      Its one of the worst transportation services that United Healthcare has a contract with. Multiple times I have been forced to be late for my appts and sometimes the drivers dont show up at all. I am fed up with the poor excuses of the drivers. **************** is just as bad. Sometimes I get someone who says I need up to 48 hours to schedule a ride or up to 72 hours. Sometimes they flat out wont do any scheduling. I wont be using this service anymore. If you need transportation find something else that services your area. This kind of service is unacceptable. I hate being late for my appts. Thats not who I am.

      This company is so unprofessional and they don't care about the needs of patients. They canceled my reservation without notifying me. Upon, calling this morning to confirm my 8:00 AM pickup they told me that there was no reservation for me on file. I notified my insurance (UHC) several times and I filed another grievance against ModivCare. I can't understand why when you call them, the representatives are rude as if we the patients are badgering them. One representative told me today that I need to cancel my doctor's *********** and call them back to reschedule a pickup. I was so upset and totally shocked by the representative's request. Upon, calling UHC for the last time the representative got on the phone with ModivCare and explained that it was an urgent matter that I get to my doctor's *********** today and they got me a Lyft cab dispatched to my home. From an 9:30 AM ***********, I just arrived home at 2:30 PM and this is totally unacceptable. This company is not suitable to transport patients to and from their doctor's ***********s. I can't see how they are still in business. Run from this company if it is possible. They are lacking the proper business etiquette and they have caused my blood pressure to rise today.

      Don't ever use this company!!!!!!! This company cancelled my disabled son's ride and did not even contact me. They left my son completely stranded. They are horrible. I have been on hold for over an hour and then my call was disconnected. They are awful.

      Ride was cancelled and I was never contacted. Scheduled a ride roughly two weeks ahead of time for a doctors appointment. Was given a time to be picked up. I called 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time and was told my ride had been cancelled. They old me they called day before and I told them that was a lie, no one called (I had one phone call and it was from a friend). I'm very disappointed in them. I'm disabled and in a wheelchair and it's very hard finding rides to and from doctors appointments and I can't rely on family and friends as they all work during the week. My old insurance did not provide free transportation so I switched to one that did and Modivcare is the company they use. I was hoping for better but it turned out to be the same as all other transportation companies in my area: UNRELIABLE!

      This place is awful. The do not update anything, lack of communication and fail to help me make my appointments. You company is supposed to help me make my appointments, not miss them. I wish there was another transportation service I can use because they mess up in every way. They must be trying to kill patients at this point to lower the amount of rides they need to complete. Don't bother using them. Find something else if you can. They even failed to send over my forms to my doctor to help me for those rides. I just don't understand this business. Just horrible.

      This is the 3rd time, 3rd month in a row that Modvicare has failed to provide transportation for me to an appointment that was scheduled a week in advance. This company left me waiting without even bothering to call and let me know the 1st time. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

      Yet another publicly traded company controlled by Blackrock and Vanguard who line the pockets of the elite without any care or regard towards there customers and employees. All they do is squeeze as much profit as they can by hiring call center workers from overseas. This makes the experience very frustrating because they do not speak good English and they don’t understand what your saying half the time. I’ve heard many complaints from customers who constantly have issues because modivcare is poorly organized. The only reason they exist is because of Blackrock and vanguard and government subsidies. It’s so sad that companies like this are allowed to exist and treat people like numbers on a screen. If they really cared they would hire competent English speakers to take calls and actually fix the issues they have. It’s not hard if I an individual can think of many solutions yet they can’t without large teams of people that are more qualified than me. Look up there institutional stock holders on yahoo finance if you don’t believe me. Somehow more than 100% of shares are held by institutions. Without there hand being held they would fail without question.

      This company is unorganized and horribly managed! I am 76 years old and I make my own reservations for transportation. I have never had an issue with ANY insurance services besides this company. This will be the 2ND time I had to make a complaint about them. They take my reservation down, then when they cofirm via text- they send me a complete different time than requested! I called to make sure this error was known and corrected. The following morning, the driver called for my gate code. I waited 30mins outside waiting to be picked up and the driver never showed. I called the company to find out what the deal was only to be informed that a "new" driver would have to be found for me to make my appointment. I called my insurance to notify them about this company again! I am beyond fustrated with this company and there isn't any other insruance covered transportation near. I now have to pay out of my pocket just to receive the same services this company is supposed to offer. I hope insurance realizes they need to find another preferred company for their patients.
