      *********************** outstanding driver . This is my first time using Modivcare and he was excellent and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

      I scheduled a ride to and from a drs appt this morning.However after reading all of these terrible reviews I have cancelled it. Humana needs to change their ride provider.

      I had never needed transportation services and now that I really needed it, its the worst company!! Not professional at all! No communication. Never made it to my appointments. At all. I dont know how these ppl are still in business. Bad poor management.

      **************** needs to improve, communication is terrible most of the time, more than 1/2 of the time when you book a ride there is something wrong with it, and it needs to be corrected last minute. Also, if you have a transportation company listed on your profile as a transportation company you can not rude with, motivcare ignores it most of the time when booking transportation. Also, you can book transportation for up to 30 days away from your appointment date, and last minute this company is still trying to fund transportation with companies to find you transportation which is ridiculous when you book 30days out. It's not fair to the customer. Motivcare needs to do better for the customer.

      My patients are always late, picked up early or miss their appointments all together. Poorly and executed. Poor partnering. Poor communication and disservice. Shiesty contracting as well. One company asked my patient for gas money. I have yet to get anyone on the phone.

      This company is a total fraud. Humana has contracted rideshare services through them, and they have yet to come pick me up for any of my appointments. Ive had quite a few since January, many of which are related to significant cardiovascular events. Because of our visual impairment, I do not have Access to their services because I dont have a driver. Avoid them like the plague.

      Sorry as h*** always canceling rides at the last moment 3 times now one was a same day surgery never showed up another was the wound care for the stitches cancel at the last moment and one never picked me up they really **** at this service they don't need to be in this type of business.

      Ride not showing up even though the app says its showing pick up but had to call multiple times.Late for appointments!Very disappointed with the service provided.Verified rides not showing up!Very poor experience!Extremely poor service!

      If I could give a zero I would. This company is terrible!! Always have companies cancelling rides, showing up late for pickup/drop off, and their answer is always the driver is 20 min out and its NEVER true. Worst company ever and such a disservice to those that count on them for life saving treatments!
