  Twice now I have tried to make a ride to my therapist appointment and they have canceled as they feel it is not important to them.Also, I have been stranded after appointments for hours on end and had to call people to be picked up. This isn't right or fair to those who have to rely on this service.

  After waiting 6 month to see the dentist, I called for a ride well in advance. They gave me a time and a confirmation number and I was so happy to finally be getting these teeth taken care of. So I am sitting here, ready to go, and waiting to hear from the driver. (The drivers are awesome, but over booked by the company. I would give them 5 stars for their driving, and putting up with the company) No call. So I call Modivcare, my ride was denied for being 3 miles over the limit LAST TUESDAY!!! I never received a call to get the approval for the ride. I'm just flabbergasted as to how ********** is allows them to, not only mess with people's healthy care, but also when I tried to get gas reimbursement, they failed to pay me. I'm currently hundreds of dollars in debt from paying for rides that this company never repayed me for.

  The night before my mom's appointment, they decided they couldn't send a car. I understand there was a change in doctor's ******** so we changed the ride accordingly (2 days beforehand). It's OK if the change was too late for them, but they never told us so. As a result, my mom waited and waited till it was too late. They could have told us so we make another ride arrangement. Even telling us an hour before the appointment would help. Such lack of communication isn't acceptable.

  I wish you offered a review that had NO stars. Since their transportation is so crappy, I decided to use their gas reimbursement form and they scheduled my two rides with me as driver. This took 3 days and hours on the phone with them . I filled out the forms for yesterday's appointment and was filling out one for tomorrow when I got a voice mail from Modivcare saying that BOTH appointments had been canceled because I needed to take some class to be authorized to drive myself. So, no reimbursement for yesterday, and not enough time to schedule a ride for tomorrow. THANK YOU MODIVCARE FOR TOTALLY F****** my appointments up!! Not too long ago I had an appointment 4 hrs away where they actually forgot to pick me up! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

  Trying to speak to a representative is a nightmare. A I bots waist 20 even 30 minutes of your time then once you reach a representative they redirect you to more AI ******** or the call drops, well we all know they hung up in your face. I wouldn't give these jerks one star! But I have to post this review.

  This company is full of scam, artist and liars and thieves. I cannot believe that ********** Blue Shield. Does business with this charlatan company they do nothing to address customer complaints!! I think bcbs is involved with these scam artists and is getting a kickback from them from all the money modivcare is stealing from people

  I was sexually assaulted by a Modivcare driver on 10/12. Or should I say Uber Health since they contract out to them. However Modivcare is responsible for what happened by sending an independent contractor to transport and assault me. Corporate is not helpful. If they can't resolve this then I may include them in my legal actions going forward. Filed police reports. Very disturbing. I can't ride with strangers anymore. Had to spend time in the hospital regarding this.

  This doesn't deserve a star at all!!! This company failed to provide the necessary transportation for my elderly father. The company is very poor in customer service and claims. I had to pay out of pocket for taxi's to take my father to his appointments. I also put the blame on the insurance companies that use this vendor. Modivcare is UNRELIABLE !!! I have called numerous times to file for my reimbursement and now they say that the claim was never placed. How convenient. I have come to terms its a loss for me. But if there's any one that knows how to file a suit on these types of companies. Please add to this complaint.
