      I've use them a few times since I changed insurance careplus transportation is way better ,modivcare has not pick me up a few times and on that same transaction called three times they say there someone coming and nothing

      Motive Care Transportation is the worst. I've missed 2 scheduled medical appointments due to their s**** up's. I missed a dental appointment and now my appointment has been pushed further back. I had to catch a ride to today's doctor's ************ and the Uber was sent to pick me up after the appointed time. When I clearly told them my appointment time. They're incompetent and should be shut down. The man who picked me up had no clue who I was. Motive care didn't send me any notice 4: oo pm the day before to tell me about the scheduled ride like they're supposed to. The Uber driver had the wrong pick up time. He was supposed to pick me up from my house at 10 am and return at 12 noon for pick up. He arrived at 1 pm . They're going to keep people messed up with their appointments ??. I'm gonna save up and buy myself a car. They can have ************

      Not dependable. Many Automated phone calls every day reporting a ride is on the way or your ride is waiting for you and no ride shows up. And today the ride pulled in the driveway then backed out and left before them client could get down the steps. You all hire undetectable drivers.

      I have never experienced such lack of responsibility and failure to make sure a patient who is relying on transportation as they are experiencing medical situations that make it difficult to drive. I have used them frequently and the customer service is awful. They had a pick-up address completely wrong and I called three times to ensure it would be corrected. Not only did two different representatives rush through the call and read the ending script verbatim as they are required to do so with each call, as they were ******* to complete the script I was informing them to not only slow down but also I needed to add notes to the trips. They immediately disconnected the call and I had to call back and speak with a different representative who also did the same exact thing and disconnected the call after trying to get her to address other issues. The third time I asked for a manager and she told me no one was available. I explained that I need to have issues addressed and I was told that it would be escalated quickly and I would receive a call back. Of course, that never happened and the day I was to be picked up, no text messages were delivered to me in reference to the driver coming and after my thirty minute window, no driver ever showed up and I missed a crucial medical appointment I've had scheduled for months. They truly just want to earn a quick paycheck and fail to listen to people who are trying to utilize their resource that the insurance company pays for. I had to reschedule my appointment and I made the representative call the physician and explain why I am missing my appointment as it was a result on their lack of responsibility and service so I would not be charged a no show fee. I also have been left stranded as I was to be picked up from another appointment and the doctors office was closing and they would not send anyone to pick me up despite taking me to the appointment. I had to wait over two hours for my husband to pick me up after work. Rude!

      Love the drivers that take me back and forth to my doctors. Hate using Modivcare(aka Logisticare)to schedule my rides. When this company was Logisticare it had the same problems as Modivcare does. The computerised scheduling system(****)has glitches, the apps have glitches. The drivers that do pick me up ask me to call them when my appointment is over because it's faster to get in touch with them than it is to get through to the call center.

      Horrible service!! I can't express how terrible this service is. They always forget to pick you up. When they do forget to pick you up they say they will send another ride in 30 mins but never do. They just keep you waiting and frustrated until you give up. This company shouldn't exist at this point. All they do is make you miss all your important medical appointments. I cannot stress how truly bad this service is! I don't understand how modiv Care exists with this insanely terrible service. It truly boggles my mind at just how bad and unorganized this service is..

      No accountability to patients. They say that "Mileage Reimbursement Form" was never received OR "Wrong Trip Number Was Used" OR "Denied Due to Untimely Submission" OR "Trip Not Validated" OR "Denied, Not Paid" OR "Still validating". Really? No Communication and no denial letters so that action can be taken. They do NOT follow BCBS guidelines and pay for reimbursement up to 6-7 months after the trip was submitted despite the fact that the forms were sent in on time with the doctor's ********** Even after a BCBS "Unfair" Hearing they were not held accountable for the trips and reimbursement due in the hundreds of dollars! They don't feel like they need to be accountable to ANYONE. I am not interested in a response because they cannot say anything other than "Oh sorry, but not really sorry for being a crappy business" OR "We really don't care about you at all, just the money we get for ignoring your Mileage Reimbursement Forms". No need to reply because it would be BS! Don't bother to reply MODIVCAE because at this point I am going to report you to the *** in all of the states you operate in. Have fun in the audit! It would have been smart if you had just paid the money due in a timely manner rather than ignoring me. They do not deserve even a star!

      They are incredibly incompetent and careless. They don't get me to my appointments on time and refuse to fix the mistakes made on their end. I've lost my job and my mental health has been damaged due to the fact that they won't fix their mistakes correctly if at all as well as refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. They are the worst transportation company ever and need to be shut down or at least made to be held accountable for their f*** *** and incompetence.

      Worst and unprofessional company I cant believe that kind of company does exist in ***. Third world countries are more professionals To schedule you a ride it took me 30 min and ***** finish yet she kept telling me hold on Im working on it and my appoint was 50 min within the 30 min on the phone I called again and another unprofessional agent asked me to wait because she has to call the doctor to see if I really have appointment. She came back and said well your doctor ***** pickup the phone I asked her did you select number 1 or 2. She said ohhh no . ******* who are those people that you hire ? She called back again and pressed key 2 and spoke to the doctor and she came back again later over the phone and told me well Im gonna schedule you ride you ll receive a confirmation in 20 minutes Until now I swear god ***** receive anything My opinion this company should stop scamming people and stop their lies Should hire professional people not peanuts people
