted stuff behind at no cost to us was also a nice bonus We would recommend ClearSale to anyone looking for a streamlined sale process.ClearSale
