      The ride service from Modivcare is fine, but scheduling an *********** sucks!!!!!! I can deal with giving 3-days notice, but the automated phone service NEVER understands the address provided. It asks to repeat over and over and over and over and over until it finally says, "Sorry, I can't understand. Please hang up." This happens no matter what phone I use, no matter how I say the address, etc. I HATE WASTING SO MUCH TIME trying to schedule a **** ***********! I could probably walk the 20 miles to a doctor *********** faster than I could schedule the ride service! They only get 1 star from me because it won't allow me to enter 0 or negative stars.

      This company doing Homehealthcare transportation for doctors visits. Mostly they use local transport those who has no sufficient cat/drivers. Frequently the are not provide transport. Telling they dont find available transport. They also say wait at least 1hr and half. Some times they dont even received our calls. Modivcare has no service for helping customers who take their ride after 5pm. How the healthcare service give them to help customers?

      Drivers tend to cancel ride reservations or not show up on time. Thinking about using their ride reimbursement program because you want to use a reliable driver you know? You'll be required to jump through hoops to be reimbursed, sometimes your trips won't even be processed for reimbursement even after you've made it through Modivcare's list of steps required for reimbursement, so you'll be stuck making phone calls to Modivcare's customer service who will tell you to repeat the steps, followed by calling them back to confirm you've completed the steps. If that doesn't lead anywhere, "someone will call you to fix it." No one calls to fix it.For ride reimbursement, 1st you'll need to print out the Modivcare ride reimbursement form, 2nd you'll have to call their ride reimbursement customer service phone # to have your trip(s) recorded, 3rd you'll need to transfer the information you get from customer service to the form you printed in step 1, 4th you'll need to bring that form to your doctor's ******* have them sign the form then fax the form to Modivcare which they should be giving you a fax confirmation for, you keep that form for your records as well as the original form that was faxed.After the 1st time you've completed all of these steps, you get a card in the mail from a card company Modivcare partners with, the card has the reimbursement on it. The card comes with a form that says, "in order to activate your card you will need to enter your reference number" over the phone using their automated system. The reference # isn't on the form. The form doesn't tell you where you can find the reference #, it also doesn't tell you who to call if you have questions, you also won't be patched through to customer service unless your card's activated but you can't activate it without the reference #.I guessed, called Modivcare asking about the reference # to activate the card, Modivcare told me it had to send an email requesting the reference #. This company is a mess.

      I start with LogistiCare on may ******* using my own money paying gas and my insurance one day this manager call ************** call me asked me to add 5 more vehicles on my policy I told him he need to wait because I dont have money to add those vehicles for now I will used two vehicles once I get pay I will add since that day he told me if I dont he will cancel the contract I will no longer work with theme I didnt have money I spend all the money on gas and insurance the day he had told me I will receive my pay on September ****** it never happened when I called he no answers text and emails no response I contact his boss name ****************** she dont even answer same as him and still today 10.19.2022 still never got pay I called the HR no body answer the phone I drove to the office in ****** ** to try to talk with ************** boss which is *********************** arrived there I talk to the man in the front desk he told he Im going to get her he ask my name when he came back he told me she left the office for this week bad management I left my information she never called me or someone in the Modivcare follower on me if I got payed this is sad people working hard for living and the taking theme for granted someone need to stop this right now Im having hard time paying my rent and feeding my family because I used all my money to provide service that the request to get done.

      I have to give company a 3day advance notice of appt. They are the worst. Today I was supposed to be picked up at ten am eell they canceled ride and then I had to wait for an hour. Their has been 8 instances they never showed up ,& once my nurse after locking office building had to drive me home Do Not Use

      Both on 09/26/2022 and on 09/28/2022 the transportation service that was supposed to take me to my physicians office didnt show up in time for me to make my appointment. Rather than being apologetic both Modivecare and the transportation company had an attitude when I told them that picking me up an hour late wasnt acceptable as it resulted in my having to cancel the appointment. Both times I requested American Eagle (the only reliable company) and both times my request was ignored. This company is the worst, they dont even deserve one star. Complaints are being ignored. They take advantage of people who have no other choice but to deal with them.

      Horrible. I have been trying to get my meal assistance and lodging reimbursement funds through them for my ******** for over a year. I have a chronic illness child and we are at the hospital that is 2 hours away very often. Its been over a year with no payment. The customer service is horrible. When you call you get transfered 10 different times and given 8 different numbers and no one seems to be able to help you or know why you aren't getting paid. 2 people have even just hung up on me when I asked for a manager. How insanely ridiculous. They owe me thousands. I cant even get a manager on the line. I have a very sick child and I need the funds to help us pay for future trips there and they are just ripping us off not paying us. We are patients at U of M **** and they call and cant even get any assistance. This is shameful exploiting funds from children who are disabled and their parents too who are just trying to take care of them.

      An employee cancelled my return trip this morning at. **** am I was at quest diagnostics and could not get a ride for two and a half hours after calling the worth less people at Humana that put a person on hold for a hour and could not do a thing.i do not think I will ever use ModivCare again
