      I've been lied to 6 out of 10 times about being picked up for my appointments, been made to miss 2 appointments in the same day after they ask me to reschedule for a later time for the same appointment! TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!!!SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!

      I just reported to Modivcare that I received a ride to the Dr from an impaired driver. I was terrified!!! He almost rear ended a car at a stop light. Then he ran the red light across a busy main intersection. I told him I was afraid and he said he was fine just lost concentration for a second. He would not stop the car and could not keep in his lane. Almost hitting the median twice and running off the road on the grass before pulling back in his lane. When I reached the Dr ****** I reported this to Modivcare immediately. They said they would remove him from driving. But when I called for a ride home they sent him again!!! I reported this and they said he was the only available driver. I refused to go with him and finally after several calls Modivcare agree to send me an Uber. I waited 2 hours because they never called an Uber for me. I called again and waited another hour and finally got my own Uber home. I reported this to Humana since this is their transportation company. But I 'm not convinced anything will be done until someone really gets hurt

      Modivcare is the absolutely worst!! They don't even deserve one star!! This is the third disaster with them in less than two months!! My elderly mother is over weight and has very limited mobility. It takes her almost an hour to get ready, while she is in pain. Trying to get her to her doctor ************ is a task in itself. She needs a vehicle with a ramp or a lift. I state this several times while making the reservation (3-4 days in advance), and when I call to confirm the day before the appointment. Then guess what??? They show up in a regular vehicle!! I then have to cancel the doctors appointment because she is unable to get in or out of a regular vehicle. The driver says... "I'm just the driver ma'am, the only info I have is what they give me." The reason for these ************ is so that we can get her better, so she can move easier. How can I do that if I can't even get her to the ************???? Based on other recent reviews, we are not the first that has been mistreated and I'm sure we will not be the last. I have filed a complaint with their corporate office. Next up is the **************** of ***** and her insurance company. This is ridiculous!! Shame on you Modivcare!!

      Horrid company! Completely unreliable and uncaring. Im disabled and theyve left me stranded four times now. I have registered multiple complaints to no avail. Do not use MODIVCARE! They will not pick you up on timeor at all, and they will cause you nothing but stress, money, time, and general upset. Run far away from ModivCare!

      I called after my father's doctor ************ They said they would arrive within the hour. Waited 1 hour 15 minutes and called back. The attendant said they just activated the will call. Said they would be there within 45 minutes. Called again, sat on hold for 20minutes. Got Lyft to get him back home. Modivcare doesn't deserve the 1 star I had to give them to write this review.

      **** H ************ or whoever this company use to pick up patients are the worst company, they dont pick you up on time, when they feel like calling you they call you late, is like they want the money but they dont want to earned it , IRRESPONSIBLE, please stay away from this company, The worst of the worst , if you complain nothing gets done about it

      Do NOT use this service. After confirming my reservation the day before my surgery, they failed to pick me up at the appointed time. Later, that day Modivcare sent a Lyft driver to pick me up after the surgery and the surgical center would not release me to them. I have this benefit through my *********************************** plan. Humana needs to drop this provider.

      I had the worst experience with Modivcare last year while taking my radiotherapy! This people never show up on time. Always had an excuse for not showing up. If by any chance they took me to the appointment, left me there waiting for hours. I had to pay out of my pocket Uber. I sent a letter and copies of the receipts and NEVER refunded me a *****. They never apologized for the bad service. Even that my Insurance called them a lot of times, nothing was done. I won't recommend this company. They are the WORST,, A N[IGHTMARE! If I could give zero star I'll do it!
