      A resident at our facility was due to be picked up today at 11:00am. We received a call at 8:30am saying they can not make the transport. Another call was made to ModivCare and we were told If no one comes by 11:15, call us back. No one came. Its now 1 oclock. Resident is still without transport. ZERO STARS. ZERO STARS. ZERO STARS.

      They let their transportation providers over book and pick you up late. They act like its not their issue its the transportation companys issue. My husband has a trach and has been left for 2-3 hours waiting on rides with no help from them. If you dont have to use them, then dont.

      I wish there was a different company they are the worst they keep sending with Lyft whose drivers have been canceling my rides home and so i either have to take the bus or wait for another before i can go home after i set my rides up already according to their rules, and they refuse to stop setting my rides up with lyft they say they have no choice but I wasn't riding with Lyft when I first started using them for rides and since last year that's only company they set my rides with and i have other companies telling me that they would give me rides and that other people have got their requests so someone can do it and someone can change it and they are refusing to do so. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY AND THEY ARE LUCKY THAT THEY ARE THE ONLY SERVICER THAT PROVIDES THIS SERVICE IN NM CAUSE IF THERE WAS ANOTHER THIS PITIFULL COMPANY WOULD CEASE TO EXIST! I'm so tired of dealing with this company who doesn't care that I'm being left at my clinic after setting up my rides 3 or more days in advance and I don't have time to sit and wait for them to set up another one. I have two really bad knees it hurts so bad to walk around and my ******** pays for it so I should get the service that their being paid for...and I'm still going through it I should probably talk to a lawyer cause I going through so much pain and suffering behind something that I shouldn't be I mean it's false advertisement to fail to provide the services your claiming you provide especially since I follow their rules I HATE THEM!

      If I could give less than 1 star I would! My sister has tried 2 or more times to schedule a ride to a doctor's *********** 2 months in a row because they didn't have a wheelchair accessible van available. So 2 times she had to cancel her doctors ***********. She really needs a wheelchair accessible van because she cannot bend her leg, so she cannot ride in a car. Why aren't services available for these forgotten people. Their lives and quality of life matters!****************

      Modivcare Reservation app is so inaccurate! The app doesn't let me know if the time and date is acceptable until 8 hrs later I was denied because of the time and date ??! Then I was denied because I couldn't go to the pharmacy directly from my house. Then why did the stupid app. Let me choose that pharmacy option if I could not be dropped off there!!!! So I close the app. And will start calling the reservation line to place my medical appointments ...***********************

      Theyre impossible to deal with the bot that you are forced to use has about as much artificial intelligence as a rock and the agents if you can finally get past the bots are seemingly helping but they will tell you that you are all set for transport and then cancel your ride without any notice and your left waiting for a ride that never arrives

      The site is very useless. This is just the beginning. I have no use for it. I don't know how they get their money when they are not providing the services, but it is awful.

      Everything I was going to say is in most if not all of the previous complaints. Same deal and the killing part is with my case one supervisor told the truth of what was done with canceling my ride and took the complaint to be sent up and reopened My transportation verified a new appt spot with my caregiver and they still had a agent to do the same thing again now I get sent to a supervisor thats trying to excuse it and brush it off.. I just hung up.

      No stars they are the worse company to work with you give them the name of you provider you want to ride with and they never schedule with that provider you tell them you can't ride with just anyone but they still just put you with who ever they want and it leads to having to reschedule appointments that are needed. This is medical it's not something to play with. Virginia premier always put me with my desired provider it never was an issue until modivcare took over.

      Every since last year I had no problem with them until this year with my father. He's a Dialysis patient and he has to go every 3 days out of a week. Now when he got with the health insurance Humana they told him that he had a 100 trips. Some time last year they changed it to Unlimited where they was putting 100 trips. They never send a message in the app letting you know any thing has changed. But 3 months ago all of a sudden when I put his trips in they would but a car meaning they had schedule him I left and I would have call the which is also a headache... To change his trip back to what it suppose to be. Now they are claiming he doesn't have any more trips which had me confused. Say that he has a 100 trips but in that app they let him take up to a 117 trips which is crazy.My question is why would they change his trips to unlimited and say he has no more. And I do see the don't respond to their frustrated clients. Humana needs to drop this company and get some one else. I have read other comments about this company and it's sad how they operating. What if my dad had not one to get him to his appointments. They don't realize that they are messing with people lives when they do this most of the people they pick up are sick and in need... Very dangerous
