      Modivcare in ******* ***** ***** glad to know ******** paying them to pick up my ************ havent seen them in a month !!! Thank god they are a waste of time!! I hate this place I take my husband back n forth sorry sorry company I hope yall f****** go out of business!!! ********************* of *************** hey *********************** get off your fat a** n do your job !!! Better yet tell the *** ************************* to do the same !! Yall **** just like the company you run !! Im calling ******** n they better not have paid yall a god dam dime for picking up my husband because **** dont *************************** maybe yall need to be replaced seems like yall s**** everybody!!!

      Absolutely horrible. I work at an ***************** that ModivCare is contracted with and almost every single day I am filing a complaint against these people because they do NOT pick up the members and let them sit there all day waiting to get a ride, make them miss their appointments, or just LEAVE THEM outside where they are in the sun or can get hurt. ModivCare has no respect for their clients or the elderly and it is a disgrace. They need to be shut down or have everyone that works there fired, hire new people and have a EXTENSIVE training. The employees will sigh heavily on the phone and have attitude whenever I report a problem.

      I would not even leave one star, but have to leave something.Here is my experiences:1. Left me at docs ******. I called 2 times and he said they were short staffed/having trouble with drivers. I had to have a friend pick me up.2. Left me there at a different doctor ****** and I had to call a friend. Later, at 4 PM, this company called and said there were there to pick me up. I was home. My pickup time was at 1PM!3, today pick up time at 11. Called driver, let her know I was early. She said would be there after she dropped off her passenger. 11 rolled around and no driver, based on past experince, called insurance, they called driver, driver caled and yelled at me for calling insurance. I have arthritis and have hard time with doors. All three times, had to slide a van door (entering and exiting) with NO help from drivers. Vehicles were FILTHY. I know I am poor and on ***** security, but to ne treated this way is wrong! I know trans has a lot of pick *** and drop offs. I dont expect to be treated like a prima *****, BUT being on time helps! And please, help us get in and out of vehicle!

      Cracked pelvis and left hip in a fall. Modivcare is my ******** transportation. I call, have to talk to a computer to arrange my ride to rehab and doctors appointments. Computer says Im confirmed but I still call back to confirm with a human the day before my ride/appointment . Computer transfer me to a human who tell me the ride is confirmed and the time window in which Ill be picked up. When Im not picked up I call and they tell me they dont know why but wont let me speak to a supervisor and that I need to call my ******** plan, UnitedHealthCare. One hour on ph with a nice lady. 3 way call and we keep getting transfer to different people. Finally a Modivcare supervisor tells up he will write a memo and send it via email to a department and that should call the claim department. I call claims and the say Im not entitled to mileage or reimbursement but I can pay for transportation myself or book a ride with Modivcare and hopefully Ill be picked up. MODIVCARE is the worse. I have filed 2 formal grievances and plan to give them a 1 star rating on every site I can find. They just dont care

      Never showed for pickup to get to appointment and never called. I called, was put on hold, then told that they spoke with the transportation company which said that as of a week ago they were no longer working with Modivcare. I was able to get a neighbor to take me to my appointment. On the way to the appointment I called Modivcare to ask if they would pick me up after the appointment even though they did not take me there and was told they would. Called after the appointment and was told they would get an Uber or Lyft to take me home and it would take 30 minutes. Called after 45 minutes as no Uber or **** arrived. Asked for a supervisor who then told me that there was no return trip requested but he would make sure to contact the routing department who would get an Uber or Lyft. Again no Uber or Lyft showed up. Called again, asked to speak directly with someone in the routing department. Was told I couldn't but they would have someone from the routing department call me. A woman from the routing department called , said they do not use Uber or Lyft, and she was looking for a ride for me, and it would be about an hour wait. I received a call from a driver within 10 minutes, wondering where I was. He was given the incorrect pickup location from ModivCare and I had to wait another 15 minutes for him to arrive. All in all it took almost 3 hours to get home. I. could have walked the 3+ miles home faster. I have filed a complaint with my ******** Advantage plan. I have also tried contacting the *** via phone, but the phone # I found on ****** does not work. I have an email address for the ***...I will be contacting him via email...assuming that the email address on ****** is correct.       They are the worst transportation company ever. Come pick you up when they want to then leave you at the doctors appointment after youre done with no communication at all. Im trying to find alternate transportation for my father as we speak because there is no way transportation is this horrible after you have to schedule your appointment out 2 weeks in advance.

      You make a return pick up time but it doesn't matter cause they won't pick you up until they decide to.. horrible for elderly! Scary to be left for hours . doesn't deserve 1 star!!

      I worked at this place for a total of 2 months back in 2021 before I had to leave. The only positive thing I have to say about this company is that the training team was great. The rest? A complete joke. Horrid management with one certain manager who think she ran the place, getting people to do things that they were not hired to do and assigning them to take calls for different states when they weren't supposed to be doing those types of calls while still in their first 90 days (yep, happened to me). I was also told work from home would be available after training which was a lie, especially since I did my training from home too...seems like this place is really good at lying, right? There was one person who was a team lead at this time that was so loud and rude to customers, I can't believe they allowed her to get away with it. The way they treat the patients is so awful, making it seem like it was their faults for their trips/rides being missed. From the looks of the comments, it doesn't look like much has changed in the two years since I've been there either and I'm so sorry that you folks who have to rely on this sham of a company for your transportation and wish there were other, better, more caring options. You all deserve better. This rotten scam of a company should've been shutdown years ago.

      They keep canceling my ***********s when I have post-op ***********s and can't drive because I've had a shoulder replacement for one then they cancel ***********s that are far away just because they can't look for a driver beforehand they wait till the last minute. Yesterday I had a doctor's *********** that I almost missed that I had to pay $40 out of pocket and they would not reimburse me when I have that in my insurance plan. This is about the 6th or 7th *********** that they have canceled on me without calling me the night before or the day of the *********** telling me that they didn't have a driver at the last minute I have to find somebody because most of them are post-op ***********s and they don't care

      I had a reservation for a return trip from my Dr ****** scheduled for 3PM p/up and when the ride was 15 minutes late I called for a status report just to be told I would be forced to wait until at least 4PM until all the other riders had been picked up and dropped off that were on their books because I had refused to leave my service dog at home. I was livid since it was raining and my Dr ****** closed at 3:30 so that meant I was in the rain with my service dog until 4:14 when they FINALLY showed up and THEN the driver wanted to grip because my dog and I were soaking wet and getting his precious seats wet!!!!!!!! THE ******
