  This is the 2nd property we have sold to ClearSale this year. The first was one of our parent's homes when we were settling her estate, and this was our personal residence. Our Acquisition Manager, ****, is always up front and honest in discussing options. For our home, we looked seriously at listing it, and we even felt there was a chance we could walk away with a little extra cash. In the end, the offer **** gave us was very fair and it allowed us to avoid the uncertainty and inconvenience of the listing process. Both times we have worked with ClearSale the process has been easy and stress-free, and that's exactly what we were looking for. We would highly recommend ClearSale to anyone looking for a fair and simplified sale process.

  Great job and thank you. Great communication across the board. **** was very polite and represented your company perfectly. **** was very knowledgeable and very flexible to our needs. **** gave us other options but a cash sale worked best for our situation.   I am so very pleased to have worked with ****. Everything was straight forward. He was very patient and understanding with my changing of my close dates and personal issues. ***** service was 100% perfect. I couldn't have asked for any better. **** represented the company perfectly. He was very professional and super polite. The amount that **** said I would get was exactly what I had asked for. SO very pleased that I chose Clearsale. I would give 10 starts if it were an option. Process was easier than you had expected.   I contacted ClearSale (and a few other companies) to purchase my home since it needed some repairs in order to sell and I couldn't afford the repair costs within my necessary timeline.I was disappointed with the lack of communication and the extreme patronizing and condescending tone and words that the representative used in all of his correspondence. I almost went with another company due to this alone. However, after the initial low ball offer and some negotiating, ClearSale matched the highest offer I was given and they changed the contract wording per my request to divide the risk a little more equally between us.I do not respect them or like them and I didn't agree with some of their business practices, but since this transaction was a business decision and not an emotional one, I opted to close with them.In hindsight, I wish I would've gone with someone else. I can't get the bad taste out of my mouth.

  I came across Clearsale after going through the process with another company that is well know. Clearsale was honest and upfront from the initial phone call. I I was able to witness exactly what they said the other company would do! Clearsale was able to meet me at my home and **** was awesome. He was detailed about how things would look going forward. The offer for my house was great, being an older home that needed work. We were able to leave the items we didnt want in the home and choose a closing date that was flexible. The communication was good and I was informed throughout the process. I highly would recommend Clearsale to anyone looking to sell a house, old, new, good condition, or needs work. They are way better than the others.

  I contacted ClearSale because we wanted to sell our house but preferred to avoid the whole process of listing and showings and everything that comes with that. Plus, while our house is in very good condition, there are a few things that need to be done and we didn't want to have to do repairs or anything like that. We met with the Acquisition Manager, ****, and he explained how their process works. In the end, we agreed on a price that was fair and we decided to sell to ClearSale. We appreciated that they were flexible in allowing us some additional time to stay in the house after closing. The process was smooth and the closing was quick and easy. For anyone looking for a simplified sale process, we would recommend giving ClearSale a call.
