      This company is horrible! They make excuses for not picking people up, they lie about calling, theyre untrustworthy. My mom was stood up twice by this company and both times lied and said they called but didnt receive an answer. You cannot trust that your elderly love ones will be picked up or dropped off on time or at all! Im disgusted with this company and suggest no one uses them! They dont deserve any stars!!

      In *** - Not reliable, no compassion and no respect for the client. I've been left stranded without car service to medical ************ many times, even after making reservation 3-4 days in advance. Some drivers don't call/text within appointment time frame to let you know they are coming or outside. Most drivers are late or don't show up, then you get a text from driver that they have cancelled ride because you weren't outside. Happened to me many times. I have missed doctor ************ and one medical procedure because drivers don't show up on ************** will try to have you share a ride on same day of appointment (impossible for me as I am handicap with back/leg issues and ride with my home attendant). Also have received texts to inform me they are outside and they are nowhere to be found. Then as I'm standing outside waiting for them for a while I get another text that they have cancelled my ride. The straw that broke the camels back was when driver was late again, no text/call, I called Modivcare to check to see where driver is, was on hold 25 minutes, couldn't speak to anyone, had no choice but to call a private car service otherwise clinic would charge me $150 for no show. As I'm riding in private car and 45 minutes after my original pickup time, the driver calls my phone to let me know he was outside. At that point I was already on way to appointment. Later when I called Modivcare to try to get a ride back home, they could not accommodate and I was left stranded again with no way to get home. Modivcare has not earned my trust.

      Your business needs to step up and do what is right for the patient! That is what you are there for. My daughter needs to go to two doctors each week. Five times this month, transportation has been cancelled. No calls to let us know either. She calls one week ahead of time to schedule her visits, so plenty of time in advance to schedule. What is the problem? I wish we could find another transportation service but have to go with what Insurance will pay for. She is a person...a human being! She has rights to have medical services provided and be taken care of.

      They should have their license revoked! Do NOT rely on this company. They are UNRELIABLE and will leave your loved one ( my92 year old immobile father) waiting while they cancelled the trip and do not inform you. 3/4 times they did not show up to pick us up for an appointment. They have no accountability and shuffle you through the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. you will not get where you are going. NO STARS (only gave one ** website insisted)

      A 1.1 average rating out of 250 reviews! They are simply run poorly. They should be renamed Modivsomething but not Modivcare because they dont and its obvious.

      Was left today with No pickup. I had to call Lyft to get home from ******. appointment. Its hit or miss with this Co.Its sad for us seniors that depend on a car service to get us to our medical appointments!

      They have never once gotten me to my dialysis appointment on time. Once one of the drivers had a child in the vehicle with her and when I filed a complaint all of my transportation was canceled. When I have reoccurring trips set.up for my dialysis you would think it would be a set driver but no. I called twice inches past to confirm my transportation and then nobody shows up. Not reliable at all!!!

      Absolutely unacceptable that supervisors make promises and cancel such promises last minute. Inconsistances with reasoning behind most actions. Bidding for the cheapest transport to take your loved one.. my grandmother is BLS transport criteria and they make it very difficult to accommodate for those needs. I am disgusted.

      I have missed 17 appointments in ************************************** didn't show up at all. 2 of those appointments were for ANGIOPLASTY surgery. A life or death surgery that I must have to survive. Your complete & utter lack of respect for human life has left me in a state of extreme emotional distress.
