      Im on dialysis, rather h my transportation setup ahead of time or on a subscription. They told me yo hv the clinic do it and my nurse advised they do t do that. I hit off the machine and done by ****, I was told I would get picked up around 130. ***** never left me at the clinic that long AND picked me up no later than ****. This com ***** and I wish I could go back to Scats asap!!

      This is the worst company ever. I called for my uncle to be picked up for cancer treatment and they failed to show up after three calls. They never follow up on transportation requests nor do they call the patient to see if the patient was ever picked up. Never use them.

      THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I was assisting my mom. I call and make the reservations 2 weeks in advance as told to. Requested driver in mask, requested medical car--NOT uber or lyft, as she needs assistance in and out of car after shoulder surgery. I called 4 days in advance, 3 days , 2 days 1 day and the day of to confirm. All my hard work and persistence did not pay off. They left her stranded at the facility few x, driver no mask. They tell you they are on their way and they LIE. I have been trying since October to get reimbursed for out of pocket fares and now its Dec 22 and Im nowhere. We are talking about sending a reimbursement form and it is beyond impossible. Have been calling Humana-they are all so sorry, but has anything been resolved? Today someone called me at 8AM from Modiv and said shes sending a reimbursement form via email. I have not received it. Called her 3x and LM. No return phone call. They are incompetent and should not be allowed anywhere near seniors. My heart goes out to each and every one of you who are trying their best to assist their parents from another state and are expecting help with transportation from this ***************** 0 stars but the system will not allow-they force you to give a star.

      This is all ********** can do for as this company is a joke, when u call them everyone gives u different info no one is on the same page they lie they hang up on u and don't every try to get a supervisor that's not happening they'll hang up on you or put you to a machine if you even get that lucky they'll tell you they'll call you back never will, what's the saying ********** and you that's a joke also so out of 260 comments they have a one rating truly unbelievable Governor ****** keep trying though

      This company is a JOKE! I am a self driver and drive to and from my medical clinic once every day excluding sundays. It has been a month now that they have not reimbursed me for my mileage. The employees in the claims department are very rude and they always say they didnt receive your emails or trip logs that you submitted and want you to hang up, submit them again, and wait a week to call back. If you call right back then the next person will tell you something completely different. They wont give me a reference number for the card that Modivcare deposits the reimbursement onto. One man that I have spoken to that is higher ** in the company keeps saying You have a payment set to be deposited this Friday but every Friday comes and go without reimbursement and he makes the excuse of payment issue and assures me that it will be paid out the following Friday. Still nothing! They do NOT pay you like they say they will and they will NOT pay you the mileage that you drive! They tell you they will in the beginning and then later short you money and say We can only pay the shortest mileage to the facility you travel to which is not what they say when you set up a profile with them! They collect money from your medical insurance and then dont want to pay you for your mileage. If you get paid once then dont expect another payment for a month or longer. There are people who have to use that money to get back and forth from the doctor and other appointments so start reimbursing them so they can keep their health in check!

      Healthfirst needs to hire another company. Horrible service. After 3 attempts to get transportation I had to call my own cab to get home from dialysis. Will I get reimbursed? I highly doubt it.

      I have work with company for 1 month and 2 weeks they advertised on indeed that you make $850 to $1000 a week. I have not seen such. This company lie about the wages and they are unreliable. During orientation they told the drivers that they pay weekly, they collect direct deposit information and all the necessary information from you. My week of working I did not get paid, I reach out and was told the folling week I will be paid. The second week they told me my direct deposit information was not accepted and that I will have to wait for a check in the mail. I asked why did they waited until now to tell me my direct deposit information wasn't received. All they could say is I need to reach out to the ************** When I do.I.was direct back to the scheduler. ***** who.is the one doing the scheduling she always giving wrong information and never know anything when you confront her with the information she gives. She is a lier and a manipulator. I resign working for them and now she wants to play games with my last check. I reach out to several other people and they finally pay me but I wasn't paid for 3o miles for a 2 way trip. ***** who I send a screenshot to showing the date and time of the missing pay, the same say she asked to confirm my work week that I missing pay for and she waited for the next day to tell.me she is checking the information when I should have receive this pay on my 12/9 check. This transportation scheduler from ******* mobile health that ModivCare use is useless and unreliable they never schedule the appointment in realistic time. Like for example they will give me a trip to pick someone up at 9:25 AM and then add a 9:30 A M, but the member for the 9:30 Am trip is 40 minutes aways from the 9:15 AM member. When you drive and get to the member and they cancel because you're late, ******* only pays you $7. This is not fair and is very unjust, the schedulers never take blame for scheduling the time wrong it's always the driver that is late

      Worthless!!!!!! On two different occasions I have contacted them for transportation to ****************** for doctor ************* Both times there was no driver who appeared to transport. The first time I received three text messages stating that they were trying to find a driver. HA. The second time I received multiple text messages where to meet the driver. I was there, but no driver. I have made a complaint to Modivcare, but no reply from them. United *********** needs to contract with another reliable company to provide the service that Modvicare claims to provide.

      This company is hired by our States and ****** care companies to provide rides and reimbursements for non emergency medical miles that are covered by our plans. One, they do not pay you the full amount of your reimbursement amount. First, I am in ******** and should be getting **** per mile and they are paying me .42 per mile. When I call them they say take it up with your insurance company. The insurance company/***************** can't get anywhere with them either. (makes you wonder why they use them) Well the answer is simple it detours people from using the service and in the end saves them money. Really sad but is always about the dollar not the person. Second, I watch at the facilities how hard it is for some people to get transportation and have to wait hours after booking the trip ahead. Sometimes their rides get cancelled all together and leave them stranded. I wish there were someone to actually call but as you can see to complain would be complaining to people that already know and really don't care.
