      Not reliable. Worst medical transportation ever. They never on time to pick you up . They have not accountability.

      I would leave zero stars if possible, because Modivcare doesn't care at all their customers. I have filed a grievance twice with my health insurance company that forces me to use them as their only provider for transportation to medical appointments. The complaints are never corrected, and the transportation service has gotten, so bad I refuse to use them anymore. The driver doesn't show up on time, or they don't schedule any driver at all, and they don't bother to call to inform you, so you're left without knowing you don't have a ride to your appointment. Also, some of the drivers cannot speak English, and there have been sometimes that I personally felt unsafe while riding with the driver. It has gotten to the point, that I no longer feel safe to request a ride for my doctor ************ so I decided to have a family member drives me for mileage reimbursement, and afterwards Modivcare is now saying they will not pay my family member for the mileage reimbursement. This company only cares about money, and they will lie and cheat to get away with mistreating their customers. I personally will never use them for transportation again, because I don't want to be harmed by one of their drivers that they contract with. The company has been told about their shady drivers and yet their response is there is nothing wrong with their drivers. If there is nothing wrong, why would customers be willing to forgo using their service, because they are scared, they may be harmed getting to a doctor ************ I urge others to stay away from this corrupt company.

      Awful company. They have twice now cause my mother in law to miss appointments. First the driver never showed up then lied about being in front of our house but never was there. The 2nd time we requested a wheelchair accessible car since she is wheelchair bound and they sent a lyft driver in a prius. Horrible company all around as the customer service doesn't seem to care or resolve any issues.

      I hate this company so much. Recorded a call rep for 40 minutes telling me if I couldn't "properly" sound out my name in a way her ESL-ears could understand I wouldn't be using the service. Absolutely phenomenal bad customer service and administration. I've spent 26 days now trying to get them to address my issue. I gave up on my health insurance being able to make them do anything. They made an appointment for me for a day I didn't request for an appointment I didn't have, and provided my cell phone number and address to someone in my community despite no authorization to do so. I've reported their violations to OCR and DHHS, as my personal information was given out and an insurance benefit provided that I DIDNT AUTHORIZE. They literally harm health and privacy. I hate them so **** much. I have spent so much time with them in the past 26 days. My health insurance case manager have tried being on a three-way call with me to observe the nonsense and try to communicate with them on my behalf. The reps and supervisors have no problem directly lying, and my insurance has verified that in some kind of effort to claim they as the insurance tried but ModivCare just ***** "that much." They tried denying my case manager a supervisor and she just reemed them out it was hilarious.Before the past 26 days I used the ride system once. I was told to wait at the bottom of my drive at a specific time. I waited there over ************************************************** snow. The driver showed up 45 minutes late, asked why I wasn't down there as I'd been warming up in the house after giving up, and caused me to be late to my appointment. Just give up trying to be a business. Have shame, feel bad.

      Looks like I agree with everyone else. To begin with, the problem starts with Humana. They told me my mom would have 60 free trips. Turns out, it was 35, and all one way. I have used those up and am glad to be done with Modiv(Does Not)Care.We started using this service at the beginning of the year. I booked my mom's first week (three days to dialysis; I had to start picking up on my way home from work) two weeks in advance. The first Monday arrived, and no one showed up. I work full time. My mom had a stroke and cannot communicate with people. She has a health aid with her while I work. I noticed no one had shown up (front door monitor). So I called ModivCare. They indicated that no provider had been assigned. This was 15 minutes before my mom's appointment. I think about the elderly who think they have a ride and sit and wait, and then are probably lied to if and when they call about it. Who are these "people" anyway. So, she missed dialysis that day (our aide does not drive or have a car). The same happened on Wednesday. This time the man told I should probably call earlier to see whether there was a provider. Really? I make a reservation and anticipate a ride. If there is a problem, I would expect someone to call. That is not how ModivCare works. So I began calling early to ensure that she had a provider. Several times, no one had been assigned. One time, they wanted to send a Lyft, which I am fine with, but it would have arrived an hour after her appointment time, and also my aide has another client to get to by 1 o'clock, so she couldn't even stay until the ride got there. Today was my last day to use, ModivCare, and true to form, there was no provider when I called. They told me they would reassign the ride and contact when they had done so, but gave me no time window and no assurance that they could find someone in time. I canceled and called Lyft. Then Modivcare had the never to call to see whether she needed a ride home!

      This is a horrible company. They do not pick you up on time. The transportation company that they send some of them are not professional. You call and request for a specific company and they send a company that is not reliable they never send the company that you ask for. Motivcare does not care about its clients. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and they never let you speak to one. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      This company is completely unreliable and does not care about their customers needs only they money they can make.I have asked several times for them to send a specific company. To pick me up to get me to my appointments but they send some other company that doesn't show up or they are just too late so I miss my appointment.when I ask them why they didn't send the company That I REQUESTED THEY SAY MY COMPANY TURNED THE **** DOWN,,WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE BECAUSE I CALL THE COMPANY AND THEY SAY THAT MOTIVCARE DIDNT SEND MY **** TO THEM.AND THAT IS JUST THE *** OF THE ICEBERG TO THE LIES AND SCAMS THAT MOTIVCARE WILL TRY TO DO.Ive called and asked to speak to a supervisor and they tell me One will return my call which has only happened once out of several attempts to reach a supervisor.I have the same 6 trips every month for the last 2 and half years and they still mess it up.when you call about it the receptionist that you talk to just blames on the last one That I talked to.I would strongly recommend that you use another transaction company if you can,If you have to use motivecare When booking your rides you might want to book your rides at least 45 minutes earlier than your appointment if you want any chance of making it there on time

      I do not know how this company stays in business. I missed three appointments because of them. Tired of filing complaints. They tell you someone will call and investigate and nothing happens. They are used by my health insurance company and after having three way chats with them and a representative of Modiv Care, nothing has changed. I am legally blind and have no way of getting to my appointments. I cannot deal with the aggravation, stress and frustration I go through every time I have to book them for a ride to my doctors or for tests. I will not use them anymore. It means I am paying Lyft out of pocket but I would rather do that and know I am going to get to my appointments on time. I can't even give them a star. They don't deserve any star at all.

      I think modivcare is very unprofessional and do not care about their patients at all. Called them multiple times and very unclear about who is picking patients up and dropping them off. They also do not help patients who are not able to help themselves get in the car and make them struggle. the place needs to be REPORTTEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD.
