      Motivcrap is what it should be called nothing but problems with this company finding transportation for my disabled daughter to and from work and more times then not they are either late,or they secure transportation there and not back, and even when you have a set up schedule to be picked up to and from work and u request them to schedule a Lyft or Uber they will half a** do the job .My disabled child has been stranded to many times with this ratchet company and its dam pathetic and what makes it worse is when you ask to speak to a supervisor you seldom hear back from them .I hope the better business bureau look into this ratchet company and shut them done.I pray we can find another transportation who can service their clients better.If I could post this without leaving a star I would.

      I had made a reservation on 9/17/2022. My appointment was rescheduled for a later time, and my pick up time was 11:20pm. I had an appointment at a nursing home with my nurse and Modivcare did everything possible to make sure I didn't have a way home. They denied my ride to pick me up and they left me stranded at night in the dark when my appointment was over. I was outside of the building calling people to take me home. It was horrible. I honestly would not leave someone stranded outside at night. Modivcare is absolutely horrible and I will never use their services ever again.

      I have used this company for 5yrs. I have complained numerous times to the company's supervisors as well as my insurance company. Nothing has changed. I have been stranded at various medical facilities. In those incidents I had to pay for a Lyft to return home. I was never reimbursed. I am disabled and on a fixed income of less than a thousand dollars a month. My most recent incident was on 8/2/2022. The driver told me that she was not able to pick me up after 4:30pm. I was having an outpatient procedure in *****, **. I live in ***************. I had to pay for Lyft to bring me back to ***************. There are many more incidents. Too many to name. I hope that this review will help to improve this company's customer service. I hope it doesn't fall on deaf ears.

      This is bull c*** you deserve no stars! As a medical professional I would love to have my patients/clients, be able to come to their visits on time! NOT ONLY THAT!!!!!!! be able to have a ride home!!! I am very disappointed in the service ModivCare has supplied to my clients. I had a client yesterday 09/07/22 show for her visit. Once the visit was completed we called ModivCare for transportation back to her home 30 miles from the office. The lady we spoke to on the first call stated she could not set up transportation for my client due to her canceling the initial pick up. I had questioned my client and she stated I got here by they're transportation, plus the lady does not have a phone in which to contact the company to cancel her transport. So my office receptionist called again. The lady apologized and stated they would have someone there in 10 minutes. 2 hours later and I can't remember how many phone calls made, my client was still sitting in the office waiting for them to come pick her up and take her home. Then I finally spoke with ******. who in which gave me a wrong number to contact, to put in a complaint about them. He stated "we will have someone there shortly ma'am," then stated to "just leave her outside since our office is closed." Yeahhhhhh no thank you ****** not an option! I would never leave my clients waiting outside especially in this GEORGIA HEAT!!! much less anywhere. YOU DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE THAT WAYYYYYY! I finally had enough, and took my client home who lived 30 miles away. SO I am ROYALY PISSED!!!! thank you MODIVCARE for getting on my last nerve!! MODIVCARE more like MODIVDONTCARE!

      The services that have been requested and approved for my husband have not yet been received by him. He has missed 2 appointments because no one comes to get him. On 08/29/2022 my husband had an appointment at 11;00 am in which the driver from Trinity ************** called our home at 11:07 am asking for directions. Then again on 09/01/2022 he was supposed to be at another appointment at 2:45 pm but no one came again . This time it was ****** **************. I was told that they were not wheel chair accessible so their route had to be changed. The operator that I talked to suggested sending ******* back to pick us up ,but I told her we did not want to be on their call lists because they already did not come to get us for the appointment on Monday the 08/29/2022. It should have been told to us in advance that the ride that was scheduled to us were not able to come so they could have gotten someone else. They have poor business practices because they are not providing services for the elderly that they said they would.

      The ***************** goes from BAD to WORST. This is the worst car service I ever had to take. I made two trips 48 hrs in advance. One for the morning and one for the afternoon. When I get outside no car to go to my GI early in the morning. Then I called Motivcare customer service ten minutes before the car was supposed to be outside. First I have to listen to the stupid computer ***** Finally I got to speak to a rep. and asked her where is my car? She said she would call the car service in 15 min. I asked her why can't you call now? She said this is the procedure. I hung up and I waited 15 mins. no car showed up. Now I am getting frustrated. I called back and asked where is my car? Motivcare still did not have a lyft car for me. The I asked why is my car not coming. She says something is wrong with the computer. The came 45 mins. late. Which made me late to my appointment by *********************************************************************************************************************** there. The rep. said they have no car to take me. Now I had to try and walk to a subway so that I don't miss this very important appointment for my procedure. I cannot keep postponing my appointments. Because the next one will be months ahead and who know what could happen three months later. So I got to my appointment. I had to get a pinched nerve injection in my neck. Afterwards I had side effects from the procedure which consist of drowsiness and dizziness. I called Motivcare for my ride and they had me on hold for 45 min. I just wanted to get home. They told me that I would have to call back in an hour. I had to get home so I hopped to the subway again (knee replacement) feeling very disoriented and loopy like I wanted to fall on the ground hold on to the gates and whatever could hold me. Whoever reads this. You should not choose MOTIVCARE for your transportation provider. This company should not be in business.

      I own a company that provides personal and medical transportation for insurance company like ********* This company "Modivcare" provides the trips and funds for the clients through private parties like my business. I signed on 2 months ago, I've done 2 trips for this company. They make it sound like they care about you and their clients but they don't. They just want free services. I'm out over $2000 because they say they'll pay but don't. The answer they gave me for their clients not making it to appointments or being stood up after a driver was assigned to pickup is they don't have enough drivers to cover the area. Well no c*** when you don't pay, they won't show. I honestly deeply feel bad for the clients that need to go to appointments and rely on services like Modivcare. It's literally life and death. This company should not be in business. For those that want to be a driver for this company, keep walking. They'll s**** you over in every way possible. I've never seen an F rating on BBB. Modivcare is worse than an F.

      If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Ive had to cancel 15 appointments this year alone, because the drivers were late or no shows. Requested not to ride with Uber since they left me and my 8 year old stranded in *****. I called to make a complaint and was treated rudely. The next step is to call the ***************

      I am seriously disgusted with modvicare. This is the 4th time I have missed my rides. I am on disability and do not have transportation to go to physical therapy. I'm supposed to go 2x a week for 6 weeks. My appointment was today at 5pm and was supposed to be picked up at 4:20. I called at 4:30 asking where is my ride because it takes 30 minutes to get there. Long story short, they canceled my ride 3 days ago, rerouted my ride, refuse to talk to me, supervisor name A***** hung up on me, wasn't notified, and was told that they can not accommodate a ride for me. The unprofessionalism is absurd. I was told to lose weight by my doctor's so need to go to the gym to work out since there's no room at home to do so. I had to walk almost 7 miles just to make it and almost passed out due to the heat to make it. They do NOT care about us in need of help. My health mentally has decreased due chronic stress with this company. Physically I'm exhausted. I hope that no one has to experience what I've been dealt with.

      They are rude to customers their vendors are rude to customers I'm disabled and I depend on this service I've had a vendor pull off and leave me when I asked for help. I've had a vendor call and tell me I was rude because I didn't feel like talking to their driver
