      I have been forced to use motive care since the transmission in my Jeep passed away 10 months ago. I have been blown off many times. They just don't show up. I have missed many important doctor ************ with no recourse. Drivers arrive in vehicles which are clearly not roadworthy mechanically or extensive outside damage. Drivers are downright disrespectful and or incredibly mean. When they blow you off they put in their records you are a no-show. Why why why is this allowed to go on.

      Sent Uber several times and they never show up. Need to fix this problem. Someone could die like this.

      I give Modivcare 1 star because the system wouldn't let me give them a negative star. They are trash. They denied my ride the day of my dr. *********** and I have to get a taxi. Their customer service ***** also. The insurance company that provide transportation needs to do away with Modivcare since it's just a 3rd party. They are unprofessional and they don't really care about their clients needs.

      Modivcare needs to do a better job of hiring transportation drivers. I was picked up 25 minutes late for my Dr ***** The driver was speeding and due to her reckless driving, all the contents of my purse fell out. The driver was aware. My cell hit the metal portion of the driver seat and broke my camera. I contacted modivcare the same day Jan 8, 2024. After many emails back and forth they concluded that it is my responsibility to take care of my personal belongings and offered no further assistance. I've contacted the transportation company that Modivcare uses and he has since stopped responding.

      I am an LVN at a local clinic where a patient has been having issues constantly he is bedridden has no transportation and when he is scheduled transportation to his appts patient is late making the care taker look bad and missing his important appts and meds. Patient do not deserve this type of service please help.

      My father in law just had amputations and was started on dialysis. He needs transportation to and from dialysis and to appointment's.They are always very late or an hour early with no warning. And if hes not ready they leave him. They cancel rides sometimes just an hour before the appointment. Hes had to wait up to 2 hrs after dialysis for rides. Their response is always were sorry there is nothing we can do and the driver is backed up.Total lack of consideration for the patients. They treat them like theyre cattle. How can you leave people stranded like that. I cant believe they are still in business with a bbb rating like this. Why is the bbb even an entity? Is this just a place to vent or does the bbb actually have a function? Seems like a hyped up version of a ****** review.

      worst scheduling system possible. The app is a joke, limited to what you can do; wasting time inputting information then it ends up sending you to an agent; the automated system is horrible you spend 15 minutes verifying information to then get transferred to a live person to get verified again, so you waste a lot of time for a task that should take no more than 8 minutes. Get it straight and stop wasting people's time.

      Im on dialysis, ************ changed companys! Ive been taking them 3 weeks and have had issues every m-w-f since taking them from not providing correct transportation to being an hour late for my treatment to not showing up at all and missing a treatment all together! This is my life and they dont care!!! Horrible company

      They were suppose to send a chair car for my moms pick up at a nursing home as she needs assist to travel. They sent a **** Uber driver that spoke non English with a regular car. Wanted her to be outside curb dude for pick up. So ridiculous. Had the nurse cancel and called an ambulance service for her ride home.

      First the driver shows up a hour early, then brings us to the wrong building then never comes back to pick us up , we had the time set for 11:45 am go back home, cause my gfs MRI was 10:45 , I had to call humana 4x b4 a driver from MC got to where we were, *********** kept getting the run around about when he would be there, we finally got someone to pick ** up 2hours later, when. Someone is disabled in a wheel chair & in hot ******* u DO NOT MAKE THEM WAIT THAT LONG, THIS COMPANY NEEDS A NEW **************** IT'S BEYOND UNACCPETABLE
