      Do NOT use for Medical Transportation. They can cancel anytime with no help rescheduling your ride, no concern for your time or the providers operating hours. They left a patient with no ride at our facility during a snow storm with no alternative way to pick them up. Every time we would reach out they would schedule a ride, show on the app/text they would arrived in 15 mins, then when the ride was supposed to arrive they would cancel saying , no rides available contact ********* for assistance. This went on for almost 3 hours. We had to arrange another form of transportation to get our patient home safely.

      Modivcare Solutions is a business that has no care or concern for its members. I worked for this company for over 3 years. But it was not until that last year I was ABSOLUTELY miserable. I had health issues (physical and mental) that worsened the last year. This company is only concerned about THEIR WANTS and NEEDS, & $$$. Most of the leadership is ridiculously underqualified. I had to start seeking a therapist after being placed with the last supervisor. I really loved my job before being placed with this particular supervisor. I could tell from the beginning sh e did not like me for whatever her reason. She constantly stayed at me for every little thing. She was very disrespectful, and when I had a conversation with her about her disrespect it only seemed to get worse. I have never no matter what I felt for her or anyone else been disrespectful. Even her lead became unnecessarily disrespectful. If we had issues we were to put the in the ***** CHAT. If I had issues MANY of them I had to resolve myself because the leadership did not ever respond back to me about things I needed assistance with. Now I never became a Lead/Supervisor, so I did not just do things just because I wanted to. We got updates on things frequently. So much so that it was hard to keep up with what was new or old. And a lot of the times I would be off and would not have time to go over the information before starting my shift. I would reach out to her and ask to speak with her and there were times she NEVER responded, and I also would reach out to her Lead and majority of those went ignored as well. I had a family emergency Dec 11-2023. I was working and my system stopped working so I called IT **** and they were not able to resolve it and while waiting for them to call me, I found my baby sister dead outside in her car. And on Dec 23,2023 my supervisor seen the opportunity was perfect to have me fired. They dont care for their employees or members. Its all about the$$$.

      Worthless, inept people. Redundancy is maddening! Every time I call, I get a new story of delay. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. This is a "leadership" heavy company. I called one time, and I woke the lady up (work from home crap). Baby crying in the background and I had to wait for her computer to "spool up". I have spent an hour with 3 way conference with UHC, Modive, and me, in addition to the MULTIPLE phone calls...all impotent. So rude, our advocate filed a grievance. One star, only because I can't leave a negative.

      ****, disrespectful driver of a Senior Citizen. I filled a complaint against the Driver. Car smelled like cigarettes and car was dirty.

      Motivcare was scheduled for a trip for my mother in ************, **. This was a verified trip. They never showed or called to say they were not coming for her trip to a doctor ************ She had to find a ride at the last minute. When asked, ********* stated they did not have a driver for that trip. This is shameful business practice. Seniors rely on a verified trip to go to an important doctor ************ The least they could do is show some courtesy and call to say they arent arriving. They should not make an arrangement they are unable to fulfill. We will never use this company and recommend they be investigated.I would give this zero stars.

      I give this a 2 star because you can't speak to an agent or a live person. The only one you can talk to is ****,the virtual lady. She acts like she can't understand anything you're saying so you have to keep screaming and that is very annoying. I also don't like that you can't call the phone number back if you need to speak to a live person.

      i am seeking mileage reimbursement from modivcare and they keep saying processing. i faxed in the form they lost it emailed the form 3 times now they say i might need to email it again cause it ran out of time. they dont communicate back no phones or email. they wont let you talk with a surpervisor either. asked for one multiple times. no phone calls back. some of the people are so rude told me to wait just like everyone else.i think 3 months is long enough. hopefully the state changes the vendor cause they are the worst

      They are terrible! One of the worst. They are never on time, or end up s******* things up. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

      I am one of many who has had trouble with this company. The app doesn't work all the time. There is no listing for customer service on the app. I called the number listed. I spoke with two people and neither of them could schedule transportation. I have missed two Dr's ***** because my ride got canceled without my knowledge. I am very frustrated with this company.

      I've missed appointments and even surgery due to them not showing or more commonly insisting on sending Uber or Lyft drivers who cannot accommodate my standing ****** (think of a really tall rollator meant for people with spinal cord injuries) despite multiple calls and discussions about needing an SUV or wheelchair van to accommodate. They even left me and didn't show up until 2 hours after pickup at one of my appointments. The office closed and I had to sit outside waiting. Today I missed Glaucoma surgery because they sent two different ride share drivers in 4 door sedans, despite a thorough discussion the day before with assurance the right vehicle would arrive. Instead I was left sitting in my driveway in tears in the pouring rain while their "customer service" people were dismissive at best, bordering on rude. Absolutely horrible company to have to deal with. I don't have a choice as they're who my medical insurance is contracted with in my state.
