      Treats workers and customers terribly. Only care is the all mighty dollar. Complaints go unresolved. Unstaffed offices. Poor management

      It's no wonder they're not BBB accredited! This is the Worst transportation Service ever cause they provide service with the Worst of the Worst car service "Medrock"!! Not only does ******************* pick you up late to your appointments but they literally take 1hr 45m to 2hrs 30m to pick you back up!!? 3 strikes for me! Never Again! Warning: DO NOT USE *******************!! ModivCare if you really CARE! Provide us with better, more reliable car services!!!!!

      Motivcare, in ***** ******, and all of its partnering companies..are trash. You could literally find more trustworthy and reliable drivers anywhere you looked. These guys are NOT your friends, they will lie to you if they can, and your safety and well being will never be a concern of theirs. Do yourself a favor, and find a reliable transportation service right from the beginning, and trust when I say, this company is NOT reliable.

      My driver QUIT because of the way he was treated by claims. He said that they did not know what they were doing, and covered this up by being rude and cruel. He said they often reimbursed him the wrong miles and when he had a dispute, they would be inept, rude and cruel to him rather than helpful and kind. He said even management is HORRIBLE. Why would you do this to someone helping a disabled friend and saving the government money?!! He said it just was not worth the stress to deal with such cruel and inhumane people. I have lost a good friend and a driver. I really don't know what I am going to do.

      In three months I have had 3 missed rides out of 4 scheduled. 1st time driver wasn't there though he said he was. Another problem happened when the driver never showed up but said he took me. Last time my appointment was 46 miles away. Driver showed up and said it was too far and wouldn't take me. This was all with Uber. Motivcare must get reliable drivers

      Dear Fellow ********************************* Board Members , I am writing to express my frustration with the services provided by Modivcare ***********************. As someone who depends on this service to get to my medical appointments, I, like so many dissatisfied patients, have had multiple negative experiences with this company. Complaints include canceled rides, difficulty reaching customer service, long wait times, rude representatives, being stranded for more than 4 hours multiple times, and being lied to about ride activation after waiting 45 mins. Careless and negligent booking of appointments is also a major issue.It is clear that this is a systemic problem that needs to be addressed by those at top. Therefore, I encourage all patients with similar problems to reach out to the Modivcare's Board members, President of Modivcare *************************, CEO ****************************, CCO *********************, and ******************************************** You can find their information on the Modivcare website (*********************************************************) or on LinkedIn if you cant find their contact information.I encourage you to also reach out to your insurance company and your local government regarding your complaints, as they have contracted Modivcare to provide quality needed services to the community. We cannot rely on complaining to the supervisor or manager of the local Modivcare offices, as this is an in-house issue. We must take our complaints to the top of the chain, to the people who have the POWER to make the much-needed changes. If any board member of Modivcare is reading this, I would like to respectfully request that you take our complaints seriously. The attention and intervention of the board are needed by the community you serve. People's lives are at risk if no action is taken to reform your local Modivcare offices responsible for serving those in need.Sincerely,A Dissatisfied Patient

      So they talked me into getting my mom to drive me to and from the doctors. They said it would be easier and they said she would start receiving checks for mileage reimbursement after two weeks. It has been three months and she has received two checks and both spelled her name incorrectly and her address. They didn't read any of the trip logs that were sent cause they even got the miles wrong. I call them to fix this and they said they can only put in a request and it will take 30 days at the minimum to correct her name and address. They said it will take two months at the minimum to reissue a check. They also said they can't correct the check that's being sent out in 15 days so that will be another delayed by another two months. Then they talk to me with an attitude like I'm the problem. They told me they can only look up three weeks at a time and I'd have to call back. The multiple levels of incompetency and bad character it takes to mess up this bad is unbelievable. My mom will get paid in five months when they said it would be two weeks. They don't even deserve one star.

      As a patient, a modivcare provider picked me up after my surgery and drive 30 miles in the opposite direction to pick up another patient before backtracking back to my house. The trip should have been 15 minutes but took 1 hour and ********************************************************* my 65 years. The dispatcher to ***** should be fired immediately due to no idea of what he is doing. And ***************** has hired them as their service provider. I will never use them again even though the service is free to me.
