      Everytime I use this service it gets worse. The last time I used it, I was waiting 2 hours before I had to just cancel. I spoke to 4 agents that all told me different things. Now Im calling to make a reservation for a pre natal exam in my third trimester. The agent said she can't make it because its in 2 days. I informed her I tried several times making it yesterday. She said she'd call to confirm its urgent but came back and said she was on hold and couldn't confirm. Even though the agent I spoke to yesterday said they even take same day reservations. This service is unprofessional. Why offer it all all? On top of that, the agents always seem lethargic. I was also waiting with a paralyzed senior citizen the other day whose ride never came in over 2 hours. She was sitting in a wheelchair in 90 degrees waiting. By the time I left she was still waiting.

      No one ever showed up to pick my mother up after her doctors appointment called and called and called so you left a wheelchair-bound, elderly lady who cant walk at a doctors office and now I have to figure out how to try to get her home because I cant fit her in my car. Bunch of losers!!!!!!!!!!!DONT USE THIS COMPANY

      If they show to pick you up for an appointment they just come whenever they feel like it. Three hours early? Whatever, you can sit at the doctor's and wait for three hours. Don't show and you get charged for not showing up? Oh well, not their problem. Wait, what? You expect a ride home too? Good luck!

      I also wish I could leave a ZERO! this is the worst company they leave PEOPLE not items PEOPLE behind all the time. They don't call or show they just leave them stranded. I have called left VM called the corporate office to never get a call back they are horrible company, and I don't know how they are still in Business and not shut down. This company is a huge failure.

      I wish there was a rating of negative zero I could leave. My 84-year-old father has cancer. He has **** care as his healthcare provider which contracts through Modivcare for transportation. This morning he had an appointment scheduled at 10:45am at a hospital that is less than 10 minutes from his home. This appointment was made by mysef. My father was up at 6am preparing and getting dressed. I've had problems with Modivcare before. At 9:00am gave Modivcare a call to confirm picked up time. I was not suprise when they told me that they did not have a transportation company to take my father to his ************ I ask the representative why they not called me as a courtesy and tell me. The representative responded and said that they don't know how it slipped through the cracks. I informed them that his appointment is very important, and I am unable to transport him in my vehicle because he rides an electric wheelchair due to his immobility to walk. I contacted the company my father rode with his last doctor's ************ I was told by ModivCare to contact the company that my father last rode with as asked them if they can pick him up! Why am I the person that need to call when they dropped the ball I asked. I called the company because I know how bad my dad needed this test. I was told by the transportation company that they need an order to pick my father up. However, they were willing to pick my father up. I called Modivcare again and reach a gentleman by the name of *******. ******* told me that he would call the transportation company and approve my father's ride and he gave me his phone number. ******* placed me on hold and stated he could not reach the transportation company. ******* lied. I called the company, and they picked up immediately. I tried calling ******* back and the number said it was disconnected. The moral of the story is, My father did not make it to his appt. I hope Modivcare lose their contract!!!BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE

      I wish I could leave zero rate for this unprofessional company. My 7 year old grandson had an Neurology Appointment on August 9th going CHOA scheduled 3 days in advance as requested. Our pick up time was 8:35 for his 10am Appointment. After many attempts searching for the ride, the ride was cancelled by the driver. As I was speaking with a representative she said he just cancelled ?? her words were let's verify your phone number. ( I had this number for 6-7 years) okay another ride was scheduled for 10am mind you we missed his 10am Appointment. But, fortunately CHOA reschedule Appointment same day at 10:40 Uber driver arrived at 10 am getting to the Appointment at 10:45 **** Our Return Trip was a total nightmare**** After being put on hold for about one hour and 45 minutes total hold time 3 Uber drivers Cancelled the ************ due to they're negligence. After many attempts for a ride. I had to pay $61.00 from my pocket to get us home. I have requested a refund with prove of all cancellations and NO HAS CALLED ME BACK YET!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS

      They do not pick you up when you have a ride scheduled. I have had drivers claim to pick me and my infant son up several times and claimed to have dropped us off at his doctors, which was not true. My son has missed at least 10 appointments because of them canceling a ride without warning or a driver falsely claiming to pick us up. I have contacted the ******** fraud hotline and I am filing a complaint against them for ******** fraud. They have already gotten in trouble for this in ****. Apparently they havent learned. The supervisors arent helpful and dont even seem fazed that ******** fraud is a crime.

      On August 7th and 11th they failed to pick me up for dialysis on time which caused me to shorten my treatment times to 2 hours of a normal 4 hours treatment. If that wasn't bad enough they were supposed to pick me up at 5:45pm and it was after 9pm before u got picked and didn't get home until 9:45pm.No one that I talked to from Modivcare seemed to care whether I got home or my medical care even after my dialysis nurse told them about my condition. Very poor customer service.

      They have no problem leaving patients to fend for themselves once they reach the doctors office. In 95 degree weather they abandoned me. After two hrs I finally made the decision to call a Lyft to get back home. 40$ fare. They have disgusting attitudes and are vindictive. They need their license revoked. These are patients we are talking about. We arent going to the movies or the mall. They are irresponsible and hire reckless transportation companies just so they can get contracts for UHC. They dont care because once they have a contract with these healthcare providers, they cant be fired. I dont have means to get to doctors, now I wont be going to doctors until about can afford my own transportation. Dont allow your elderly parents or anyone you care about to use their non services. Disgusting company

      I was charged $15.00 for a 4 hour defensive driving course that I never received!When I tried calling the company that charged my card Logisticare the numbers given were all either disconnected or no longer in service.I then called the parent companys corporate office Modivcare and was told by ***** in the billing department that Logisticare was a subsidiary that they are no longer affiliated with.DL ******************************** Transportation Solutions recommended Modivcare by name for this $15.00 defensive driving course that I was charged for but never received!
