      Do not honor return pickup scheduled time. Over An hour late I am standing outside with my 93 year old mother who can not tolerate the cold of air conditioner with dementia, no seating so standing with my own health issues.

      Stay away from this service, specially if you are requesting it for medical appointments or other important stuff requiring punctuality!I was attended over the phone by a representative (who was very kind and helpful). She provided a Trip ID number for next day. They claim they can pick you up 15 min before of after your requested time to start the trip, so I was forced to move my desired pick-up time 15 minutes earlier to make sure I arrive in time for my appointment.After hanging up, they sent a text message with a 5 digits code to ****T the trip, and another code to CANCEL the trip. No indication of when to send the **** code. I decided to reply with the ****T code one before my pick up time. I got no reply by text or phone call, so I called the Rider System phone number given the to me the day before. Finally got to talk to a human and they said that my trip was confirmed and set up , and they will pick me up. No one came, nobody called, no text. I hired ****.

      MODVICARE IS horrible I am in a wheelchair and needed a ride twice for 2 appoint. The company called morning of my appointment and canceled on the first appoint. Then 2nd appoint they called hours after my appointment. I missed 2 Dr ************* Horrible place, plz do not depend on this place for a ride. The people answering phones are so rude and it's a inconvenience that a customer is even calling. They have tv blaring in background, and have no sense of customer service.

      Different drivers say different things when I get in the car ?? Some get a digital signature Others say theyre an independent driver accept (tips)Some have a taxi sign top their car Sometimes a utility van (20 passenger) picks me up Its a little confusing I got stuck an emergency came up and someone had to leave their work just to give me ride back home It was scary ?? I hope it doesnt happen again

      ??????????????????????It's Twice now that a driver/ ride has not showed up for scheduled door-to-door pick-up. Need assistance walking from apt to car with my ******. My Dr. is canceling me as patient due to no shows. Modivcare blames *********** blames Modivcare...and I'm sure someone is billing my insurance which appears this is a total scam!!!!Thanks for absolutely nothing !!!!I need Dr *********** to obtain my very vital medications and now I am without and have to find new Dr to start all over with. This can be fatal you scamming idiots!!

      This company is so unprofessional that the technical support DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RESOlvE THEIR PROGRAM BUGS. I spoke to ********* and they couldn't resolve the issue with their website they hung up on me so unprofessional. Calling the call center is so frustrating just to communicate with them. When the ride do not show up they will reschedule your pick up time 20 to 30 minutes later and illegally change your appointment time. This car service is not for the disabled people especially when we have multiple appointments.

      This company is completely unreliable for medical transportation rides I have missed multiple appointments because this company couldn't get any drivers in the area and this has happened to many other people besides myself and they need to be investigated and held responsible for their actions.

      Modivcare promised to take good care of me when I booked transportation for my shoulder surgery a week ago and they never showed up...I was injured over five years ago and got a referral a year ago to see a doctor who could help me and I had to cancel an hour before surgery and the referred doctor may not take me as his patient, they will not accept my calls. I am on so much pain every day and it's like I am starting over again to find a doctor. Worst company ever...not surprised not BBB approved!

      THE WORST TRANSPORTATION SERVICE EVER!!! I always reserve my ride 4+ days in advance. I missed 2 important appointments this week and I don't have a clue why. They claim it was denied, still in pending status, or just made the day before my appointment. I've been using this transportation service for 13 years and I'm well aware of the 48 hour rule to schedule in advance. HIRING **** WAS A TERRIBLE MISTAKE! You rarely ever get to speak to a human...I'm just utterly disgusted/disappointed in the service I receive here.

      Worse transport service ever!! We have made an appt with this company twice for an early morning pick up and they never showed up. My DAd was supposed to have surgery for kidney cancer which we wanted 2 months for the appt and his transportation with this company never showed up. We were told the driver was unavailable. I called the transportation company the week prior on Thursday to conform pick up 7 times and explained that it was very important that he be picked up for his surgery. I dont know how this place is still in buisness.
