      ModivCare is THE worse customer service and least reliable company Ive ever dealt with. My first issue was in 2022. I had a major surgery. We loved two hours away from the hospital. My husband drove me to and from the hospital. Despite all the documented proof that I had the surgery, ModivCare failed to fully reimbursed me for mileage. The reason: I failed to write Trip B on the form. Even though they approved it! I continue to ask for a procedure print out, because I call and everyone gives me different instructions, they all say they dont have one.A year after, they have changed their procedures again and now instead of mailing in the claim they have you email it. However, now the issue is that failed to write the Trip Number on the clam. The app only provides information the current month, unable to access past trips. I called and they cant access it either. So no trip numbers! Although I have case ID #s and lots of email records about submissions, nothing cant be done and ***** knows what to do. I called my insurance company and they filed a grievance. Well see how this goes! They have to uniformity and lots lots of training needed! It is a nightmare dealing with them! I hope they lose the contract they have with insurance companies or have a major re-structure and/or training! This seems so amateur.

      We requested our ride and they go to the wrong location. When I called to ask where the driver was the representative responded with the ride has been cancelled. Let it be known that this is a set dialysis scheduled ride every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I have complained on several different occasions to no avail. The patient is an elderly man who at the time needed to get home to take his medication. When I finally spoke with the driver all I can get from him was " I don't speak English". This business is very unprofessional and don't care about their customers. Please don't patronize them.

      They are absolutely the worst at everything that they do from customer service the automated system nasty vehicles not showing up for rides they don't care I wish I could give them 5 negative stars ?

      If I could give negative stars I would. This company should be shut down as they dont provide any services. Left stranded again by them. Never will I rely on this company again. Dont believe anything they tell you.they wont show and wont call you to let you know. The absolute worst!!!!!!!!

      It's a terrible service . They pic up late leave patients waiting for hours to be returned home . I let it go the first time but it's an everyday issue. They cancel rides without an excuse. I've never seen such a disorganized transportation company . They don't care if the patients sitting there waiting it's unbelievable

      I'm in a desperate position of needing transportation because I do not have a car. However, due to many attempts to assign me the more reliable providers and hours on the phone, I had to cancel my mental health/physical therapy appointments numerous times over the last month. Transport Solutions LLC has been the most reliable company in ****, from my knowledge, that keeps their word with helping folks like myself to and from appointments. However, lower management for unknown reasons, starting on the 8th of December, put Transport Solutions LLC on the excluded list and assigned me to 2 unreliable providers, which I didn't get a good impression of either company. One should have already been on the excluded list back in November and the other as well as of today on December 12th, but it seems no one is listening to my issues. I have been very prompt with my responses back and have been highly responsible in communicating to Modivcare and my rides.I'm to the point of giving up and concluding this company is unreliable, which puts me into a pickle since I live in the middle of nowhere. If they would take time to hear their customers out and HELP them with their needs by following through on their promises, they would do so much better.

      I have been having a time getting my reimbursement.. every time I call billing department.. they will not tell me the truth about anything.. they say they did not decline my reimbursement but its not been payed yet.. I use to fax it in. And never had a problem.now I email it and it is nothing but problems.. they say put my name on the part.. were is says. Put name if different from diver I do that and still nothing.. they say keep sending it..

      This has to be one of the worst services I've ever had. Multiple times have missed appointments just because they hire a third party who doesn't care, and nobody is able to take responsibility for that
