      We are having an absolutely terrible time. My mother is stage 4 cancer and father has dementia. Modivcare pushes elderly people who are not tech-savvy to use an app or an AI automated attendant to schedule rides. They only provide two phone numbers, and when those numbers are down (like they were on Monday), the patient is completely stranded - there is no backup plan. In the last four weeks, my mother has:- Missed two chemotherapy appointments because her ride was just 'canceled' that morning for 'no transport available'- Stranded at the hospital after radiation because there was a 'technology issue' and the phones were down for an hour and a half - when she called for her return ride, it just disconnected the call. - Was told today they could not get a will-call ride because they needed to be 'discharged'For all of these incidents I have had to leave work to pick them up. And each time I call, I ALSO get the run-around with the automated attendant - it absolutely refuses to give you to a human being. My stress level has absolutely gone through the roof with this.I will say that when I have gotten a human, they have been fantastic and incredibly helpful. But this system is NOT SET UP for the elderly or people who are not tech-savvy. Absolutely terrible. I have contacted Humana and they have already stated that they have so many complaints they are considering pulling their contract. I hope they do - I called their competitor, ******, to see if they have services in our area. Received a human being who was incredibly helpful right away - no arguing with a BOT. And they offer a human for the elderly to set up rides with.. PLEASE, HUMANA, PLEASE CHANGE!!!!

      They're the literal worst. They've called and canceled scheduled trips with less than 12 hours notice. They've confused pick up and drop off locations. Their phone system is horrid! I was just earlier today hung up on 17 SEVENTEEN times!If you have any other option I suggest you use that. Modivcare will let you down.

      Can I take away stars. You have to fight to get through to them. Rides are late. Sky transportation is the worst. I had an appointment at 1, ride was supposed to be here at noon. At 5 minutes till was called and told he would be late. Then modivcare called sky and cancelled the ride. Now I have to cancel my appointment.

      Was scheduled to be picked up and taken to the *** They never showed up. I called again. Again, they never showed. This was in ******* on 9/25/23. Terrible. I had a sprained ankle and had to limp to the ** and take the bus home the next morning. I get $165 taken out of my disability check for insurance every month for transportarion that should be paid for? Lame!

      Always messing up rides leaving me waiting hours. Automated system and website are constantly broken and unusable. Automated system repeatedly hangs up without helping

      They dont even deserve half a star. I work for the hospital and we have to use modivcare frequently to send patients home that are being discharged. Modivcare loves to cancel trips without notifying ANYONE. They also never honor the *** that they give us. Families are always FURIOUS AS WELL AS OUR ENTIRE STAFF. Its bad enough that it takes an hour to set up transport with someone thats rude but then for them not to let anyone know that a trip is cancelled and the patient is just stuck waiting all day is NOT RIGHT. SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN!!!!

      Z Sends wrong cabs. Not on time and half the company can't even do their job right. Not that hard to book a trip and return home They should not change your requested cab CC customer tells them too. Keep notes up to date. Just a horrible company. Barely any can do the job.

      Should be -?'s. They never confirm and don't send your ride. Today I had to find my ride to my appointment. My return ride never came waited almost 3 hrs. Talked to them 3 times( spent more than an hour on phone) finally booked my own uber. I don't know how they are still in business.

      If zero was available that's what they should rate. Left us waiting in a parking lot for two hours.
